I get there and I told them I had hypothyroidism in the past. They did not know how to understand my labs and had me panicked that I was very ill. They referred me to an endocrinologist. I came home and looked at labs I've had in the past and when I saw what they were so alarmed about, it was from my hypothyroidism, not hyperthyroidism. As HCPs, why didn't they know that?? Now, they've had my labs for 2 weeks. The pharmacist orders two hormone creams...but they don't have one of them in stock. Why not? You had my labs for TWO WEEKS. Do you NOT look at them to see what they said BEFORE I showed up? And if you did, WHY didn't you order what I needed? Like who does inventory around there. So, after 5 days, I call and ask for the status because I haven't heard anything. They said I should get a text that day and if not, call back. I got the text on Wednesday and have been waiting for my medication. I called yesterday evening and left a message stating I had not received it. I get a call today saying it was marked "pick-up." I don't know why because I told the pharmacist twice I wanted it mailed to me because it would take 40-45 minutes for me to get there due to construction. They said they are mailing it today. This place is a disorganized MESS! I won't be going back. I can find another compound pharmacy.

Although I usually love this store, the 'credits' policy is not transparent and, frankly absurd. I…read moream a member that gives me a $10 extra bucks' credit every month. In addition, when I got my flu shot here, I received another '$5 off $20' paper coupon. When making a purchase of several items, I also had a paper 40% off coupon. At checkout, I presented the 40% off coupon first to be applied to the $11.29 item. The cashier asked if this was the highest cost item. I assured her that it was. Then, together, my purchase of 4 items reduced the 40% coupon to $1.58 off on an $11.29 item. When I notified the store by email, I was instructed to visit the store and they would resolve the issue. I returned to the store and pointed out the error. The reply was, 'That's the way credits are handled' using 'extra bucks' first. I was advised to return the item and then repurchase it and the 40% could be applied. When I returned today, as instructed, the return value was going to be $2 and change resulting in an even higher price ($6.24) for the item. Lesson learned: buy items individually when CVS issued paper coupons are to be used and DO NOT use credits/extra bucks. Summation: CVS policies re: credits & coupons amount to disingenuous, misleading advertising and deceptive sales practices. Expectations: Clarify policies re: credits and make it right when cloudy practice costs loyal customers.

I did have a hard time finding the gift card center at first, but then eventually I did locate them, and I was able to pick up what I needed. Carol, the cashier, was very nice and took good care of me checking out. This CVS pharmacy had a good layout and had a good selection of items compared to other CVS pharmacy locations.
