I had a lovely experience at this CVS! There were staff available to answer questions. I was offered a cafecito which was delicious. I love that the first language is Spanish; I would have excellent Spanish if I lived locally. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Cold and flu aisles were a little thinly stocked and my understanding is that this is a national issue. read more

Review #847. My wife and I spotted this CVS on our way to the hotel in Miami. Always good to know were a pharmacy is when you're visiting another city. Sure enough the next day we need you to pick up things. Now this being in Miami, this CVS looked a little different than the ones in Orlando. Miami having a huge Latin population, almost everything in the store was in Spanish. A tremendous amount of Latin products. Some of which I have heard of, being from Orlando. Orlando, too, has a large Latin population, just not as massive as in Miami. Needless to say, my wife and I located what we needed, she had to check clearance racks. We took our purchases and exited the store. Everyone that we encountered in the store was very friendly, very courteous. I would encourage you to visit this is CVS. read more

This cvs is not well managed shelf are empty and attendant say it's because people come and steal merchandise . I think it has to be observed cause it's not normal that shelves on the makeup dept empty . The Claritin department shelve empty go to the atm no money. Something is wrong there.and I went to the on in be 7st and 27 ave and shelves are full and money in the atm . I believe if is people coming in there and stealing should be a cop going around the store . I live a few blocks and I am going to stop going there cause I waste my time all the time and let's not forget is full of homeless laying outside near the entrance . Not acceptable . CVS located on Flagler and 37 Ave. This pharmacy is getting worth and worth everyday. One of the male pharmacist who is working in this cvs store is disrespectful, screams at customers and he is denying service to the customers, he is very young, brunet and he doesn't deserve to worked with people. My aunt went to pick her medicine up and he told her $75 because of the insurance she told him that she always picks the same medicine and he started to confronting her to the point that he asked her not to talk to him because he won't attend her. Another person working next to him took my aunt's case and the medicine cost $45, again he came back and started arguing with her and cursing all the time. She has insurance, she is 60, she works and she doesn't deserve to be treated like this by someone that is getting paid for a job he is not accomplishing. He also denied COVID vaccine to another person telling him to return the following day because he was busy. He should be fired, that behavior is not acceptable. Avoid!!! If not for the convenience of this location I would have never come here. Explain to me why there are 4 employees working and yet only one of them is ringing people up while the other 3 are just in the back. When I arrive there was someone on hold and 20 minutes later they still hadn't picked up the call. I would say the drive thru worked better but standing in line waiting to be helped, which took even longer than that person on hold that never got service, I was able to see the cars waiting outside and ever single person plus their passengers all looked beyond upset. This review is strictly for the Pharmacy. Their employees barely speak English and are pretty much clueless. They NEVER have my medications in stock and make me wait days to pick up refills. I live 2 blocks away and refuse to fill my prescriptions here because of the ridiculously slow service. Now i drive miles away to another pharmacy just to avoid this place. read more

The only reason I go to this cvs is because of the location convenience other than that you should avoid this cvs at all cost! Let me be very blunt when I tell you their customer service is horrifying, I sat in the drive thru for nearly half an hour behind another vehicle while the employees carried on with the guest inside, what's wrong with hiring more staff and techs? The inside of the store is disorganized, it's improved but still disorganized, POS systems are from like 1998 they don't bother to replace anything new unless it's absolutely essential. What I found disturbing was they had the funding to redecorate the pharmacy with new paneling and top of the line light fixtures and signs but don't have the funding to replace POS that cost no more than $2000 per unit, now in my opinion the funding that went into this new decorative pharmacy should have been allocated to upgrading your POS systems and perhaps some other essential things such as the 3 drive thru lanes which only one works is very disappointing. Upgrading them and allowing full service on all 3 lanes will drastically improve customer service and satisfaction. This is how a corporation should be run. read more

The pharmacy department could not be more rude if they tried. If they ever decide to answer the phone you will immediately be placed on hold and forgotten about. And when you complain about being on hold forever you can hear THEM complaining about you. They only greet you in Spanish. I'm bilingual and I usually don't mind speaking Spanish to non English speakers. But make an effort. At least learn a greeting in the official language of the country. You're talking and they cut you off, they keep you waiting on your medication while they chit chat. Honestly if this place wasn't down the street I would go somewhere else. Every month getting my prescription is always a head ache with these people. Rude and no manners. read more

This review is for the pharmacy. These pharmacy techs are the worst of the worst. And I believe that that they exceed at being horrible for the lack of management, said by some of their employees themselves. If you call the pharmacy their tactic is to answer and not let you put a word in before they say" cvs pharmacy can you please hold". Then you are in hold for more than 10 minutes they pick up and drop the call. This is their mo. You call again and same spiel over and over. They are not helpful in anyway. It's a shame because it's within walking distance from our home and I take care of elder granparents who require a lot of refills. Horrible, horrible, horrible, Do not use this as your pharmacy the rest of the departments are organized. The employees in the pharmacy are over staffed and slow. They only have one girl working the drive thru and walkup. They have about five employees in the pharmacy and a bunch of people. They lose my prescriptions constantly and there super slow. The customer service is horrible, who ever is managing the employees needs to receive some training. It's better to switch to another pharmacy they have lost there quality. read more
