But I have specifically spoken with Andrea one of the Pharmacists and I know I've spoken with a few others. A huge kudos to them and their staff. They have gone above and beyond several times for me. I am only one client. I am sure that they do this across the board for all of their clients which are probably in the thousands. The customer service experience at the pharmacy is unparalleled and outstanding. They have relentlessly contacted my physician in another state while I am tdy & dealing with medical issues with my parents for an indeterminate amount of time. They have made numerous phone calls about numerous issues and always, always followed up with me. Even when my cell phone provider, it inadvertently blocked all Costco's across the United States from being able to call or leave voicemail messages or text. Brian, the pharmacist, went above and beyond multiple times to help get my prescription filled correctly. For some reason, my prescription wasn't written quite right the first time, which delayed things, but Brian didn't give up. He worked diligently with my doctor's office until everything was finally resolved. Then came time for a refill--and unfortunately, the doctor's office made the same mistake again. It turns out their system wasn't set up to handle the prescription in the exact format needed. Once again, Brian patiently worked with them until it was sorted out. That level of dedication is rare these days. Beyond Brian's incredible help, the customer service at Sarasota Compounding Pharmacy is truly personalized and thoughtful. When I picked up my medication, they asked if I was going straight home, since it needed to be refrigerated. I mentioned I had one quick errand to run, and they packed my prescription in a cold pack envelope with a mini ice pack--just to ensure it stayed at the proper temperature. That kind of care is practically unheard of! This experience has been a total eye-opener for me. I've had countless issues with larger chains like Publix giving me the wrong medication, but with Sarasota Compounding Pharmacy, I trust 100% that everything is accurate.
