Megan was a terrible pharmacist. I got to the drive through window and wanted to see if my medication was ready, the whole time she was giving me a hard time and turns out that my medicine wasn't ready so there was no need for that. I went on my application to refill my medication and then called again to see if it went through. Of course Megan picked up and her first thing was I was the person who got you in the drive thru, after that it was difficult to get her to see if my prescription went through as she wasn't being compliant, and then she ended the call mid conversation. read more

We have been customers of this Walgreen's location for 10 years. The past 2-3 years we've experienced a significant decline in service, wait times, incompetent workers, and all in all poor management practices that have led to reducing the total efficiency of the pharmacy. Although we like the pharmacist, we can no longer make this our "default" pharmacy. Sadly, we will be changing over to HEB across the street. Walgreen's Upper Management has had ample time to identify the problem and has yet to fix the issues. Businesses only thrive by improving and/or maintaining steady customer base. ANOTHER UPDATE: I have not been able to get a hold of this store for 24 hours now. My new pharmacy has been calling them constantly since last night and all day today and THEY STILL CANT GET A HOLD OF THEM! Will I ever get my prescriptions? Who knows?! UPDATE: after waiting on hold a little longer, I was hung up on after waiting for more than an hour. This Walgreens has the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. There is not a single time where I go to pick up prescriptions where something doesn't end up going wrong. I've only been using this pharmacy for less than a year. I'm currently on hold with them. I've been on hold for 56 minutes. They did answer the phone after 34 minutes, didn't speak a single word, I said hello 3 times, they put me back on hold, I've been on hold since then. I've already "fixed" this issue twice before and they still don't have it right. I am so fed up. The only reason I use this pharmacy is insurance limitations. read more

The pharmacy at this location input my 3-month supply of medication (specifically written to be 3-month supply) incorrectly submitted my rx to my insurance. The refill has been filled correctly for the previous 6 months but now they refuse to admit they made a mistake and have not been forthcoming or helpful at all to me or my benefits company trying to resolve the issue they caused for the past week. The pharmacy has TERRIBLE service again. I arrived to pick up my prescription and they informed me that only one is ready from the same dr. They said it would be ready in 30. As I pull into my driveway 8 minutes later I receive a text that it is ready. 3 Of the last 5 scripts were filled as generics even though the dr marked it "medically necessary" Also, another time I payed 90 instead of 35 because they did not have anyone there capable of processing the company coupon. I don't understand why this is so difficult!!! read more

I ran in to get a Mother's Day card (last minute of course) and I couldn't believe that they had such a large selection of cards to pick from. These Walgreens are usually smaller than the 24 hour one's so I figured they wouldn't have a wide selection of Mother's Day cards but I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were also really nice even though I went in at about 9:50 and they closed at 10pm. Sometimes when you go places and they're about to close they give you attitude, act all rushed, don't even greet you etc... but it was nice to not have to deal with that. I like Walgreens. What can I say, I go in for my drugs and Milk of Magnesium as a consequence of some of those drugs. No, seriously Walgreens is a great store to stop in for Cards, Gift Cards, after Holiday sales, but just remember you have those after Holiday treasures in your underneath stairwell closet, come next Holiday season. Great Candy selections and they ALWAYS have white colored Peeps, the only kind I eat because they taste like butter. Now, it is Ghost Peep season. Soon they will be on sale and I put a few in the freezer come next time I see White ones. When we do the Samaritan's Shoeboxes at Christmas time, I always have toys or books, little things that are age appropriate and allowed and picked out from their great clearances from the season before. It is a big help on the budget when you really want to give to more than one child. Some things are on the pricey side such as over the counter medications. I usually don't go for prescriptions there because I use only one pharmacy so they can monitor allergies and side affects. I have used their pharmacy and staff were very professional. They are also where we take passport pics when time to renew or they has been stolen before renewal time when in Milano. read more

Pharmacy needs to either hire people who truly wish to help people or train the ones they have to be more courteous. Been going to this particular Walgreens on and off for over 8 years and the unhappy employees has been their only consistency. Worst pharmacy in The Woodlands. Went in today to buy some Sudafed. Cleared the State check then the credit card machine locked up while "processing". They started over since no receipt printed. Of course the state system rejected the second request. 20 minutes later I walked out with no Sudafed. I'm going to check my credit card statement and will probably see a charge from Walgreens. I feel stupid reviewing a Walgreens, because it's just a pharmacy, but seriously, this store was so clean and well lit and maintained that it made my daughter and I pause when we walked inside. Did NOT feel like the typical quick stop pharmacy. The cosmetic aisle is extensive and again, everything is so well displayed. The clerk at the photo center was gracious and friendly and the rest of the staff was as well. Definitely making this our preferred pharmacy from here on out. read more

I drove up to the drive thru and waited behind a car in front of me to be helped. The car in front me waited and no one came to the window. They ended up driving off. Once I pulled up to the window I was told by the employee through the intercom that they would be right with me. So I waited and waited all while watching three employees walk past the window and or shuffling papers laughing amongst one another. Then a fourth employee came up and not one of them stopped to help me at that point. After waiting approximately 20 min I pressed the call button. I waited some more until the same employee told me again they would be right with me, when I responded asking how much longer will it would be I didn't get a response. Finally after 30 min the employee came to the window. As I handed him my prescription I said if it is going to take longer than 30-1hr I would take my prescription elsewhere. He took my prescription and told me it would be ready in 30- 1 hr. I came back 1 hour and 5 min later, and the female employee tells me that it's not due to be ready for 40 min but we will have it ready in 15. The customer service at this Walgreens is by far the worst I've ever experienced. I understand the pharmacy gets busy but not to acknowledge a customer when 4 employees were working and had no one at the counter they were assisting is unacceptable.y read more
