I called several places and when I called here they were super friendly and told us to come on in and they would take a look. Upon arriving, we were happily greeted and told they would place the hearing aid in a dryer. It worked!!! They rechecked it and made sure All was okay before leaving. The audiologist came out and introduced herself and said she would be more than happy to help my mom with her hearing aids in the future! We were scared we would be paying ALOT, but it cost us $15.00!!! What an excellent price and very caring people!! I HIGHLY suggest their services!!

Although they are new to YELP, I was told that they have been in business for over 15 years with several locations around town. Jean was my consultant, and I was very pleased and impressed with her knowledge and compassion. She focused more on my needs and budget to help me pick the best value with the features that I needed. No high pressure sales here. They even have a generous sixty day satisfaction return policy if I don't like what I ordered. I highly recommend this place!

It took an hour and 10 minutes after to see the doctor. Dr. Douglis wanted to have a CT scan done on a 14 year old without life threatening injuries. This caused alarm in us because of the radiation concerns. Dr. Douglis's response was to google it again... Our concerns are valid and he certainly could have handled it in a much more professional way. The reality is NIH research shows that CT scans have added about 103,000 future cancer patients. "Using the UCSF registry data on individual CT exams and RadRAT, the team estimated that CT use in 2023 could result in almost 103,000 future cancers. If current practices continue, CT scan use might eventually account for about 5% of all new cancer diagnoses in the U.S. per year." https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih-research-matters/radiation-ct-scans-cancer-risks On top of all of this, the office smelled, and was generally dirty. The picture of the Biohazard trash can was taken in one of his exam rooms, the day of this post. Avoid at all costs.

We first made an appointment with the office staff which is extremely helpful, nice and caring. After the first visit, he immediately found the issue, scheduled an allergy test and proceeded with surgical measures. The process was so seamless and Dr. Sana ensured to explain everything little by little so we understood exactly what was happening. Even after surgery, the staff and Dr. Sana have been very attentive to ensure he is healing well. They have a text function to make the process so much easier when it comes to questions and they respond same day, it's so convenient. I would recommend Dr. Sana to anyone!

I seen someone else mention how Dr. Sana wasted their time just to keep getting money, and I…read morewholeheartedly agree. I began seeing Dr. Sana due to some pain/ hearing loss and pressure I was having in my ear. Immediately upon first visit, issues that ive never been told before from any previous doctor/ENT was brought up. All of a sudden according to him I have a "deviated septum and signs of allergies". Fine. Moving on to my actual issue, my ear.. after checking my ear he put me on some medications and we scheduled a follow up. Did my follow up and at that visit he explained to me about Cholesteatoma which he believed I have. Again.. seemed a bit odd because he explained how this is something that would have been present for years and my previous ENT Doctor never mentioned anything of the sort. Ive always just been prone to ear infections and have had Eustachian Tube Dysfunction so the liquid in my ear becomes thick and causes something called glue ear. Again we scheduled another follow up so I can go get a CT Scan and discuss the CT Scan to determine next steps. Follow up comes and he tells me he's sure I have Cholesteatoma and it requires surgery. He stated HE would be the one to perform the surgery and HE ran down what would take place during the surgery and all the possible things HE would need to remove. HE even stated how my hearing could also get even worse after surgery. HE then was suppose to have the surgery scheduler come and talk to me but then suddenly told me to just go to the front to figure out payment and a day to schedule surgery. Also.. ANOTHER follow up to take allergy test. I went to the front and got a paper highlight where surgery will take place and how much. Thats all. ( I ASKED FOR MY CT SCAN BEFORE LEAVING AND THEY NEVER SENT IT.) Fast forward to the final follow up for my allergy testing. I take the test and leave, it was very short. Why was I then told to schedule another follow up just to get my results?? (ALL THESE FOLLOW UPS REQUIRE CO PAYS BY THE WAY.) Anyways the follow up is scheduled. Here's where things get weird. Before my follow up my job suggested I get ADA Accommodations and gave me a form to fill out and just requested a simple letter from Dr. Sana explaining my diagnosis and how it may effect me day to day. (I experience hearing loss, pressure headaches, and dizziness occasionally.) I could already tell after speaking to Justin it was going be some kind of excuse why I couldnt get the letter but he ended up telling me to forward the email regarding the ADA from my job. I gave them one week to get back to me and I heard nothing. I called and asked for any updates on the resquested letter and im all of a sudden being told by Justin that Dr. Sana wants to refer me out due to the "complexity" of my diagnosis and how Dr. Sana isnt skilled for that kind of surgery and how I can ask the other doctor for the ADA Letter..... HUH??!!..keep in mind I HAD to reach out myself just to hear this information. Then they had the nerve to want to schedule me for a telehealth appointment for Dr. Sana to explain to me why hes referring me out and go over my allergy results which would be ANOTHER co pay. I cancelled my appointment and demanded my Ct scan results that I never got the first time. (MY CT SCAN CAME BACK SHOWING NOTHING ABNORMAL BUT FLUID IN MIDDLE EAR, NONE OF THE DRAMATICS HE CLAIMED SHOWED ON THE CT SCAN.) Dr. Sana wasted my time and money, and if the surgery was too complex he should have mentioned that instead of acting like he was so knowledgeable and skilled with that kind of procedure. He strung me along for money and because he didnt wanna write the letter he tried to refer me out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
