I was sitting behind a car in the drive-thru. There is a mirror so the people inside can see how many vehicles are in line and I was the only one. At 1:31 the car in front of me left the drive-thru and I pulled in right behind them. They pulled the gate down knowing I had been waiting for quite a while. I honked, the person inside looked at me and slammed the gate down the rest of the way. I called and left a voice mail stating how shocked I was at the disrespect and rudeness. (I did not curse, call names, etc. I just stated what happened and how I perceived the interaction.) I received a return call from the pharmacist, Jada?, and she apologized for the INCONVENIENCE. Seriously? The inconvenience is the least of your issues Jada. Treating people with respect and courtesy is WAY more important. Needless to say, as convenient as this location is, I have transferred all of my business to HEB. On a side note, I've had two different doctor offices comment on how rude the pharmacist is at this location. One of the doctors I've been seeing for 20+ years and Jada dropped the ball and tried to blame it on my doctor. I know the doctor and staff. I've NEVER had a problem communicating with that particular doctor. read more

Did a walk-in and got both the flu and covid vaccine. The pharmacist recommended these shots for upcoming travel and/or Fall season. As I had a really good experience with a recent vaccination, I came back to the same location after considering the other options. The pharmacist changes frequently so the previous guy I got was just there for a while. They will ask for insurance, verify coverage then come out to administer the shot in a room. The lady asked if I wanted shots on left, right or both arms. It was done quickly and a plaster applied. They give you a $10 off $20 CVS voucher per vaccination and also a pack of house brand popcorn. That was a nice incentive to choose CVS. The lady suggested two more vaccinations that were covered by insurance. One was abrysvo - rsv. The other was prenar - pneumonia. They were vaccinations you had to do just once. I decided to hold off and do my research. Two vaccinations in a row were enough. I did get side effects from the flu and covid shot. They were bodyaches, felt light bump on the injection site, felt hard to the touch the next day like boxed on left arm. Symptoms were gone on Day 3 except for a little round bump where the injection was. I got the pharmacist to write the vaccinations on the card, they didn't have the cards but could write it on a card where I had tracked prior vaccinations. It's super convenient but there is a wait time depending on the timing. It's good to get it done and over with. read more

We pulled up to CVS drive through a few minutes before 6. There was one car ahead of us. We waited as the pharmacist and the person in that car talked. The car in front of us pulled away and we pulled up to get my husbands InHALER that he needs to BREATHE and the pharmacist said "sorry sir we closed at 6." My husband said, we were here before 6. She said "no you weren't. We checked." And she closed the window. This conversation happened at 6:01pm. read more

This store consistently disappoints. The pharmacy is the very worst. After waiting for 15 minutes for my vaccination appointment, I finally asked how much longer. The pharmacist told me it would be another 10-15 minutes - and that is with an appointment! There were two others supporting her and only 2 people waiting in line. It was 7 pm and not busy. I've never had a positive experience but they are so close to my home that i keep trying. But no more - I'll drive further for a pharmacy that knows how to run their business properly. Received a 30% off everything coupon with the caveat being it being applicable only on non-sale items. I carefully selected items reflecting full price and headed to the cashier. The total was around $90 and they came up with a mysterious $10 off deal coupon automatically applied (which they couldn't give any information on) and 30% savings of $11. This happens EVERY time I try to use one of their 30% everything coupons. After getting nowhere with the manager, I left the store empty-handed. Keep your worthless coupons CVS. I'm done. read more

There are 7 cars in line at drive through. Wait time is in excess of 20 min and only 2 cars have moved. Only 5 more to go... They closed one of the windows for pick up so wait time has quadrupled!!! Nowadays most people never drive to drop off paper copy, I've never seen any car there since the change. If I could give less stars I would. The Minute Clinic guy Jeffrey was completely amazing in helping me out during my horrible experience at this CVS. I came in with horrible flu symptoms and I just wanted to get a test and medication to take. Jeffrey helped me greatly. This review is about Jayda Wang, the pharmacist. She was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Her customer service was seriously bad for someone feeling absolutely terrible at the time. She was so short and uncaring in a difficult situation for me. She made me feel bad for trying to apply a coupon and the sent me to the end of the line of 4 people after I had already been there for 2 hours. I will admit she did come around at the end and helped me out with a question once she saw my face up close and how bad I was feeling. Although in the past I've had some challenges at the location, multiple members of the current staff at this CVS have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions over the last few months. I've had various challenges with different prescriptions caused by my doctors office and the team at CVS has gone the extra mile to help get the issues corrected each time and in a timely manner so I get what I need when I need it. read more

Deserves ZERO stars. The worst that I've ever had to deal with they will not tell you when your prescription is out of stock. They will text you saying it's there and ready and even even CALL TO CONFIRM they will say it is ready. then you get there they tell you it's not in stock . This happened twice the first time the girl said it wasn't in stock I asked why they didn't contact me so I could get it sent elsewhere She said "idk it's automated sometimes they call sometimes they don't but they don't have time to make calls" and when it happened the second time the guy at the register LAUGHED AT ME when I was mad that I had been lied to about my sons prescription. To prevent this happening for a THIRD time I called them again to make sure it was there so I could have it transferred if not I was straight up YELLED at by their associate "Blessing" they said idk what you want me to do the computer says it's here. I asked her if she could physically place her hands on the prescription to ensure it was ACTUALLY there this time. She the put the phone down for a few minutes laughed and talked to someone and then said "ya. It's here" so I guess we'll see if it's actually there today These people need to learn how to talk to people. They are rude and unprofessional and I certainly will bit be using them again after this I would have had it sent elsewhere THIS time if I trusted that they were competent enough to actually transfer it. Every time I go to this pharmacy we have issues. They don't take initiative to reach out to other locations to cancel orders and have no sense of urgency. My husband won't even pick up my prescriptions anymore because they never run through insurance and cause delays and unnecessary out of pocket for medication. Just stopped in at this location to buy a small bottle of ibuprofen. No one working checkout. Only self service checkout. Apparently one needs cashier approval to buy ibuprofen. She finally shows up then gives me attitude when I asked why nobody at checkout. "Well, we are taking inventory too". Plenty of options around besides this store. read more

If you have the option of using any other pharmacy on Earth - do it, go elsewhere. The pharmacist I interacted with was extremely rude & condescending. The staff in general is incompetent. Dropped off my prescription, never heard from the pharmacy so I went back to see if it was ready. When I arrived they acted like they had never seen my prescription - like I hadn't dropped it off that day!? Once they located my prescription, the pharmacist scribbled on it & said she wouldn't fill it. I called to receive money through Money Gram about 10 minutes prior to coming in because a month ago I know it wasnt working. The young lady on the phone said "Yes it's working now" 10 minutes later I'm at CVS on the red Money Gram phone for 10 minutes processing the information. I go to the counter and the young lady tells me that the manager (Kim) just told her that she counted out the cash and doesn't have the money to give me. I then asked to speak with Kim because I was literally just told everything is good. Kim then tells me that the Money gram machine isnt working properly so obviously she lied to the young lady about not having enough cash. And the young lady lied to me about it working in the first place. Again with the same issue it's only when "Kathy" or "khatidja" work that I have issues I'm not sure if she dislikes me or she just dislikes people that use coupons. I don't know what her problem is but this is the second time I am writing a review about her cvs should fire her immediately. She is super racist. They've worked with me several times to get Rx corrected from doc - they are also helpful in terms of securing the best price. This CVS is very nice and new. Its nice that there's finally a pharmacy close by since I used to have to drive all the way to The Woodlands. As you would expect, everything is new and clean and the staff is actually very nice. I really like this location because its near some great other stores like a grocery store and a pediatric urgent care so I feel like I can get all my services in one place. Although, I have a choice to get my prescription in Walgreens Which is nearby me I choose not to. I have been going on this CVS located at 24043 KUYKENDHAL RD,TOMBALL, TEXAS 77375, STR #285 for numerous years and the staff that work on this Pharmacy has always been Pleasant and very accommodating. For the longest time I've been coming back at this location, I have never ever encounter a very rude and poor service from an employee in CVS. While I was standing in line Felicia was talking with a customer for a long time. Finally, She's told me that I should go to self checkout. At first, I couldn't understand why she insist for me to used the self check out. I told her I'm in a hurry that I didn't have enough time for a tutorial. But to my surprised she didn't care and but instead insisted that I should learn how to used the self check out machine. I couldn't really understand why since there was nobody there but me. I told her why not just rang me up so I can go. She gets very annoyed that I asked her to just go ahead and used the cash register. She was determined for me to learn how to used the self checkout out machine. I was frustrated and I noticed that she didn't even give me a receipts so I went back and asked her for it. She just laughed at me and I decided to just leave and not pay attention to her. As I was walking out the store she continued to harassed me and repeatedly yelling at me three times to have a nice day! I wasn't saying anything back but she wouldn't stop yelling until I responded. I called and asked for a manager and FELICIA answered the phone and she's said she is the manager. Really??? By then I asked her I wanted to speak to another manager. Diana is another manager among many she's said. I was explaining to her what happened with me and FELICIA. But she wasn't too concerned about it. She said that it was require for every customer now to used the self check out. I realized CVS should go ahead and just put machine in the store. There is no reason for hiring people because if customer can learn how to used it why bother hiring rude, and ignorance unprofessional workers like FELICIA? At least the machine will not be rude or be disrespectful and CVS can probably saved more money rather than hiring people that didn't care how they treated their customer. Just bought 2 bottles of wine for $35 that would have been $20 or so, if I "had a CVS Card". I understand offering discounts for customers who have your card, but this particular bottle of wine costs $12 anywhere else, at the most, without a discount. I purchased it for $16 a bottle at your location. With the price difference that you are offering customers who have a CVS Card vs customers who don't, you are obviously just tying to bait customers into obtaining it...which is bs. Enjoy my $35, as well as knowing I will never be back. The Clinic here is a JOKE! I signed in with no one in front of me. It took my appt time then, the lady walks out after 30 MINUTES and says you'll have to come back in 2 hours it's almost lunch time. Lunch time?!?? 2 hours? You sat in there 30 minutes without informing me you were going to lunch in 30 more minutes and I would need to come back?!?! CVS is the most inefficient Pharmacy you could ever hope to find. All locations I have visited. They can't ever get things right. Some prescriptions I had went to the wrong store. I was told by a mgr they could be transferred to any CVS by computer. The pharmacist at this store took ownership of my prescriptions they are my property and according to HIPPA laws I say where they go and who has permission to see their content. On an other occasion my daughter went to another cvs with approx. 20 scripts she was given from exiting the hospital after a month stay. The pharmacist wrung up the scripts 6 were not there do to no stock. the phone rang and he passed us to a stock boy, who gave us all but one bag. Don't even know who got her scripts. Swore I would never use CVS pharmacy again. Would give them a double 0 rating if I could. It's disheartening that this company is the number one rated, and clearly the worst. Pharmacy is extremely slow on the drive through lane and at the counter. Really terrible service and doesn't seem organized.

I am done with this Pharmacy! I sat in line for 10 minutes before pulling up to the outside lane and waited for an additional 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me, as someone was telling me that they would be with me shortly another person drives up in the lane next to me. 5 minutes later guess who the pharmacist goes to help! When I display my disgust at the situation I get a very smug look from him like he thinks it's funny and doesn't give a rats A.s! I spoke with someone on the phone a few minutes later to have my prescription transferred elsewhere and I ask the woman on the phone the name of the manager and she replies "Andrew" and I ask her if "Andrew" has a last name? She replies I forgot his last name ........ are you freaking kidding me????? Who forgets the last name of someone you work with????
