I was the last car in line and the pharmacist closes the drive-thru, and at 1:30 on the dot....leaves to lunch. No sign outside that says "Don't be clown waiting...we close 1:30PM to 2:00PM. No wonder all these CVS's have 1 star reviews. SAD. read more

No wonder this CVS has less than 2 stars. I called the pharmacy and was on hold for 15 minutes . Hung up. Called the front of the store, spoke to someone who was very nice, took my number down and passed it to the pharmacy. I know stores are busy and the FIRST THING the man who answered said was "hello? I was told you were waiting for 15 minutes on the phone and I can assure you, you weren't. What may I help you with?" Are you kidding? Is this what they call customer service? Who ever he was, is playing a dangerous game because thanks to modern day technology, I have a screenshot. Use to go to the Walgreens nearby FIU, but switched to this location as it was newer and closer to me. I'd rather make the drive to Walgreens even though it is further. The wait at the drive thru line for the pharmacy is RIDICULOUS- OVER AN HOUR. They never answer the phone when you call. This is an awful location. Avoid at all cost, unless you have time to waste. Take yourself to Walgreens a little further down with a drive thru- never experienced this there! 100x better service. read more

How nice . I call the pharmacy the phone rings and rings. So I drive over . As I approach the window with the phone ringing . After waiting for the next car to move. One lady closes the window in my face as the other one picks up the phone and hangs up . 7:56pm look at the cameras. New patient to this neighborhood will be headed to Walgreens. I can not believe a new store is letting the pharmacy act this way. Change the hours at the window too they say 11pm. Very rude lady to close the window after she clearly saw me back there for a long while. Never again read more

I have visited several times now and have always encountered the same issue. While the location is very nice and brand new it is utterly understaffed. On the 5-6 times that I have stopped in I've had to wait on the 1 cashier working in several different capacities. Making my average visit time between 20-30 minutes. I personally stop at a CVS for convenience and ease, not to experience wait times that equivalent to the big box stores. read more

If a life would depends on medication delivered by this pharmacy many people wouldn't be here today. Dropped a rx on Monday morning and they said it will be available next day because it has to be requested. After almost 3 day no medication yet and they say i should keep waiting. Talk about a rude, unprofessional staff. Especially the pharmacy. They don't speak English, they're not willing to help, and they are easily irritated when you need some sort of help, which is a shame because the store is a nice store. read more

This is a pretty decent CVS location. Although it's pretty small, it actually sells a lot of items. I'm particularly a fan of the cosmetics department, which carries more brands than the other locations I go to. They carry NYX, which is a little hard to find at other drugstores. With that being said, they're typically low in stock. The NYX section has been pretty empty for the past few weeks that I've been going, and I keep returning in hopes that they've re-stocked, but nothing. Nevertheless, the staff is typically very nice and the store is clean. They just need to fix that low-stock issue. read more

This place is horrible it doesn't give Flu shots 17 and under and I hate that because my kids need Flu shots . This is a place I DO NOT recommend they used to be an Eckerds drugs and still behave the same way, the place is dark and could not find a bathroom, nor could I find an employee to help with anything. The have flowers for sale by the front door and all of the flowers were dead; which is what I feel about the place Cashier was more concerned with the rewards card I did not have and used her card instead (Guess their points are very important) Would not EVER visit again read more

The staff at this pharmacy always act as they doing you a favor when you ask or see them to pick up a medication, not professional at all and very rude and Lacking serious customer service and with the attitude "that they do not care at all "when you request information; they try to make feel stupid and ignorant and like they do not care if you leave and never come back, so in their suggestion I am leaving with my business somewhere else because there are other Pharmacy's in this city of ours. To make matters worse I was taking the medication Losartan that has been pulled out of the market because of serious issues they contacted me they had refill it and when I called that I had received a letter from their office and that my insurance had warm about this as their letter from their Headquarters ; their attitudes was they did not care! This place is always rude! I have called almost every month to make sure my prescriptions get moved from here. I called today cause AGAIN I had a prescription filled there and was simply calling cause I had a question and AGAIN was trying to make sure my medicine was moved to a closer cvs. She cut me off mid sentience and put me on hold and was extremely rude to me! I asked if I could talk to someone else and she put me on hold and then hung up on me. I don't understand why they hire such rude people to help people with there medicine! read more

I would give it a one star, but one of the ladies were very nice. this place is so disorganized. the one lady attending the public and cashier seems to be in another world. there's a long line down the aisle and no one takes any action to help out. I went to another window to update my insurance them instead taking people by order, they sent me all the way back in the line. I'm not a happy camper. I'm switching my place of pharmacy if this is how they work on a daily basis. read more

I hate to complain about places that do not find a language barrier as being a customer service issue.. But it is! I'm sure the service would have been faster if the 7 ppl waiting in line spoke Spanish but surprisingly none of them did like myself. I could tell that the cashier was frustrated and stressed ..she was trying to communicate but if you don't know English it's hard to wing it. Unfortunately the other cashier that was helping in photo did not speak English either so she had a long line too. Look understand this part of Miami is predominantly Spanish speaking .. however in order to provide proper service they need to schedule bilingual employees at least with the Spanish speaking only ones so that they have someone they can turn to when English only speaking customers need assistance. This is America and our first language is English but no many businesses respect that anymore. read more
