Have ear infection. Was told twice over the phone that, although Dr. Bowden was not accepting new patients, they would make an exception for me since I was referred by Dr. Alice Lim. Then I get there and they try to just sell me an ear cleaning, and Dr. Bowden isn't even there and that she will not, in fact, accept me as a new patient. Me and my sister went to BreathMD for a yoga class in the Salt Cave once. We found this yoga class through classpass's free trial and were intrigued by the "salt cave" aspect. When we arrived, we were lead into the salt cave/yoga room which was very peaceful! It was a bit on the colder side - made me regret not wearing long sleeves and there were 4 people in total in the class. They do provide the mats which is all the equipment needed. The class was 1 hour long but very slow. It seemed to be more about stretching. I think we did 10-15 different moves. After each stretch/move, the instructor would use oil and message or push us a little further. Overall, I think I went in with a different expectation of this class being possibly more difficult or funner but it was too slow and boring for my taste. Before you book the yoga class, ask yourself what you want to do- do you need a good stretch? do you want different poses? come in with no expectations. I most likely will not be back. read more

I came here for issues related to my inner ears and sinuses. When I arrived I was told to take off my mask and asked if I was vaccinated. Yes I am and no I won't remove my mask especially not in a medical office around potentially sick people. How asinine. She wanted to charge me out of pocket in cash even though I had insurance. Red flag that this is a scam. I left and filed a formal complaint with the Texas medical board. This is someone who's a bully and willingly spreads false health information in order to increase her profit margin. It appears from other negative reviews that she is immature and harassed people on social media as well. Threatening them with being sued for leaving their personal impression of their own experience at this office. This is laughable and is an empty threat. People have a right to free speech--even if it upsets her delicate sensibilities. As a mental health professional I am hesitant to diagnose someone I've never treated--but I think it's clear that Dr. Bowden suffers from narcissistic personality disorder. This makes her very dangerous to potential patients and as such she needs to see a psychiatrist and get re-evaluated after receiving proper treatment. read more

My husband who never gets sick had an ongoing sinus infection. He was told by the first ENT doc he needed 3 different surgeries. We went to Dr. Bowden and found out he didn't need any surgery. Tried to make appointment via phone and was told by receptionist there was an availability at 4pm, but would need to make appointment online. Ten minutes later I tried to make appointment online and there was no availability; called back and receptionist explained someone must have taken availability. Now dejected, I asked why I was not able to make appointment via phone, whic was implied by her when she said "need" to make appt online). She then admitted she could have.. ( but she is lazy and wanted the easist method for her to happen). I'm tired of self-entitled people that want to do the bare minimum. IF I COULD GIVE 100 STARS I WOULD! Dr. Bowden and her staff are incredible, caring people. I had an urgent need and received an email response at 11PM ON A SATURDAY!! She does not mark up medical devices as much as other doctors do and overall, I feel that they give excellent care with more than fair pricing. The office is super clean, all the staff are personable and friendly, and they even have delicious tea at the front desk. I'm not sure why they have a waiting room because I've never had to wait to be seen. Excellent, excellent, excellent place. 1000% I would recommend this business to anyone! read more

Ignore the 1-star reviews- They are fakes trying to cancel Dr. Bowden for standing up for the truth about COVID treatments. Those who complain of her not accepting insurance needed to have made themselves aware of her terms of service beforehand, including the fact that she has opted out of the insurance companies dictating how she can practice medicine. If you must use insurance or do not like the pricing that is given upfront, go to someone else! My wife has been to Dr. Bowden one time so far and was very pleased with the caring attitude and intelligent treatments of Dr. Bowden and her staff. The doctor personally called a day later to discuss blood test results and recommendations, as opposed to a impersonal automated call or a staff member who has no idea what the results mean. Unlike the standard short appointments seen in many offices these days, Dr. Bowden took her time and was not rushed. For a complex issue that is very important. read more

It's unfortunate that I wasted $200 getting a Covid test here for convenience back before I was fully vaccinated (and now boosted--based on recommendations from infectious disease experts and not an ENT). She won't treat those who are fully vaccinated that have routine ENT problems, nor does she recommend vaccinating children based on a livestream she watched this weekend from the Global Covid Summit (who?). This is my favorite quote from her e-mail to her customer base: "I am not anti-vaccination, but all the data I have collected suggests that the vaccine is not working.  42% of the patients we treated last month with IV monoclonal antibodies for symptomatic COVID were fully vaccinated." - What data? What are her sources? I hope Dr. Bowden keeps spreading disinformation via e-mail to what's left of her customer base so they can remain unvaccinated. That way she'll be able to charge them ridiculous amounts of money for treatment and she can make rent. On the plus side, her staff is nice. read more

This was the BEST massage I have ever gotten. Incredible. The space is stunning and calming. I treated myself to a deep tissue massage in the Salt Cave! They imported actual salt blocks from Poland and it's gorgeous. Two days later and my body still feels a thousand times more relaxed. Nelda, the masseuse absolutely gave me the best massage I've ever had. I cannot wait to go back. It really feels like a hidden gem directly beside Kata Robata. My grandson and I had the monoclonal antibody treatment for covid at Breathe Md. We both felt better very quickly. He has asthma and I was concerned. It was easy and effective. There seems to be a bunch of people twisting her words, at no time did I ever hear she was anti vaxx. It is a fact that almost half of the patients getting monoclonal treatment there are vaccinated. I came here for a monoclonal treatment and after 2 canceled appointments on their end, I finally got my appointment but the place was clearly disorganized. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told to wait in my car and it was more than 30 minutes before they finally called me to come in. Then I sat for 10 minutes or more before someone finally checked on me and realized why i was there. I was under the impression the infusion would last 15 minutes based on the text and email information sent but it was only for 5 minutes! I know my other half had an infusion done at Methodist and it took half an hour. So I question whether or not they really know what they are doing at this place. It felt like the McDonald's of monoclonal infusions. read more
