This "CVS" could be better, but it's also disorganized and the aisles are a bit too narrow and cramped, not many customers can walk down the aisle cause there isn't enough space, so they should have more cashiers at the front, and more associates on the floor to organize the aisles.. read more

I am giving them an excellent review for two reasons. My first reason is unfortunately due to the mandate I was required to get a vaccine in order to stay employed. I didn't get the nurses name but she was absolutely amazing she was warm, friendly, and very soothing and understood my anxiety. The second reason I am giving them credit is because when I left the store I made a purchase and added money onto the purchase to get cash back I was so wobbly and nervous that I walked out without my money. I called the store and the manager was an absolute pleasure found the $10 in the register and apologize for any inconvenience. I explain to her that it wasn't the young cashiers fault it was probably more mine since I was so shaky but I appreciated the apology and the prompt reply. read more

I was present two days ago and I observed a man walk right out of the store without paying for the item. I was at the self serve check out and selected the print receipt option and I never received a receipt because it was out of paper. Very disorganized. They need to hire an additional attendants to keep on the lookout for the front of the store. I was there for quite sometime and didn't see an employee anywhere. read more

This pharmacy repeatedly lies about leaving messages with our office when they have not contacted us. As a physician I strongly advise patients to avoid this pharmacy. There are so many other options available. I have seen them make dangerous medication errors as well. AVOID read more

A bad sign is when your parking lot is smaller than the aisle of the store you are going to. On the day I went there were 6 oversized SUV's trying to back out at same time within minutes of one another. Reminds me of bumper cars on Coney Island...absolutely ridiculous! Absolutely the worst pharmacy you can go to. Was told my prescription would be ready at 4:30pm. When I arrived 3 hours later, I was told I needed to wait 15 more minutes. It is completely unacceptable to not have something ready 3 hours after your commitment time. read more

I have been over charge for medication I bought at CVS .and I went to ask why the young lady was rude and told me we can't do anything ..showed her the receipt from last month's medication that was lower the same medication ..she said not her problem call your insurance...if u want to get roped off then continue to go to cvs never again read more

this is just for the store(non-pharmacy) experiences it's very close to where i work so convenient insomuch i dont need to shop at another on my off time/weekends however, that is the best thing i can say because several problems in no particular order: at least 1/2 the times they are out of at least 1 item i need(fyi i was told they get their stock in on Wednesdays so if you're flexible on when you can go i'd suggest Thur-Sat if it's sale items) cashiers wait until there is a huge line before calling for backup(sometimes) worst problem is their register system & 1 particular cashier. several times i've handed coupons, % off & mfr only to see a partial amount taken off or the inability(incl the mgr) to figure out how to use it so they hand it back to me. with regards to the last statement there is a particular cashier his name is Daniel(large build Latino). he isnt "nasty" but when explaining something is quite curt & when a swiped coupon doesnt take he will just hand it back & say "cant use it" i have to almost beg him to call a mgr(most times they take care of it exc what i mentioned before) just this past week i handed 6 mfr coupons, only 2 were credited--was going to walk back into the store but there was a long line, the mgr was busy with someone & i needed to get back to work so now dealing with CVS cust svc i STRONGLY suggest reviewing the receipt before you even get out of the line FYI i've been to several other CVS's never a problem read more

Guys, there is a big parking lot RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET (not Union ave; the side street that it's on). Always with plenty of spots. Matter of fact, I always park in one of them, and they are closer to the entrance than, say, the closest parking space you can find to a Target store. Even if the spots immediately adjacent to the store were empty, I wouldn't go there. It's hard to get out. Park across the street. The store is clean and organized. I never had any issues with the pharmacy department either. It's true that they do not call you if you walk around and shop, but I guess I spend so much time browsing nail polishes that by the time I return to the counter, my prescription is always ready read more

I think CVS and Totowa is a great pharmacy I use it all the time. Really had any issues and they always have the medication when they say they will. I have no complaints. read more

Their pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are pretty good. They don't make many mistakes. But they frequently run out of sale merchandise and have a minuscule parking lot. Yes, there is a another parking lot across the street. But I was with someone who has difficulty walking. read more

Check your pills before you leave this pharmacy. Google what the pills you are prescribed are supposed to look like so you are informed. It's no joke. Do not leave this pharmacy with a prescription unless you know what the pills are supposed to look like. For your own sake. I will never use this or any other CVS ever again. read more

Excellent pharmacy. Big chain resources with the feel of your small town pharmacist. Can be very busy, but worth the wait

My family has been going to this location for almost 20 years. However, the service is horrible at this location. There is no privacy when speaking to the pharmacists. The wait times are usually rather long. When you finally get attended to the service is deplorable. At this point it's like a revolving door of employees and only one or two are friendly or knowledgeable. On more than one occasion we have been given the wrong medication and when I move back to the area there was a mix up of wether or not medications were picked up. Instead of handling the situation in a professional manner the manager came out of the back and loudly said he reviewed the tapes. He handled the situation very poorly and attempted to embarrass his clients (poor taste) then claimed that we were lying about receiving the wrong medication (it has happened in the past more than once, where we received someone else's medication when they were busy, when we realized their mistake the medication was immediately returned). The location lacks sufficient parking in the front of the store and lacks a drive thru. Save yourself the headache go to another location. read more
