I came to this CVS on behalf of a delivery company to assist with pharmacy deliveries. Unfortunately, my experience with the pharmacist was disappointing. She came across as making assumptions about people based on their appearance rather than treating everyone professionally and with respect. Regardless of how professional or courteous someone is, no one should feel judged or stereotyped while simply trying to do their job. It was around 8:47 PM on Friday night, April 3rd, when my fiancée suffered a minor to moderate burn on her abdomen. I rushed to this CVS (Store #0932) to find an over-the-counter treatment. The pharmacist on duty, Michael C., along with his team members Renitza and Amanda, were incredibly helpful. Michael calmly and professionally asked about the severity of the burn and then instructed Renitza to retrieve a blue bottle of CVS Pain Relieving Gel on the shelf. He also clearly explained how often to apply the gel and advised me to use an antiseptic ointment if the condition worsened. By far, the most unprofessional, lazy, deceitful, and inadequate pharmacy that I have ever been to. My doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy and after waiting nearly a month with multiple phone calls to the workers, they assured me it was on its way and kept saying I will receive it in 'a few business days' over and over again. Long story short, I made a phone call to another CVS where they told me that CVS had actually discontinued this prescription but they can easily fulfill a generic brand for me. (I picked this up less than an hour later!) So i would have been waiting forever for this CVS to provide me a medication that never existed. I'm not sure which one is true and worse: that this CVS had straight up lied to me, or they just don't know what they're doing. Whether it's dishonesty or inadequacy, I would never step foot in this pharmacy again and would strongly advise everyone to go elsewhere for another pharmacy. I plan to e-mail media contacts and the regional communications contact to make an official complaint until I hear back to ensure this will not happen again to any locals. This is our health and they SHOULD take it seriously! Shame on this CVS. read more

They have some discounts around the food section. But I went to try if my daughter's insurance worked​ at this pharmacy. Even though they didn't take it, the lady in charge was very nice to me and told me to try somewhere else. Clean store and with a ​good parking lot. They also have the option of drive trough which is very convenient. read more

There pharmacy department is a mess! They will send you text messages that prescriptions are ready when they are not. And when you go have something ready they don't. They take forever to fill a prescription and are very disorganized. Was on hold for over 50 min on two occasions. Horrible! read more

Left a prescription around 6pm. I was told that it will be finished by 10pm. I waited four hours just to receive a phone call saying that they didn't have the medication. This should have been mentioned the moment I left the prescription. This is clearly unprofessional and apathetic on the pharmacy. It's their responsibility to notify the patient immediately and referred them to another location. Be cautious on leaving your prescription at this location, you might end up finding out this pharmacy doesn't have the medication after 4 hours. read more

My family and I love shopping here. This store is clean and organized. Most of the associates are friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, there are some associates that lack basic customer service skills. We avoid the pharmacy altogether because their techs take too long to process prescriptions especially those that need to be expedited or received electronically. Twice, our prescriptions were actually prepared in front of us, after receiving notification that they were ready for pick up. Each time, the wait time for pick up has been ridiculous. Our concerns have fallen on deaf ears and after several issues, we will not be using this pharmacy. read more

NO CASH BACK! Been coming here for 6 months. Cash back is a service from cvs that has come to be expected. I came close to closing time and because the Manager was in a rush to leave early she "claims" she put all cash away. I was told NO CASH BACK,.. I informed the cash register attendant that I needed cash back. The manager intervened and she told me I will have to void your transaction if you press cash back. I seriously doubt the register didn't have $10 for me. Complete lack of customer service from manager on duty who is easy to identify if the district manager cares to inquire. read more

Following the Amazon instructions for returns, I took my package to the store. After few minutes on the line, the fist associate has not idea the store has amazon services therefore he was not familiar with the return process. I made the line one more time for another associate that wasn't familiar with the process either. The manager came and told me, I have to go back home, wrap the package, print the label and place it on the front. I explained to him, the new process make it easier for the customers, and all the information is in the code provided. He repeatedly said I was wrong and he knows his business. I asked one more time if he could please try and he said "well if the package get lost is your problem". Horrible customer services, including the so called manager.
