The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I could go on about how incompetent they are but they are not worth the time. Avoid this place at all costs. The HEB across the way is on an entirely different level and I advise you not to waste your time either. read more

Clean new store. Professional workers. Much better than the run-down (though well meaning) CVS at Panther Creek Village.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever done business with. The location is convenient and is the preferred pharmacy for my health insurance. However, after today, I will not be going back to this store. For three years this has been my pharmacy due to the convenience. What I've noticed is most the people working here seem disgruntled, unhappy or down down right mad and angry seemingly at each other. CVS is, in general, a subpar pharmacy from the OS app to the I store experience. Last week my Dr prescribed a glucose monitor (the lite version) but prescribe the NON lite test strips. Not knowing there was a difference I tried and tried to get glucose readings all to no avail. Upon learning I needed the lite version, my Dr calls in the appropriate script. However, since I had just filled one script, my insurance would not cover my new, and correct script. CVS told me to return the original test strips. The script is for two boxes. One was opened since I tried to use the strips. These they would not take back for obvious reasons. What was even more frustrating was the fact they would not refund the 2nd, unopened box, because the she couldn't refund half of the script. To get the appropriate test strips would cost me $60. I said I wanted only one box then. She fixed the order and told me that would be $50! I was flabbergasted that she would think I'd want to accept half an order for way less than half off! Why would she not inform me saying, "You might as well get both since you're only saving $10." Nope, she thought it'd be just fine to go form 2 for $60 to 1 for $50!!!! I asked for the pharmacy manager. I told her I received the Lite Monitor but the Regular strips. And asked why the pharmacist would NOT inform me, as the customer, that these are not compatible! And informed her it cost me $60. Her reply was priceless: "I understand." Really ???? That's it???? She just looked at me. Completely and totally worthless people working at this pharmacy. In fact, it's a bit scary a pharmacist fills two scripts that are incompatible without saying a would to the consumer! I am changing pharmacies ASAP! read more

Tried to get a few prescriptions filled for my daughter. Customer service at the pharmacy was terrible. Told they didn't have one of the prescriptions in stock. No other customers waiting, but she didn't seem to have time to try to help find a solution. After consulting with another pharmacy and getting ready to make a drive to another CVS, the pharmacist says they do have the prescription in stock. Register person was again very impolite/unprofessional during the checkout process. Saw the store manager on the way out and mentioned the problem to him. He basically said he was aware of the problem and didn't have control of the pharmacy. Guess it's time for me to find a new place. read more

This CVS is conveniently located in the Sterling Ridge shopping center. I like that this CVS has a drive thru pharmacy for prescription drop off and pick up. Just keep in mind that the pharmacy hours are different than the store hours. It's not a 24 hour location but the hours are still convenient. They have a great selection of gift cards, greeting cards and gift bags if you need a quick last minute gift. Check out their travel aisle. Buying travel size items is a great way to try new products. They also sell food, beer & wine. Check out their "as seen on TV" section and holiday section as well. And the holiday section always goes on clearance after the particular holiday. The cashiers are friendly and polite and their pharmacy staff is helpful. Tip: When buying a gift card make sure it's the correct kind because they are not returnable once it is activated even if it is not used. read more

I took my prescription to Wal-Mart after dealing with these people, waiting 15 minutes or more at the drive thru being told the prescription wasn't ready even though they texted me two times in the same day. They talk in the phone at the drive thru but u can't hear them clearly. read more

Have tried to have prescriptions called in at this location and every time there are problems. I am not going to use them anymore.

Ugh where to start... I have PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Major Depression. I have had this diagnosed correctly for about a year now (finally). Just by my diagnosis alone you know how much fun I'm going to have with medication management! Which I think is the issue in itself, but that's not what I'm here for. This pharmacy was meh at the start of my visits. Then out of no where an incident occurred where the pharmacist (night shift) closed up early when I needed my night time meds. I reported him and oh Lord. Now Everytime I go in, there's an "issue" with my meds. Either I'm picking up to early (even though I get text saying my meds are ready?) That the combination of meds is suspect (mind you I've been taking the same meds for a year now) or they just need to call the doctor. The ONLY pharmacist who doesn't do this is Alexis, the manager of the pharmacy and surprise, the only one with good credentials to back her up. If you get ANY controlled meds, be ready to be treated like a drug addict, especially if you are on Suboxone and have been clean for years, nope none of that matters, you were a drug addict at one point, so that means you must be treated as such even when you have a legitimate reason for taking these meds. If this was a review of the store portion, I'd give it a 4, if it was for the technicians and Alexis, I'd give it a 5, but since Alexis is most likely part time and or works only mornings, you will be dealing with condescending "Pharmacist" who I guess didn't know they would end up in the retail side of things, and so they take their anger out on others. Why would you go to school for a profession where you know you are going to be a judgement annoyed and self centered person when your job is to deal with sick patients. It makes no sense. If you wanted to be a doctor, that's what you should have done. It's not easy to become a Pharmacist so I really don't get why we have 80% of them who hate their job. You CHOSE THIS JOB! EVEN AS A TECH YOU KNOW WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS! GET ANOTHER JOB OR TRY WORKING AT A HOSPITAL PHARMACY! In short, yes I'm mad, because it wasn't always like this. Now in the era of lil xan and Lil peep's all people who get controlled meds, especially benzos must suffer even though, hello, people do need these meds to survive. They weren't made to be in the lyrics of some mumbling idiots noise, because it's not music. read more
