Let me tell you I am not the one who likes needles and I have passed out during my first prodecure with lip filler. It was an awful experience many years ago in Raleigh. Katie was so sensitive to my needs and worked with me through my anxiety of the fear of getting some filler in my lips. She not only gave me things to squeeze and distractions of beautiful music but also a little hand held vibrating device. Yes, I am that bad!! I didn't feel anything because she took her time, she was very gentle and sweetly talked me through every step of the way!! Colby called me and asked about my skin/hair type to figure out the right type of laser for me. The pricing for a touch up was very reasonable. The building was beautiful, the staff were so kind. They allow you privacy to get changed and give you a fancy skirt coverup (I have never been given that at a laser location before and usually have had to get undressed in front of the staff which is awkward). It felt like a spa experience for laser which I have never experienced. They even offer you a drink. I was blown away and would highly highly recommend. My only complaint was I reached out asking if I should shave before a touch up and didn't hear back, and I was in fact supposed to, so there could've been slightly better communication and instructions- but I also didn't follow up or call to ask so that's partially on me. 10/10, definitely go here.

He also stated that he would BOLD TYPE in the report that this will not fix my issue or give any relief. The crazy thing is that I never felt this pressure before in that area until about 6 months ago when the growth appeared to start. How does he know for sure?? I am glad that he gave me his educated guess that this would not work. Maybe this is why this type of industry refers to these offices as a practice as it is not always 100% perfect???? When I showed up to the clinic, Sean spent even more time with me, explaining the benefits of this therapy and again, answering any questions I might have had. The package I purchased consisted of 4 appointments that would boost my immune system, detoxify my liver and purify my blood with a perk of anti-aging benefits. A Vitamin C IV drip afterwards was a great enhancement of the benefits from the IV protocol. I don't know of anyone today who isn't concerned about keeping their immune systems strong and staying well in today's world.
