Had to wait a couple hrs. But they were nice . It could have been longer from terrible reviews way back. I was pleased with reception . Only 7 chairs to wait. A bit crowded but it all worked out. I was getting blood work done for my PCP i n Greensboro. Now let's see how long it takes to get them back. Ty to lab for being true to their word You can check in at Kiosk . Little difficulty the first time but read instructions & you'll be set! U wait till names called & go back to room w/ RED chairs till phlebotomist calls your name. Good to go . Scale of 1-5 I give 4 only for only having 7 chairs in waiting room, u can wait in car & they will get U when ready.‍have a good day Be we'll be safe! read more

I have nothing but positive feedback about this facility. I was pretty hesitant to come here because my previous experience was less than ideal. I arrived Friday am without an appointment and checked in at the kiosk. I was greeted by a very friendly and professional front desk member. I explained why I was there and she was incredibly helpful. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional and I was able to get my test done in a reasonable amount of time. they didn't send all the required labs to my doctors.... first I my doctors had to remind them to send over the results they only sent over one, when they had requested 3 tests. I've been on hold for 20 minutes and no one seems to know what they are doing here. They seem to be very unorganized. Disappointed & frustrating read more

My doctor sent in the lab order to this location. I called their central phone line to make an appointment. I made an appointment for two people. Each time, I asked the customer service rep. if they received the appropriate lab order. She said yes each time. When I came to my appointment, they said that there was no order. Then I had them send it electronically, and they could not see it again. I've been here for two hours and something that should take 2 mins could not happen yet. The staff is not rude but their process is a disaster! read more

I've been one time - but not for me, with my 1.5 year old, to get some samples for allergy tests. I had taken him somewhere in town before for the same test around 8 months old. We went two separate days and 4 different people tried and nothing. My anxiety was high coming to labcorp. But my gosh - they were wonderful they sang him songs and while I hugged him right stuck him and got everything they needed the first stick! They were comforting and patient. I made an appointment, check in was easy, waited a little but understanding I don't know how many tubes other people need or if they need a little more time - so it didn't bother me. So thankful for the experienced staff. read more

Very professional and super efficient stuff. I had a walk in appointment for regular blood screening on busy Monday morning. The receptionist was awesome (unfortunately didn't ask her name but her birthday was the same as mine, 10/30). She handled the big crowd friendly, quickly and very professional. I was out of the place within less then an hour. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend this labcorp location! read more

My daughter and I arrived at 9:30 am for he to drug test for college ( she's 18) It was busy. The receptionist was doing a great job handling the heavy flow of patients. My daughter had to take the test twice. She had to drink water and wait 30 minutes for the second test, making the time 10:30. for her to be tested again. I go to my car while my daughter wait in the small waiting room with limited seating. I go back in around 11:00 being that she should have came to the car by now. NOT A SINGLE SOUL AT THE WINDOW, a line starts to form behind me, the receptionist finally comes, I let her know that it's 11:00 and she ready to try again and she tells me " okay we'll call you right back " . The receptionist handles the line of people waiting, then they are called to be serviced, as I still. I wait till about 11:20 , I go back to the desk and ask can I speak to a manager she says" you can speak to me ( receptionist and managers are two different things) " I said " we have been waiting another 20 minutes, she says " oh is she ready " I said "I told you she was ready 20 minutes ago, look we been here 2 hours , people are coming and going nobody has been here this long. She says she "I'm sorry I understand but it's only two bathrooms, I'm thinking, but don't say out loud, if it's only 2 bathrooms then my daughter should have went before someone that came in at 10:45 or 10:50 or 11:00 or 11:15. But I say "okay "and walk away. my daughter is called back within in minutes. I'm not saying anyone did a bad job the receptionist was working really really hard, and I understand a heavy work flow. My point is acknowledge and observe the patient, that have been waiting a long time. Literary a girl that "CHECKED IN" early for the 1 pm - 4pm drug testing was called before my daughter , she wasn't even there. She checked in and left . the staff here was amazing with me while I waited for my practice to send required documents, such as the order. it was a frustrating process, on behalf of my practice that was requesting blood work, that should have been very simple and the staff here at Labcorp handled the idiocy for me with exquisite professionalism and were so kind to help. thank you all! read more

Called to make sure order was on file. Wasted 5 minutes on a phone tree that ultimately was useless. I can make an appointment but don't need one - but can't make it by phone regardless. This is not close to my idea of customer service, which is all but absent from the healthcare system, and LabCorp is clearly entrenched in that culture. Will ask my provider to send me elsewhere in the future. read more

Receptionist rude, unfriendly and refused to answer any questions. Referred to kiosk to check in which is great but staff won't even speak to you in the waiting area after check in. Customer service is lacking and needs improvement! read more

I have been here a few times for blood work and pre-employment drug screens. Dropped in yesterday for blood work after going to Any Lab Test Now and was told to come here instead because they take most insurances. Overall great experience, I was in and out in less than ten minutes and didn't have to fill out any paperwork because the intake is done face to face. Great clean and efficient facility. I don't to get blood drawn again any time soon but next time I do I will return here. read more
