I received in the mail 4 coupons for deli items. This nearby location in Noblesville is in a popular shopping area of mine. I found the veggie pizza amazing with the thick crispy crust and well proportioned oval pizza. Also, I enjoyed a mango passion with immunity boost smoothie and a turkey sausage croissant with cheese. I did not care for my selection of mac and cheese type. What an experience and I hear on the TV how people travelled out-of-state for their food! Now I hear them having 2 more locations along my travels. Clean store and restrooms. I tried their sample pastries but was not a fan. Recommendations: 1) promote a physical reward card with Indiana locations so I would participate and buy fuel and 2) advertise prices on a board or flyer so I do not have to take so much time at one of the 4 kiosks. read more

This is the second Wawa to open in Indiana. (The other one is in Danville, of all places.) I visited on opening day, and I'm sure I didn't get a typical experience, because the place was packed. But despite the fact that it was crawling with customers, the store was tidy and clean, and things were arranged on the shelves nicely. I have no prior Wawa knowledge, and I was thinking this convenience store would have more Wawa-branded items, kind of like Buc-ees. (What I really, really hoped for was that Wawa made banana pudding like Buc-ees does, but they don't. They do make banana milkshakes, though.) The only thing I could find was Wawa ice cream, so I got two pints of that for my kids as a last-day-of-school treat. I also got a hazelnut black coffee. What Wawa does have that not a lot of other convenience stores have is a to-go cafe. You can get made-to-order breakfast, lunch and dinner items, including a whole pizza. The majority of the store is full of your typical gas-station snacks and drinks. Oh, and Wawa is also a gas station. Their air pumps are free, too! read more

First trip to WaWa was in 2005 in Virginia now 2025 Wawa has made it to Indiana! Yea! They have great iced coffees, coffees, wraps, hoagies, salads, soups you name it! I need to try the buffalo chicken salad club sandwich and one of their cheesesteaks. They look so good! They have a new menu with all things pickles and I ordered the dill pickle ranch roasted chicken panini. The chicken was so tender and good!! During the fall they have one of their most popular hoagies "The Gobbler" a Thanksgiving style sandwich. I can't wait to try that. A lady was bringing out fresh soft pretzel's, mozzarella sticks, chicken bites when I was there. Wawa is a Pennsylvania company that's been around for 200 years! Its name comes from the Ojibwe tribe word "Wawa" meaning goose. I heard more Wawa's are coming to Indiana and I'm glad about that Brownsburg and Plainfield are being built now. *Oh and download the Wawa app!! Also, you will get a ticket for your food you order off the computer. Take the ticket to go to pay at either the self checkout or register. This was my first time in a Wawa and I was so overwhelmed and impressed. The staff was so happy, friendly, and helpful. Roula checked me out and she was so informative because I had all the questions, lol. I also took some time to talk with one of their kitchen managers, David, and I really enjoyed all of the information he shared and his enthusiasm for the place that he works. It such a refreshing breath of fresh air to meet someone proud of where he works and what he does. I think it helped that we are both from the restaurant and hospital industry. Clean bathrooms, a wall of beverages, and so many yummy sandwiches in one place. Ice tea varieties and cold beer in the cases (walk on in like the cave sign says) are at your disposal. After you order from one of the kiosks pay for them, cause the staff won't make it till it shows up as paid. Cold shakes, and coffee beverages, a la shakes, are being dipped up next to the sandwich counter. Keep your slip if you forgot your order number. Cash transactions can't be made at the self check outs. Wawa isn't next to the interstate but it's the best place for a traveler to recharge. Those cheesesteaks and other sandwiches are also available for preorder, so the night you aren't cooking will be just fine. Gas and diesel are out front. Let me just say this my first time ever going to a Wawa was in Florida and I loved it. When I found out the Wawa was opened in Noblesville was opened and I was in that area I had to go check it out. I will say it lived up to my expectations. I know with it being new it when I went inside it took a minute for my food and smoothie to come. I went a 2nd time and I ordered ahead of time off the app and it went really well. It was quick on the app. I will say the prices were very reasonable. The smoothie and quesadilla were very delicious. I will be going back for a smoothie. For sure download the app you can earn points. The inside was very clean and customer service was great. This Pa girl is soo happy that we are finally getting Wawas! The Novlesville location is still not the closest to my house, but hey, had to go! Went on a Saturday afternoon and they were quite busy, couple dozen people at least. Ordered at the kiosk, paid at the register. They announced about a 15 min wait for food, and that was accurate. Hubs stayed inside while I went outside to walk my dog because he was in the car with us. Hubs and I both got Italian hoagies. Everything is custom because of the kiosk ordering choices. First visit to Wawa, not impressed, the "fresh" donuts were anything but fresh and no discernible date on the packaging.

What is a Wawa? I've heard the name, Wawa. I've said the name aloud, Wawa. I've said the name aloud a few times, Wawa, Wawa, Wawa. There's supposedly a hype about Wawa. Not sure what this hype is about. Wawa is a gas station, just like every other gas station. Wawa has snacks. Just like many other gas stations. Wawa has food and drinks like other gas stations. Wawa does have speciality drinks and sandwiches made on site, like most gas stations don't. There is a mobile pick up option as well, like most other gas stations don't have. You have to make your order on the kiosk. The machine is massive with all sorts of things on it. It decided todo its own thing on our order. I put in a milk shake; it decided I wanted a strawberry smoothie. I had definitely hit the shake button. It put down the smoothie. I canceled that order and started again. I got my shake this time but my sandwich went into outer space. . The screen said hoggie then underneath , it said steak hoggie. I thought that was two sandwiches. It was not. We had Togo back and order another sandwich. I asked if we could just order everything by person. I was told ,"No. you have to use the kiosk.I was so mad and frustrated by this point, I yelled at the cashier. That's all she was , a cashier. She sent us to the kiosk again.I was on the verge of tears, it's what I do when I'm angry. The kind man came out and helped us get our order placed. The Dill Pickle Ranch Chicken Steak & Bacon was not impressive by any means. Raw meat and stale quesadillas. Dealt with a terrible stomach ache after. Could have sworn the chicken was still clucking. Prices are a bit higher than my liking and wait times are insane. Better flow needs established. And temps and color of meats need checked more frequently. read more

We were just at the new WaWa in Noblesville and had an unpleasant experience with the manager. My husband was accused of not paying for two milkshakes. The manager made the young lady at the register pull up the receipt and showed he paid- which it did. The manager in his 50's did not apologize and humiliated my husband. I was very disappointed at this experience. My 68 year old husband was not attempting to steal. June 20th-I would like a formal apology or show some sort of customer service recovery for this experience. read more
