I tried calling the pharmacy and 7 times over a 30 minute hold, someone picked up the call just to put me back on hold. Then I tried calling the store itself to see if they can advise the pharmacy and the rep tells me "I don't work in the pharmacy, sorry," and hung up. The level of disrespect for customers is outrageous. read more

ZERO STARS IF I COULD Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at Walgreens. I arrived at approximately 4:55 PM on Sunday to pick up medication for my 58-year-old husband, who is seriously ill. The pharmacy is posted as closing at 5:00 PM. The pharmacy area appeared partially closed, and I had to seek assistance to determine whether it was still open. Once I reached the counter, a female employee immediately told me, "We are closed." I pointed out that it was not yet 5:00 PM. I checked my phone--and it had just turned 5:00. What is particularly upsetting is that the pharmacist had seen me there before closing. I respectfully asked if, since I had arrived before the posted closing time, he could please release my husband's medication. He refused. I understand that employees have procedures and that pharmacies have closing requirements. What I do not understand is refusing to assist a patient who arrived before the posted closing time and was already physically present at the pharmacy. If I had arrived after closing and asked them to make an exception, I would understand being told no. That was not what happened. This was medication for a seriously ill patient--not a convenience purchase. I am extremely disappointed by the pharmacist's handling of this situation and will be escalating this matter through Walgreens' corporate customer service and, if appropriate, the relevant pharmacy regulatory authorities to determine whether the pharmacy's conduct and closing procedures were appropriate. Patients and their medications deserve better than this. A pharmacy's responsibility is ultimately to the people relying on it for their health and well-being. Shame on Walgreens for allowing a patient to be treated this way. read more

Service too slow average waiting time 7 minutes to 15 minutes before 2020 many staff great service today is like a turtle services. NO longer fast. Short of staff. often only one person in whole store and the lines is really bad. I have to go earliest as possible if lucky I get fastest service usually in the morning they get help worst hours are after 1pm. read more

The pharmacy hold times for a call are unacceptable. I waited 22 minutes for a 2 minute conversation. You can do better.

I don't know why Walgreens across this city has such negative reviews lol I've never had an issue with them. This Walgreens always has good sales on candy and snacks. Staff is attentive and nice. read more

Services has downsized due to high cost of living service and hours are no longer standard. At night services is the worst average time at cashier line is 15 minutes I start going mornings is more effective read more

This pharmacy is not even worth the time to write this review. They don't answer the phone, they leave you on hold, they never answer. For those who are reading this, don't waste your time calling. They also don't let you know in advance that the medicine is ready, I had to go there to get the medicine, it was ready and they hadn't told me, that pharmacy is a mess. read more

There is no worst place to get your meds than at Walgreens. I was forced by my employer to get my meds at this place! I cringed when I got the notice. My experience with these folk has always been: Rude employees No knowledge of anything Sloooooow No one to call ( if you do, they just put you on hold until the store closes They tell you your meds are ready and after waiting in line for 30 minutes, they tell you they don't have your meds. How, how, how!!!! Are these people still in the pharmacy business? Why? read more

Says it's 24/7, and staff have closed at 12:15am on Sun 1/11/20. Left my house to get medical equipment for a household emergency and this left me stranded. Onto the next. Thanks. read more

Worst service. Especially the photo manager. She's rude and doesn't want to let you see your pictures before purchasing.

I've only been to this particular Walgreens late at night and everyte me I've been here the employees have been helpful and friendly. This particular store has everything! I'm actually not a big fan of Walgreens stores in the first place but was blown away by the selection that this location has. Love the small little hand baskets that turn into carts, that's a pretty nifty idea. I also wanted to point out that this store is very clean. read more

This brand new Walgreens may be a bit expensive but at least they're nice, clean, and always open!

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I go to this pharmacy to pick up (or drop off) my prescriptions, I have to wait at least 30 minutes in line because the pharmacy is severely understaffed. No matter what time of day I go, there is always just one person behind the HUGE counter that can hold at least 3 more pharmacists. I don't understand why they can't hire at least ONE more person to help man the pharmacy counter when the lines constantly get so long! And the drive-thru isn't any better. I'll usually be able to listen to half a podcast while I'm sitting in my car waiting for the ones ahead of me to be served. HIRE MORE PEOPLE, WALGREENS! JESUS! read more

This Walgreens pharmacy is by far one of the best pharmacies I have been to. The staff is exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure your every need is met. If your prescriptions have not yet been received they reach out to your Dr. and help expedite your prescriptions in a timely manner without ever making you feel uncomfortable. Hands down a five experience! read more

I was sitting in the drive through for my mother's prescriptions with one person in front of me and pulled up to a closed sign when the person right in front of me was taken care of. I spoke with the store manager John and he agreed that it was not right. They should have taken care of who ever was left in line before going to lunch. We moved her prescriptions to Osborns. Should have done this years ago. Never again. You are just a number to this company. They don't care about you. They only care about their lunch. read more

Worse customer service. I was feeling sorry for Walgreens bc CVS was taking their customers. So i come to this store today, but its the last time. I asked for a product and they tell me the isle. Couldn't find it. I ask again and they tell "its on that isle". Really!?!? Get off your butt lady! Heading toward CVS! read more

Worse staffed pharmacy, it doesn't matter if you go through drive thru or take the time to go inside the store. I have been coming here for 3 years plus because it's the closest option and somehow they haven't improved service levels. Be prepared to wait extensively, I would suggest the CVS or publix next door which is where I plan to transition to read more

This specific Walgreens pharmacy is an absolute NIGHTMARE. The people are clueless and everything takes forever to be done. I always have to go prepared to spend 30 mins to an hour while I'm there. I dread every time I have to go to this place read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. They keep you waiting in long lines & I'm not too sure they pharmacy knows what they are doing. I also says many other customers upset with them hence the long lines. My advise is fine another pharmacy!! read more

This pharmacy is terrible. The worst customer service ever!! The meds are never ready on time, their wait is a min of 2 hours. The staff is getting worse and worse. The drive thru wait time is a joke. They are either understaffed or inefficient. After 20 years of refilling my meds w/Walgreens, it's time to move my mine and my family's to another pharmacy. Beyond disappointed! read more

I know this store since they first day they opened . Pharmacy has the worse customer service in town. They have one cashier open and 10 customers in line. They have no sense of urgency in trying to move the line. I have move all my prescription to be home delivery, but on Tuesday I had my doctor send an electronic order. I totally forgot that a have a Cvs that opened near the house 3 months ago. I regret this. I went to pick up the order at Walgreens three hours after the doctor faxed the prescription and they told me it was not ready, after expending 23 minutes in-line . I went back at 7 pm and there where 11 people in line and two cashiers. After a 20 minutes of waiting I finally got the medicine . I won't make this mistake again . I have a new Cvs that just opened . The manager at this wallgrens does not care about people's time and needs. I know they are loosing customers because the people on line were talking about changing to Cvs. What a shame read more

This is by far the WORST pharmacy. They never get the medication correct and are extremely rude. I've given this pharmacy so many tries and they continue to disappoint. Over it! read more
