They charge you $400 even if they are returned within that 30 day window, so beware because they are rude and unforgiving when they learned I was returning them. Guess they were losing a big payout of over $8000 for the aids!! I was also never asked if I wanted to try them out for the 30 days. They just took my payment and never informed me of their unscrupulous $400 charge and some other unexplained charge of $54.20. I have never had this type of treatment from any audiology group and I have been to many after wearing HA's for years. BUYER BEWARE!!

This review is for Ebony, the alleged manager at Allison Audiology, and how she treated my father…read more While speaking with Ebony, my father was informed that Allison Audiology does not accept his insurance, and therefore in return, he will need to cancel the appointment. My father assumed, the appointment was canceled until he began receiving harassing phone calls in order to collect $25! My father does not speak English well, so I"m not sure if there was a misunderstanding but why not accept there could have been and move on rather than harass an older man who doesn't speak English and doesn't hear well. Seems a bit distasteful and doesn't bode well on a medical office that is supposed to care for its patients.

As soon as the warranty…read moreperiod is over, any repair work performed by this office is at least double the cost if done somewhere else. To work on my hearing aid as an established customer, they required I pay $54 up front. The work they performed was to clean and replace the wire from the body of the hearing aid to the end that goes into the ear. They charged me $185 for that work. So it cost me $239. They don't apply the upfront fee to the total bill. I could have had this done at AudioNova for under $100. I would not recommend North Houston Hearing Solutions to anyone. You would be better off at AudioNova or Costco.

Dr Toung was amazing. I have suffered from not being able to breathe at all through my right…read morenostril for over 10 years. He ran a series of tests because if I were to get a procedure, he wanted to knock out all the issues at once. This included an allergy test, a scan to look at my sinuses and checked for deviated septum. The surgery ended up being for deviated septum and trimming down my turbinates. The surgical team and office staff gave me amazing instructions and were super nice. While the stints were annoying, I had very little IF any pain. Healing was a breeze. My post surgery check ups were with Tammie and she ensured I was doing everything right for fast healing. I don't remember the last time I could breathe this amazing and it makes being more active so easy now that I can breathe properly. If I had anything happen where I needed surgery again, 100% would do this again with this team.

We had an incredible experience with Dr. Jessica Nader, mobile audiologist Houston at Mobile…read moreAudiology of Houston. Michelle is 56 years old and has Down syndrome. She can hear, but due to childhood ear infections and tubes, she lost confidence over time and developed severe anxiety around doctors. For years, it was extremely difficult--often impossible--to get her comfortable enough to be seen. Dr. Jessica Nader changed everything. From the moment she walked into our home, she was calm, patient, and incredibly kind. She connected with Michelle in a way no other doctor ever has, and for the first time in a long time, Michelle felt safe enough to be examined. Dr. Jessica Nader went above and beyond by coming to our home multiple times--including returning the very next day to continue building trust. That level of dedication is rare. The mobile visits are wonderful, but it's Dr. Jessica Nader's compassion and connection that make her exceptional. Because of her, Michelle was finally able to receive care in a positive and safe way. We are beyond grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Jessica Nader!
