Customer service is terrible in the pharmacy. The pharmacists seem nice and knowledgeable, but their techs are short with customers especially when customers ask to have price checks with good RX versus insurance. One tech even berated a customer for asking for a price check. read more

161st & Springmill. Was waiting in 2 person line with a handicapped individual in front of me. Pharmacy had just opened after their lunch. The person in the wheelchair was treated so poorly. No please, no thank you, no smile, no how can I help you. He then left. Then I got up there. I said hi. Same treatment, no please, no kindness , no thank you etc. When I corrected the gal at the register with 'please'- she was like what? I said you can say please for my information. She said she didn't have to say please. She then turned to the pharmacist and the pharmacist said she was not obligated to say please and she can transfer my prescription to another store. I was in shock at the treatment I received. And the pharmacy manager was in the background and said zero. No other staff of the store was even on the floor to talk to. I hope they all get reprimanded and or fired. they deserve negative stars. read more

Worst CVS ever! My grandmother was there trying to get a discount card. She was with my mother. My grandmother bought and made this card so she could buy discounted medicine. The store manager asked my mother to spell her last name. Since her last name was difficult, she spelled it twice for the clerk. He couldn't spell it correctly. My mother asked for a pen and paper so she could write it, and the store manager said no. My mother had seen a pen in the back so she could write it, and the manager insisted, saying no. My mother got mad and said, "I'm going to call the police." So the manager said he was going to call the police. He called the police anyway, and when the police arrived, the officer was a nice guy. Before the officer arrived, my mother and grandmother were going to leave the store, and the manager wouldn't let us out. He caught us outside. He said, "Don't leave here because I have your phone number." The officer came and explained the situation. The manager didn't give my grandmother any refund. $240 for nothing. And the manager also said that they should not go back to that CVS. At the end of it all he made amends and my mother was already depressed, scared and having panic attacks. he situation so the manager offered to call an ambulance. read more

Congratulations to this CVS FOR BEING THE WORSE IN COSTUMER SERVICE. The "professionals" at the pharmacy counter are so RUDE, NO COSTUMER SERVICE, NO EMPATHY FOR PEOPLE. There is a young guy there that he believes he is THE POPE's doctor. I am so sorry but CVS just lost another costumer and just gain somebody that will be expressing my experience in dealing with this kind of "professionals". The store is great. They get the one star. The pharmacy staff is rude, headed up by the pharmacist on duty tonight. I came in for a flu shot, and was quoted 30 minutes. I handled my child care and said I would wait. The tech tried to get my insurance, and starts having difficulties. As I told them, I was happy to wait, so I stood patiently while he was trying to help. Next thing I hear is the pharmacist yelling over the counter with attitude, "if you can't get the insurance to work she will have to go to a clinic." I understand you are busy at 4pm on a Wednesday, during cold and flu season, but I was perfectly happy waiting. I didn't need the attitude, or to be turned away for wanting a flu shot. Since she told me to take my business elsewhere, I guess that's what I'll do. read more

We needed a drug store up on this side of town, so welcome to CVS's new location. The store is on the southeast corner of the intersection. This location has a railroad theme with large train photos on the windows. The building is brand spanking new, clean and organized. The hours are 8 am - 10 pm daily. We were greeted when we walked in the door and another friendly clerk asked if we needed help finding anything. They offer the standard CVS products (beauty, health, cards, some food items, seasonal items, candy, etc.) I was happy to see four racks of greeting cards and wrapping accessories. They had ice and a reasonable selection of alcoholic beverages and mixers. There is a sign inviting customers to talk the pharmacist - a nice way to figure out how to treat ailments. Also they were offering flu shots. Easy! There is ample parking although hard to get in and out with the street divider. We had to drive past the store to pull into the access drive. There were no bike racks. read more

How can a CVS pharmacy be this bad without someone stepping in? I go to this location because it's right outside our neighborhood so it's convenient. The pharmacists are some of the rudest women I have ever met. I have never had a pleasant conversation with them. When asking questions they respond with quick and short responses. They don't come to the counter they just yell out from their location. Luckily they have a few good techs and great pharmacy students to counteract them. If you are thinking about going inside save yourself the headache. I've stood at the counter for sometimes as long as five minutes while three people don't acknowledge me. Then I get in my car and go thru the drive thru. Not a great feeling when you are under the weather. Be ready to hear, "There's five in front of you so it will be a little while!" read more

Never again. Refilled a script online ready for pickup the next day at 1pm. They had no idea that I had refilled it. Asked for proof, forwarded them the confirm email, not enough info they say. I read off the script number they tell me it will be 15 minutes. 2 hours later I get a text asking for my insurance card, I submit this to them. I hear nothing so an hour later I call only to be told that the number on my card is not valid. Plus they were quite rude and dismissive. I've had them transfer to Walgreens. If that doesn't happen I will blame CVS. I've never been a fan and only went to this location b/c it was it was a bit closer to me. Never again at this location. Shame on you! 1. This is the only script I have with them 2. I've been employeed with the same company for 8 years and insurance did not change in 2019. Update: I called Walgreens to have this transferred it was transferred and ready for pickup with 20 minutes. This is proof that that they are absolute rubbish at this location. read more

I love the pharmacy. For years I had filled my scripts at the supermarket across the street. When I could no longer tolerate the parking situation, long lines and overworked techs I said "no more". Fortunately my insurance allows me to use CVS so I switched. The change has been amazing. Their app works well for renewing prescriptions and I get reminder (maybe too many) about refills, etc. There's rarely a wait for prescription pick-up. Most of the staff have been nice. An added bonus is that I do not have to sign for my non child proof bottle caps for ever flipping prescription like I did at the grocery. I signed one time! Simply amazing CVS! They will also mail me my scripts at no charge which is lovely. The rest of the store, well, meh. It's CVS so overpriced with very long receipts to make you insane. I think it's a nice store and always clean. Highly recommended for prescriptions. read more
