They have you on hold for over 20 minutes and have the worst attitude in pharmacy ! I hate going to this location but it's close by my house

I'm always impressed by how prompt and professional the staff is at OTHER locations. This location, however, is (without hyperbole) the WORST FUCKING WALGREEN'S on the planet! Silver lining though is that by offering such poor service, they promote wellness in the community - they motivate you to stay healthy so you don't have to get any prescriptions filled here!! read more

Don't send any personal photos or information to this store!!! They gave all of our wedding photos, and personal information(dates of birth etc) to a random stranger who decided to pick up all pre paid photos in one day! At some point in life Walgreens needs to shut this store down and start over. I just stood at the counter for 15 minutes while the cashier had to call someone else for a FedEx drop off. That person, Shannon never came up to the front to help myself and another gentleman because she was too busy eating her lunch. The cashier repeatedly called for her after multiple times not getting any answer.Safe to say I will not be coming to this Walgreens for anything else ever. read more

Pharmacy is the most incompetent staff of "Southerners" I have ever experienced in my life!!!!! They will not answer the phone (and I was warned of this). I went in the store to see if my prescription was transferred and they told another pharmacy that I had picked up the prescription. I had NOT!!!! I'm visiting from another state and have been trying to get my medication for 4 days!!!! I called and was on hold for 33 mins. I used another phone while on hold and someone answered the phone. I explained my issue and the woman tried to get me to pick up a prescription that I told her my insurance will not cover unless it's transferred. I did not want to get hit with a high bill later. I had to call the doctor and request he re-prescribe my life-saving medication to the other pharmacy. I do not have issues with Walgreens Pharmacy near my house in California, but I don't care to use them again soon. Definitely NOT THIS ONE!!!! I never write reviews while I'm angry. I went to this Walgreen's with someone to pick up their prescription and they had 3 visible employees behind the counter........the phone rang, and rang......not one employee answered the phone. We sat there to see if any of them would answer the phone. Dang shame!!!! read more

I'm not going to lie, today I went in to take a Covid test. I've taken multiple COVID test, however, each time the person delivering the test would STILL go over the directions and how to do everything. The white b---- in the drive-thru window only asked me "if I had ever taken a test from Walgreens" before and when I said "I think I have, I'm not exactly sure " she just handed me the test and stopped flaking. I then asked her two questions so she could FINALLY give me directions on how to do this particular test CORRECTLY. I am very thorough, so before I left I asked her to please verify my email address so that I could make sure I would get my results to my test. She rambled off an email that WAS NOT mine and when I told her, "I'm sorry, that's not my email," she responded "well that's the one I'm gonna send it to because that's what you have on file," and I was like . I couldn't get one word in edgewise before she stated that she had someone else's test labels and apologized to me and then rambled and scrambled around looking for MY label which was on the opposite side of the room! What kind of crap is that? I'm not even sure if the results I got back were correct but I pray they are... seriously with all these negative reviews why do you all STILL allow these people to work for your company? This is appalling and dissatisfying. Fix it! read more

Never in my life have I ever had to wait 50 minutes in the drive through lane to pick up a prescription. I have never seen employees work so slow in my entire life! This was the second time I've used Walgreens at 2920 and Kuykendahl. The first time I went inside to pick up my prescription and was equally flabbergasted by their incompetent behavior. I waited at least 30 minutes! Never ever again. read more

Horrible experience! Walgreens is usually my favorite store but this location is run by a team who lack the basics of customer service. This whole team needs to be replaced. I'll never visit this location again. Very disappointed. read more

Yes the older lady in the cosmetics department is very nice. She helps as much as she can and goes above and beyond. Very few people know the real customer service. She is definitely one of them. The Walgreens is ok. Their pharmacy can lag but they have been helpful at times. read more

Customer service is so bipolar. Most in the pharmacy have facial expressions akin to horror movie extras. And are rude with you like they want to push you off a bridge. Sales associates, usually the ladies, are really nice. read more

The lady at the register was very rude. It is not the customers fault that the computer system is down. The customer should be able to check out once the computer is back on. Why would you tell the customer that the store can not expect anymore purchases if it doesnt reboot in three minutes. She had a very bad attitude. Will not come back. read more

The pharmacy is a joke. Over promising, under delivering, on top of waiting in line forever. Dropped prescription off at 3:00, was told that it wouldn't be ready till 4:30. 4:30?!? Well I guess they have to make it? (sarcasm font needed). Nonetheless, I waited till 5:15, just in case the needed the extra time, only to find that they haven't even started on my prescription. racist. refused my coupons because i was black smh ive never been treated this way by walgreens. will be contacting corporate. if you're black don't waste your money. refused to read company's paper coupon policy. stated walgreens doesn't accept paper coupons i have never heard of that. walgreens is one of my main shopping stores so i feel if anybody i would know the policy i would compared to the staff. i was already rung up and kayla the manager cancelled my complete order because walgreens doesnt accept paper coupons . since when ???? she was only called over to help review my transaction smh im so disappointed in the service this walgreens specifically gives i should've read the reviews. then went on to mention several other people are couponing the same thing well no shit we all get the same coupons and deals. i reached out to corporate i feel this was not a company policy kayla made up anything in order to not give me the discount i was supposed to receive. most coupons are printed or paper from the sunday paper so for a fact i've never had an issue with any coupons at walgreens kayla just didn't feel that i guess i needed the coupon either this was racially motivated or walgreens changed their policy overnight. she specifically stated we do not accept paper coupons so im patiently waiting on corporate to get back with me to confirm. im not letting this slide and btw i used the same paper coupon that walgreens doesnt accept at the next walgreens so who's lying ???? read more

We go there a lot because it's our nearest pharmacy. But sometimes they take too long, too long.

So, we have a long and tenuous history with this particular Walgreens pharmacy. Most recently, we have had a giant pricing issue with a new presciption. The first two months we paid $20. In month three it was suddenly $207. After some conversion and realizing they screwed up, it was lowered to $147. This prompted days of back and forth between our insurance company, a pharmaceutical coupon company, the prescribing doctor, and the pharmacy manager. The ultimate conclusion was that Walgreens screwed up in only charging $20 in month one and two. We spent hours on this and finally came to the point that we needed to spend the $147 for the medication. When we went to pick it up, the clerk had the nerve to point out that this was really expensive and that our insurance company was to blame. I cannot stress how upset I was. You would think that their system would have notes that said "we screwed this up. Tread carefully." But no...he would not drop it and continued to blame the insurance company. I guess deflecting blame is part of the training at Walgreens. Thankfully there is another big name pharmacy in the same parking lot. read more

The WORST Walgreens I have ever visited. Came in around 10pm to print a last minute photo for my 3rd grade sons class. I asked the guy at the register was there anyone in photos that could assist me and he gave me the finger and said' "one second" I simply asked was there someone working in photos. I replied is there anyone who can help me and he responded with a nasty, "I am, give me a second". He finally came over with such a negative attitude as if he was not interested in helping me. We went back in forth in what I felt was a very uncomfortable dialogue from a customer and someone who's working for Walgreens. I could not understand what his issues was, I asked him would he be able to print one photo tonight and he kept responding w sarcasm and childish banter. This is a grown man standing at least 6ft who should be grateful to have a job that gives him the opportunity to help service people. Never did he treat me like a paying customer. He gave me my photo and I said thank you he decided not to respond which is why I'm still in the parking lot of Walgreens writing this. I have kids to get home too but I had to alert everyone on the service displayed to paying customers at this location. Hopefully someone will see this and retrain him if he's worth it. Very dissatisfied with his work ethic and attitude as a grown adult working for such a great company. He stated there was no one there working but him, who's fault is that, not mine. read more
