The woman who did my hair wasn't sure of the shade. I told her I wanted the shade to blend in with the rest of my hair. She did a great job. She was very hospitable however, she didn't explain to me how the process worked. She wasn't very friendly. Tip: if you're getting roots done you can ask for the extended time which is 45 min or the standard time. No one explained to me the process. A different the girl washed my hair. She did a great job. When my hair was washed, she asked me if I wanted a brush or a comb. I wasn't expecting to be asked that question. She proceeded to walk me to this bar where there were a blow dryer and hair products. She pretty much left me there. I'm pretty speechless at this point because obviously from everything that's going on I can figure out myself that it's DO YOUR OWN HAIR. If you want to invest in a blow dryer, the Dyson works faster and the business should invest in providing microfiber hair towels. Their hair dryer took forever to dry my hair. .I walked out there with partially wet hair. I wasn't going to stay in the entire time to blow dry my hair and do my hair right where everyone is sitting. In fact, I just wanted to get out of there. I wanted to take a look at my hair to see the roots were recovered and that was pretty much it. What I failed to check is the color was left on my hairline from the hair wash. Smh.. The woman who colored my roots didn't check to see if the roots turned out ok. She wasn't the one who checked me out either. She went on to the next person without even acknowledging a thank you for coming in or hope you like your hair. Despite her lack of customer service, I still left her gratuity. Unfortunately, I'll never return to this location. No customer service. Disappointed. Feedback: If you're looking for new customers or new members for that matter, you might want to reiterate the process of how your business works because as I was sitting there, I was interested in being a member. It was a great price, but after this experience, I don't think I'm going to return. I can go to another for salon for the same price who blow dry + style for the same price. The mgr that answered the phone sent me the form to review and requested 50% deposit upfront before scheduling. I paid the 50% and was under the impression it was for my single all over color, and cut, style which is on the quote.  When I got there the stylist said the haircut wasn't added and it would be 330.00 total. I said that's not what your mgr said I walked up to the manager and explained that she herself took my reservation over the phone and sent me the form with the haircut quoting the haircut included. She basically said that the increase would be the price and that I can't get my deposit back, so therefore I had to pay to get my hair done. The stylist did not honor my request that I wanted to keep my length, I told her to cut my dead ends and to give me long layers not to do anything drastic. My hair is now shorter, she cut more than the dead ends and was not cut professionally colored properly with the  colors I selected. I'm very disappointed in my hair it has frizz , flyaways everywhere. The color looks faded, the stylist never showed me the color wheel of what she was mixing, I showed her on my phone several inspiration pictures it was supposed to be darkest brown/black it's more red toned. She never used a curling wand only the blow dryer and brush. This salon should have been transparent about pricing and honored their quote. The salon needs to listen to their clients and not dismiss them when they are trusting them with their hair. Our 29th wedding anniversary was the next day, I was very dissatisfied.

I purchased a wig for 2,700$ for full human hair, it started off fine. After three months the lace began to unravel. Badly. Way passed usual wear and tear, as lace fraying is normal. The hair came out in droves when I would care for it. Having dealt with wigs before I followed, all necessary care instructions to keep my wig at its best to no avail. The wig now is unusable, with several bald spots as pictured. I took very VERY good care of this wig. This was a lot of money for me to spend, and I am expected to get what I pay for in terms of quality when I spend that amount of money on a human hair wig not to have it collapse, after only five months of daily use and wear. I am upset this is how it turned out, but it is what it isI suppose. I did call the shop last month and asked if they did wig repair, to which they told me they do not do but to send it to the wig doctor online, and when I looked at prices, the repair of the wig would be about the same as my purchase of the wig.
