The lines for the pharmacy here have been long lately because of reasons beyond their control, but they move along. The staff at the front do their best to accommodate us. DO NOT have packages sent here! Extremely disappointed with the UPS pickup service at this CVS. My package was confirmed delivered here, but "vanished" by the evening. The acting management was completely unhelpful and dismissive of the situation. Despite reaching out to corporate multiple times over the last 14 days, I've been ignored. I've had to involve the police. It's clear this location is struggling with a management transition, and they are not currently equipped to handle the responsibility of being a secure UPS Access Point. read more

With new management and a fresh team, this CVS is finally stepping up. The staff is actually attentive now (I know, un milagro!), and there's an energy that says, "we got you, no te preocupes" Even with the flood of ex-Walgreens customers making things hectic, they're handling business like OGs. Now, if you want to make your experience even smoother (because let's be real, a nadie le gusta estar esperando, ¿verdad?), I highly recommend using the CVS app. You can check your prescription status, set up alerts, or just let la tecnología do its thing and have it delivered straight to your door--because really, who has time to wait in line when you could be binge-watching your favorita novela or catching up on life, right? And whenever I've had questions, the pharmacist has actually returned my calls the same day--¡milagro! That's faster than me trying to get through my Tía's endless list of recomendaciones! Lol! First and last time I order a pick up order at this location. I received a notification that my order was picked up and it was not me who picked the item up. I called the store and the manager on duty (Jose) stated I had to call customer service due to my order not being found. He stated orders are placed in a box where anybody has access to taking orders therefore screening order numbers/names are non existent at this location. I've never had this issue at other locations so it's frustrating to have to deal with customer service now. Beware....do not place orders at this location. read more

I went to pick up my medication after work only to have to wait half an hour in line for them. This is ridiculous.

Horrible experience at CVS pharmacy. Not all of my medications my doctor prescribed for my upcoming surgery were filled nor was I told anything about it. Was during the holidays so because I trusted the pharmacy and pharmacist, I didn't compare the list of medications my surgeon gave me with the meds I got from CVS. A few days later I checked the bag of medications and to my surprise four were missing. I went back to the pharmacy only to get " I am sorry" from the lady pharmacist who also tried to convince me those meds weren't covered by my insurance ( not true for all of them) because by now, it's a new year so I am required to pay a deductible. We assume when a doctor sends in prescriptions the pharmacist will have them filled and if not they need to let us know.... Perhaps this policy doesn't apply to this pharmacy? Worst experience of all the horrible attitude from the young pharmacist Ryan Tam. Sadly it used to be my favorite pharmacy with wonderful staff. read more

On Friday evening, my children and I went to CVS Pharmacy to receive our flu vaccinations. We noticed that there were several other patients also receiving flu shots that evening. My children and I, along with several other patients, were present for flu shots that evening. The vaccination room door was left open, allowing clear visibility of the process inside. What I witnessed was both disturbing and unacceptable: Chelsea, the pharmacist or technician administering vaccines, was repeatedly giving injections without changing gloves between patients. My family was a party of six, and as soon as my mother was called in, I confronted Chelsea and asked her to change her gloves. Instead of acknowledging this very basic and standard infection-control request, she responded with an open attitude, as though I was asking for something unreasonable or outside her scope of practice. Even before I spoke up, she had been drawing up vaccines and injecting multiple patients with the same gloves, a blatant breach of safety protocol. After my complaint, she reluctantly began changing gloves, but did so while sighing, rolling her eyes, and demonstrating unprofessional behavior every single time one of my family members came in for their turn. Her body language and demeanor were dismissive and disrespectful, which only compounded my concern about the lack of professionalism and care being exercised. This type of behavior - failing to follow infection-control standards and treating patients with disdain when concerns are raised - is completely unacceptable for any healthcare setting. Gloves must be changed between patients to prevent cross-contamination and uphold basic patient safety. For this to occur at a national pharmacy chain is appalling and should not be tolerated. I expect that CVS will take immediate corrective action to address this matter, both in terms of retraining staff on proper vaccination procedures and ensuring accountability for unprofessional conduct. Patient safety and dignity must come first, and in this case, both were disregarded. read more

Long pharmacy lines which are made worse by the pharmacy pick up taking 2 customers at the same time. The pharmacy tech kept switching back and forth between me and the person who she called up behind me, who had multiple prescriptions and questions. My one item refill took over 5 minutes. Do not buy gift cards here I bought several Amazon cards and they are all tampered with and cannot be used. Even if they are sealed they are opened and glued back together at the bottom after the number is stolen and whited out. Employee said it happens all the time and they do not refund. read more

The guy at the counter was rude and told me that they were behind so I would have to wait one hour! I've never had to wait an hour for any of my prescriptions or my wife's or my children's and we do get lots of prescriptions ! Do not go to the CVS pharmacy. It is the worst. Scheduled a fall 23 Covid vaccine with them. They sent a text saying the appointment was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. I rescheduled at CVS at Washington and Broadway, no problem. I went in to print out some Xmas cards . I literally tried 5 times . The first time I did the order through the app . The second time an employee helped me using my app. The 3rd time the same supervisor did the order on the actual phone and the 4th time was done on the actual store picture machine . I was there waiting total of over 2 hours. The supervisor said sorry the machine is down . I told her really and you couldn't of told me this 1 1/2 hr ago ? All she said was sorry . Nothing more . I went to pick up my prescription. The cashier was not wearing their mask over their nose and I brought it to their attention. I was told that wearing the mask over the nose is just my opinion. However, it is prominently displayed at the entrance that mask-wearing is mandatory to be in the store, and its highly unlikely that one person's opinion ( mine) would influence such a large corporation policy. More likely studies like that by Gao and group (2020) which resulted in systematic reviews like that by MacIntyre and Chughtai (2020) have modeled company policies post COVID-19. Why bother posting policies for patrons when your employees wont follow the same policies? Moreover, when I called to bring it to the manager's attention, the manager stated that they knew of the circumstance because they were standing right there. How is it that it takes a patron to bring the attention of an employee, not the following policy? In addition to not stepping in to reinforce their own company policy, the manager rationalized the incorrect and disrespectful response of the cashier by saying that its "hard to breathe with masks" and that they have to "work 8-hour shifts" they day after a man is killed by a law enforcement officer because he couldn't breathe. The manager was supposed to provide me the number to their corporate office but hung up on me. Lastly, this has not been the only issue I have had with this CVS they've lost my prescriptions multiple times and exhibited poor customer service skills.
