The store is always clean and organized, with shelves fully stocked and rarely any clutter on the floor. Yesterday, I visited for a quick consultation at the pharmacy, and the pharmacist assisted me immediately. They recommended a few items to help with a terrible cold and sinus congestion. Their advice was spot on, and the OTC medication they suggested worked perfectly!

Because of my past horrific experiences with Walgreens ( who I frequented for the last 6 years) I was scared to go to a new pharmacy where no one knew me. I was anxious when I walked in the door but as soon as I got to the counter I was greeted kindly & immediately felt relieved. Rich saw me as a human being who needed help. In all my 6 years of living in Florida my old pharmacist NEVER EVER made me feel that way and that is just plain sad. Unfortunately I have several medical issues and dealing with them and covid is hard enough, then I'd have to deal with pharmacists who had no people skills, unprofessional, and hardly ever had my medications in stock and caused me grief every time I went there. Now that Tamarack Pharmacy are my new pharmacists its a huge relief that I don't have to get agitated whenever I need to get a prescription filled. I am more than happy to give & transfer all of my business to Tamarack Pharmacy (and that is a lot of business)! Special thanks to John & Rich for giving me peace of mind and hope in the human race again. Thank you for making me feel like I matter! You have a loyal customer for life! I then waited another 40 minutes in the store to see if the second one came through. After that second send, I heard the staff in the back admitting to each other that their system was "taking forever for prescriptions to come through." Despite knowing the delay was their fault, they gaslighted me. They acted like I "didn't know what I was doing" and treated me like a massive burden. The second they realized they couldn't just put a prescription in my hand, their attitude completely flipped. It felt like I was being discriminated against based on my prescription type. While they were "buddy-buddy" with other customers, they treated me like a peasant because I required more than two minutes of their time. The disrespect peaked when I said I'd just go elsewhere and Chris literally laughed in my face. I am leaving for a business trip and need my medication. There is nothing "funny" about a pharmacy playing favorites and judging patients. I already took my business elsewhere in October for the same reason. I thought it was a fluke, but it is clearly a toxic culture. I have officially cancelled my prescription here and will never return. I would rather go a week without meds than be mocked by these people. Go literally anywhere else.

The store just needs some tlc, and people who actually like their jobs, that alone will make a huge difference. This Walgreens usually has everything we need instead of ordering online through Amazon. They also offer a large celebration card section with helium balloons. Plenty of gift cards to choose from. It appears the a big money maker is the women's make up area and pharmacy. The cashier was friendly and the customer line went quickly.
