Darrell Cornelius is a sham. DO NOT trust him as your provider for hearing aids. I was excited to finally get help for my significant hearing loss by using my hearing aid benefits. He did an audio gram and made a recommendation but insisted on most expensive models which cost $4K each ear or more which is price of small car. I explained I'd like something more affordable within my benefits coverage for at least 2 different models to choose from to compare parallel on features. He refused to suggest anything else so I called insurance to help me and then went out of town for month to have surgery. During this time he fraudulently places order for some hear aids I never consented to and was surprised to get voicemails that I needed an appointment I pickup devices. When I returned call he got angry and gave an ultimatum that I had to have this particular model and was not flexible or helpful in providing options. He has since supposedly returned hearing aids and refuses to work with me on my hearing needs. If you have $8-10K to spend on heading aids this is your vulture provider. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. read more

Purchased a pair of Phonak hearing aids ($4399.00) October 24, 2019 and have been unable to receive help on the inoperative left hearing aid. Have called five times prior to today and left two messages on the answering service. Today we had a call answered albeit from a rude individual by the name of Thomas. He was disrespectful to my wife who identified the problem and stated we had contacted BBB (what a waste of time) and expected a response before contacting an attorney. He hung up on my wife.
