Yesterday, I was there to pick up my prescriptions after having received multiple messages and calls about my prescriptions being ready, but when I got there was anything ready? NOPE. They didn't believe that I had received calls and messages, the girl at the counter kept trying to check call history and when I showed her my phone, she's snatched my phone to read the messages. She said the prescriptions had be put back because i hadn't collected them within ten days. Her name was Danjina or Jandina or something like that. Train her Walgreens!!! My first message was on the 15th. Most of the staff is rude there. They once told me they were out of my birth control only for another pharmacist to step in and say it's ok, we have some for you. WTF!! I picked up five prescriptions from them on a monthly basis and I'd have to go in five different times all within the same week, why couldn't they be consolidated? One of the calls I received, a girl asked me if i was interested in picking up my prescription, what do you think???? I went in, nothing was ready. They wouldn't give me my birth control until it was a whole month, but the supply was a 28-day supply. I could go on and on and on. Just don't go there.

Apparently, that was a fucking lie, because when I arrived, I was told nobody had actually verified or entered the prescription. So let me get this straight: I call four hours ahead, give you the information you need, and somehow the prescription just disappears into the void because nobody bothered to actually process it. Incredible. Then came the waiting game. 10 minutes in line. Another 20 minutes waiting. Then ANOTHER 10 minutes in line. Roughly 40 minutes wasted just trying to get a prescription that I had already called in FOUR HOURS EARLIER. And somehow they managed to make the experience even worse. While I'm already frustrated and not feeling well, I'm asked for my date of birth, phone number, and address THREE OR FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES. Apparently, repeating the same information over and over is part of the Walgreens prescription-filling process. The attitude from the staff was the cherry on top. No real accountability, no sense of urgency, and absolutely no consideration for the fact that someone standing there waiting for medication might not exactly be feeling their best. This wasn't a minor inconvenience. This was a complete failure of communication, organization, and customer service from start to finish. If I could give zero stars, I would.
