Awful. Horrible. Avoid at all costs. Dealt with the snarkiest, rudest guy I've ever met as soon as I entered the door. Asked when they closed--because every CVS is different and I'm in from out of town. He snidely points st the "Open til Midnight" sign, implying I'm stupid. On the way out, I hear him rudely talking down to a lady who didn't know how to use the digital checkout, who was trying to withdraw cash. When I tell him I couldn't print coupons from the broken front kiosk, he challenges me again. He sneers, looks at me and says "Are you suuuure? I just used it." As I walk out, I swing wide open the front broken door to the machine. Nastiest person I've ever met at a CVS. Long black hair and black cat eyeliner. Working @ 9:30pm on 12.26.25. Was turned away from minute clinic after filling out forms online & checking in. I'm not quite sure why they allow complete booking, walk in, check in, and waiting before they turn you away. I understand they need to close for lunch, but truly should not allow people to check in after a certain time if they are just going to turn them away. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location, and it could have overall been handled more kindly and professionally. read more

I have an order of pictures left to pick up and that will be my last visit to cvs anywhere. Gonna cross the street to Walgreens. I don't know about other cvs's in town but this one, the one on the corner of market and Gordon has undoubtedly the worse customer service. I guess it's the all inclusive deal where you hire people that shouldn't be anywhere near customers.......the way they act, the way the dress, the way they carry themselves and the way that they interact with customers and, that was my second impression. Huge struggles with female pharmacist in person trying to get loaner medication for stage 4 liver failure because I'm from out of state and can't find a GP or PCP. They do not care about their customers - today I went in after work to pick up prescription as soon as I walked up to the counter, they told me they were closed for lunch! Horrible customer service I will be changing my prescriptions to another drugstore! I work in retail, and we always make accommodations for our customers- And always have someone on hand to help ! I am doing this review for Madeleine. She is such a great asset to this store. It takes a lot for me to say that about someone not necessarily in the customer service field like a cashier at CVS. This lady goes above and beyond and is so pleasant, professional and helpful. I wish I could snag her to come work for me. My trip to this CVS pharmacy this morning really didn't go well. It was very busy at 10 am. My goals were to get a script filled and to get a flu shot (before going home for the holidays and chilling with my kindergarten teacher sister). Neither of these things happened. They said they would be able to partially fill my script, and that I could come back after Monday for the rest. It came in prepackaged packets, but I understand that they can't just give it to me without processing it. The associate said it would be ready in a "few minutes" but 20 mins later I had to leave for work. The flu shot also never happened, even though the associate said she could do it for me. She said there was an issue contacting insurance through their system and that the system needed to reset. Then she never got back to me. read more

Don't go there, this has to be the very worst Pharmacy I have ever been to in my life, the people at the pharmacy counter are rude and take for ever, and don't ever try calling them unless you have 20 minutes to spare while on hold. As far as the rest of the store goes, it is filthy. read more

I just got thru working a 12 hour shift and came to the window of CVS pharmacy for this person named Shannon who identified herself as a pharmacist to tell me that I had to take a Defective Libre Sensor back home and be without a blood sugar monitor device all night . She said I have to call the manufacturer to discuss with them the problem . I am a nurse and know that you can call the manufacturer or the pharmacy can do the replacement and then get it from the manufacturer . This is a $50 apparatus that helps me monitor my blood sugar and at 10 PM this individual didn't even want to come look me in the eye to provide me the service I deserved as a customer. I am in shock on how people such as this still Hold a job dealing with the public . I have been in good hands at this pharmacy but not with this bad apple called Shannon. If you hear this name run! I am considering transferring my pharmacy services else where. You do not send a patient home without a needed monitoring device because you don't want to take the time! That's plain poor customer service and lack of humanity! CVS should choose their pharmacy people better it could cost their business!!0 read more

Disorganized chaotic pharmacy makes money hand over fist despite itself! There are just a couple of staff and pharmacists that I trust to get my orders right, which is rare. For the most part, service is painfully slooooow. Typical to see 4 cars in the drive thru with an average wait time of 11 mins/car. Don't bother going in. The lines take just as long as they hunt for baskets of scripts and get bogged down by paperwork and checkout processes. Couldn't even expedite a digital mobile phone order because the staff didn't know how to use it--3 times now! I'm going elsewhere after their last price hike. read more

This CVS is awesome!!! I am so tired of other patrons complaining about having to wait or rudeness from this CVS staff. Yes, I have had both happen to me, but not just anywhere... it happens everywhere. This CVS has been more than pleasant to me and the customer service is excellent. They are helpful, even when they haven't had the time to, while they know and see others are waiting. I guess as common sense would have it, they understand most of us at a drugstore are not feeling well, already, and need questions answered or that little extra help. Always, if your dissatisfaction is at the point you can't seem to find one positive action from a company to say GO SOME WHERE ELSE! Believe me, every pharmacy is busy and I know I want the pharmacy I'm having my prescriptions filled at, I want the pharmacist to take their time so it's correct.
