They just took my payment and never informed me of their unscrupulous $400 charge and some other unexplained charge of $54.20. My father does not speak English well, so I"m not sure if there was a misunderstanding but why not accept there could have been and move on rather than harass an older man who doesn't speak English and doesn't hear well. To work on my hearing aid as an established customer, they required I pay $54 up front. The work they performed was to clean and replace the wire from the body of the hearing aid to the end that goes into the ear. They charged me $185 for that work. So it cost me $239. They don't apply the upfront fee to the total bill. I could have had this done at AudioNova for under $100. I would not recommend North Houston Hearing Solutions to anyone. You would be better off at AudioNova or Costco.

He ran a series of tests because if I were to get a procedure, he wanted to knock out all the issues at once. This included an allergy test, a scan to look at my sinuses and checked for deviated septum. The surgery ended up being for deviated septum and trimming down my turbinates. The surgical team and office staff gave me amazing instructions and were super nice. While the stints were annoying, I had very little IF any pain. Healing was a breeze. My post surgery check ups were with Tammie and she ensured I was doing everything right for fast healing. I don't remember the last time I could breathe this amazing and it makes being more active so easy now that I can breathe properly. If I had anything happen where I needed surgery again, 100% would do this again with this team.

Threatening me to force a manipulation of reviews is not only unlawful but it proves just how sleazy and dishonest the management operates.** I get IV infusions regularly via a mobile service. I'm also a regular blood donor and have birthed children and had surgeries. I'm very familiar with IVs and needles. And there are no issues with my veins. Never before has any medical professional NOT been able to hit my vein correctly. The nurse started by setting up and then flicking my arm repeatedly and excessively...I knew right then I was in trouble. ‍ She did not hit the vein correctly or even go in all the way. She stuck my husband twice and still couldn't get his going at all. The nurse had the Practitioner come in to try. We refused service and left at that point. The Nurse Practitioner was very polite and apologetic. However, no discount or apology is worth the hour we wasted, the unnecessary pain, and now the bruising on our arms all for no infusion too. All this to say, if a nurse is not confident in their abilities, it shows immediately when interacting with the patient. I thought on a busy Saturday, skilled staff would be available, especially to facilitate an IV which is likely the bulk of the business at this center. Clearly, I was incorrect. I'll definitely not go back. Suggestion to Management: Train and test your staff more. There is absolutely no reason why anyone not comfortable and skilled in bloodwork should be administering the IVs. No patient likes someone digging around in their arm and also giving ridiculous excuses at the same time.
