Absolutely the worst pharmacy to deal with! I didn't think I've ever just been able to pick up a prescription without issues here. Some of the staff are friendly but they are so disorganized and some staff are flat out rude. My doctor called in a new prescription (around 1pm) and told me to start it that night; I went to pharmacy at 4pm and was told it would be ready tomorrow. So I went home. Next day at 2pm go to get meds and they tell me it won't be ready until tomorrow because it was being shipped in. When I questioned this and said I was supposed to already have started the medication, they said they could have it ready later today but it would be several hours (what?!). Do yourself a favor and choose a different location or different pharmacy all together. read more

Horrible on every level--especially Dustin, the manager. For a manager, he has the worst customer service. He told me I'm "on file" as a difficult customer--that's a lie! There is no such list. Gossiping about your customers is completely unacceptable, especially when you are dealing with sick people. Dustin should not be a manager. He plays games with sick people, and I will not tolerate that. In 2021, I nearly died from COVID; I had sepsis and was very ill. So yes, I may call about my medications, but that does not make me a difficult customer. Dustin should not be working at a pharmacy that deals with sick people, and the pharmacist on duty that day shouldn't be either. They have no compassion and play games. Dustin even told corporate that I called the store cussing them out after I filed a complaint, which is a complete lie. I have records of my phone calls so you lie about the wrong person because i DID NOT call back cussing after my corporate complaint! I call for help with my medications and saving and when i call them they still can get a order wrong.. i know they are very busy but their is no excuse for this poor customer service especially dealing with sick people!! read more

This pharmacy is awful. It's been awful. Yesterday I go to picked up my prescriptions. Today I opened them and one of them was one was wrong. It was a medicine that I called and stopped last week. When I called to explain, after waiting in hold 30 mins, I'm told it's also my fault for not double checking the people I just paid to do their job. I wasn't saying it was anybody's fault. I understand I could have triple checked them. And they still had no explanation why they didn't give the correct medicine. And then I'm told not sure they can process a refund read more

front counter staff are very rude. while shopping i needed to use the bathroom & they refused to open the bathroom for me "because it closes at 8." what kind of place only has a bathroom that closes early in a 24 hour establishment? especially at a pharmacy when customers shopping may have restroom-necessary conditions. do better. read more

Literally so terrible. Pharmacists are consistently rude and condescending. I kept forgetting to pick up my prescription after meeting with my doctor and when I finally went to pick it up, they told me they put my prescription back up. To avoid making this mistake in the future, I asked how long I have until they put my prescription back. The pharmacist told me 10 days and proceeded to say something along the lines of "you get a notification so you should just come pick it up." Which I found rude. I don't receive notifications from the app for one but I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I was late picking it up. After leaving I checked my calendar, it had been 7 days since my medication was prescribed. I went back four times that day to try and pick up my prescription but the lines were so long I didn't have time to wait. I picked it up the next day and now am switching pharmacies. Walgreens should be ashamed they allow their store to be run so poorly. Waiting for over 3 hours for pain meds and God help you if you have to call the pharmacy because you can NEVER get through! Two months in a row I have picked up my prescription in the drive-through window and specifically advised that I wanted to use the SingleCare discount card and was not given the discount and charged the full amount and had to go back into the store at a different time because I had my dog in the car to get the discount applied. The first time I was not advised the amount. I was asked if I would like to use my express pay. The second time I was not told the amount or asked about express pay but it was used automatically and my rx slid through the window with a thank you. I asked the amount and when she told me I knew the discount was not applied and when I repeated that request she waved her hands all around the register/computer and stated it was in there and thank you again. Once more I had my dog in the car and could not go in. I returned later to get the discount applied and had intentions of telling what had happened but 'Diamond' was clearly annoyed to have to do a refund and then a new order and slid my rx across the counter, never even made eye contact or said thank you. Clearly there are some learning opportunities available in the pharmacy department at this store. read more

Kiersten was amazing! She was working super hard and I can tell everyone was very over worked and short staffed. She was so kind! The phone system wasn't working so I spent an hour and a half on hold trying to get someone. I did speak with an employee from the store that was super helpful as well but I don't remember his name..Hopefully they can get these stores some more help soon! read more

THE WORST. I mean WORST pharmacy/Walgreens in the entire world I am convinced. Rudest employees and extremely unintelligent as they have failed on numerous occasions to fill my prescriptions correctly with a name brand prescription. Every. Single. Time. I went to go pick up my prescription that's reoccurring they gave me the wrong brand even though my doctor specifically requested a different one and even put it on the prescription note. I have never lost my temper so many times with someone who handles my medications. I do NOT recommend. The worst part about their customer service is that I've never heard them say I'm sorry or apologize for messing up the prescription they simply shrugged their shoulders and look at you like it's your problem. read more

Terrible service at this pharmacy. The people helping are mean and disrespectful and talk to you like you're stupid. I was waiting for my prescription to be refilled and I was observing as two of the ladies who work there were talking to an elderly man like he was an idiot. He only had a question about why he had to pay more than usual. They also take forever. Last time I went they told me it wouldn't be long and they'd call me when my prescription was ready. I stayed in the store since "it wouldn't be long." After an hour and a half I went back to the pharmacy at the desk and they decided then to tell me that they didn't have when I was looking for and that I would have to wait a few days. read more

Better than the average 'fast-food-pharmacy'. There are new pharmacists at this location who are really nice. Average stand in store and wait time is typically 5 to 15 min. Refill by app typically 30-45 min or less. No complaints. Prefer this WG in town. read more

Lady working the pharmacy counter was not friendly when I was dropping off my Rxs. While waiting I observed her behavior with other customers and on the phone with some, her tone was rude. This pharmacy is usually very good. I use this one often. The store is well maintained and stocked nicely. The cashiers at the front of the store are always very nice and greet everyone as they enter the store. With some work on the pharmacy staff I would change my rating. read more

This is your typical run of the mill Walgreens. It had a nice selection of energy drinks to curb my caffeine addiction so that makes it A ok in my book. It's a little hard to get to if you're on the other side of the road, but that's why they made U turns I suppose. ;) read more

I've been using this Walgreens for about a year. Recently, the staff at the pharmacy has been very rude and slow. They will tell me my prescription is in and ready and either they ran out of it, or it's not ready. I had an issue this week with a mix up in a prescription and instead of being friendly to let me know that there was nothing they could do for me, they were very condescending and hung up the phone while I was mid sentence. Not at all happy with the timeliness or friendliness of the pharmacy. Last time I'll ever use this Walgreens. read more

I wish i could give zero stars! I used to use this pharmacy and loved it! Recently my little brother broke his leg in 2 places. We came here to fill his pain med rx. He was suppose to get 15 pills, but when my mom got home she checked and there were only 10 pills! When she contacted the pharmacy they told her their count on the pills was correct! She got the same response when she contacted corporate! IF WHAT THEY ARE SAYING ABOUT THEIR COUNT IS CORRECT THEN SOMEONE IN THE PHARMACY STOLE 5 PAIN PILLS FROM A CHILD WHO NEEDED THEM!!! Management, and employees of the pharmacy were rude and not helpful! They did not seem interested in figuring out hat happened or trying to solve the issue their pharmacy clearly has!
