I had just taken my daughter to an urgent care center and they sent the prescription there. It didn't take long for CVS to call me to say it was ready. So this location does Covid testing which is done utilizing the drive through window. Its the same drive through window that used to pick up prescription medication. I came to this location for my pharmacy drive-thru training. I informed the head of the pharmacy (Blonde girl with highlights) that I did not have my labcoat with me because my landlord locked me out of my apartment. Keep in mind, l had called in advance and explained that I would be arriving without a labcoat and was told they had spare lab coats for trainees. Welp, Blonde girl decided she was having a bad day and proceded to yell at me in front of the customers and call me an idiot (and whatever other nonsense... didn't care enough to listen). I went in to have a prescription filled, the staff stated it will be 20mins. After 20 I followed up and got "It's almost done!" I asked will i get a notification on my phone and they said yes... i went to eat and after an hour I come back "Only to hear the Pharmacist say, I haven't done it as he over heard me!" The Blue Coat at the Cashier said sorry we just have been so backed up.. I understand that but then don't quote me 20mins especially when I am from out of state hoping I can be helped... 2 hours later I fall in line to say, "Hey, it's been Two Hours and somehow the other Pharmacist says "Its ready!" I couldn't bare it anymore so i went to pick up and Pay!" They need to get their act right, like some management principle savy personnel back there.. read more

Walgreens on Van Name has closed down and I was forced to go to the nearby CVS where everything was so called "transferred" (Lies). Terrible Customer Service! Everyone in this damn pharmacy has messed up every single thing that I have tried to pick up within the last two weeks. The employees clearly can't handle the switch and do not know how to handle their new customers from Walgreens. They talk out loud about quitting, the place is a mess, (literally a mess, look at how all the certificates are taped to the wall-- it's super professional --*sarcasm) and they aren't happy people at all. Like all you are asked to do is make CVS a great overall shopping experience but instead you all have MISERY written on your heads with a black marker-- lmfao! They do not go out of their way to do anything for their customers. This is not the first Cvs I am complaining about and I have clearly given CVS many chances before even reviewing specific locations but overall I am not happy about my experience. There is a lady named Stephanie who just stares at you dumbfounded about anything you ask her, a chubby red head claiming to quit right in front of your face, and some young girl with glasses on a Friday afternoon who lies to you and says that your prescription is out of stock but it will be in on Monday then when you show up on Monday, everyone stares at you like you have 16 heads. Am I suppose to just hop over the counter and grab my own prescription since you guys just like to stare at the spot the medication is located and then stare back at me. I was literally thinking about it the last time I was at this location since they didn't know wtf else to do but stare. They completely fucked up the way my body functions and routine through not getting me my prescriptions when I need them. Birth control is clearly very important to take on time but they don't care, they gave me the run around for 4 days and sent me to another cvs that is 6 miles away bc they fucked up the entire order. I had to literally say out loud " THIS MEDICATION IS IMPORTANT BC MY VAGINA WILL BLEED AND I WILL GET MY MENSTRUAL CYCLE FOR ANOTHER WEEK" lmaoo --- so serious.... Red head with the short hair (boy haircut) that screams out how she wants to quit every 5 minutes said she voice orders prescriptions to other places or whatever .... and that no one told her that she needed to voice order this prescription (as if that's my problem). Stephanie's excuse for her fuck up was that the girl that was in on Friday isn't the usual girl that works there (as if I give a fuck, all I want is my birth control and she's giving me the store gossip instead). My sleeping pills--- "I'm sorry but it's not in the system but your prescription is at another CVS location" is the answer I got --- when they all have the same computer system since they are all linked to CVS and I just saw I had a refill on the app of this shitty pharmacy and was able to refill it myself. It's like they have no training at all and are so lazy they rather be yelled at by customers all day for their dumb decisions in life. My father has high blood pressure and needs his heart pills to survive and their answer to him was "SORRY THAT IS A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE THAT IS AVAILABLE AT ANOTHER LOCATION" --- what a bunch of bullshit. 1. No it's not a controlled substance -- where did you get your training? 2. If he gets a heart attack that is completely CVS's fault 3. If you don't know what your talking about-- don't shout out random answers -- at least google like everyone else does bc you sound stupid. This CVS is so poorly run. They would rather let customers suffer than actually work to try to help them (or use their brains to problem solve!) They couldn't find my name in their system- so they just decided not to fill a prescription I need for my asthma. So I suffer with my breathing while I explain to them that THEY spelled my name wrong in the system and they blame my doctor. I'm traveling for thanksgiving and when I called to refill a separate prescription they told me the my prescription is in the CVS Boston and if I need it "Go to urgent care or ER here" shouldn't they be able to transfer between CVS locations? Complete and utter incompetence and negligence. I'm disgusted, and if I didn't love my CVS in Boston, so much I would switch to Walgreens right now. I live right next to this cvs so I come here quite often. I have to say that I'm very displeased with the lack of products. Every Time I go to this store they never have the products I need in stock and I'm forced to go to one of their competitors to find what I need. I popped in real quick to check for a few necessities but I was being followed around in the store by employees. It's frustrating and sad to insult one's intelligence, I already knew that the employees thought that I looked like a potential thief because of my coat. I apologize for being cold and having poor circulation but there has to be a better way then to automatically assume that someone is trying to steal from your overpriced store that I still ended up spending my hard earned cash on. I think the icing on the cake was being rushed out by an employee whom I can only assume to be a manager and then having an employee block me from returning to an aisle when I was simply trying to check the price on one of the items I put in my basket. Their excuse was this whole corona virus thing going on, I only left the house because I NEEDED some NECESSITIES. What a crime! I made sure to make eye contact, keep my hands out of my pockets unless it was to get my phone which was pretty obvious. I used a basket, I kept in the middle of the aisles too to make sure that there was no mistake as to what I was doing there. I also adhered to the social distancing guidelines and made sure not to get too close to anyone else who happened to be shopping/working at the store. I regret walking into this store, I regret spending my money there especially because I didn't even have the time to think about putting back an item or two from my basket. You guys are jerks. And the cherry on top was the police showing up just as I was checking out. Let's pretend you don't think I'm stupid for a second and like you weren't treating me like I was trying to steal from your crappy store and you didn't call the police as a precaution because I didn't leave as soon as you asked me to leave. I guess you don't need me as a customer but who knows how many other people you've harassed similarly. It's not right, use your common sense, or rather your critical thinking skills if you have them, and leave the regular consumers alone and an eye on the actual low-lives who would waste their time going to prison. We're all taking health and safety precautions because of the Coronavirus horrors that is going on but that doesn't mean that being humane and kind to each other doesn't matter anymore. Don't worry, I won't going to your store anymore seeing as I make you guys nervous but I would be wrong if I didn't say anything and let you guys discriminate against me, treat me badly and overall bully me out the store. The pharmacy staff is not very professional also they are charging the wrong prices on items that are on sale when I brought this to the attention to the manager his words were: "yes you are right the prices are being charged wrong but I would usually say tough luck but I was taught to say I apologize" I thought this comment made by the manager is very unprofessional so I will report this incident to the regional office and I will go back and get his name. This is a big CVS, near my job, so it's convenient for me. The parking lot is never really crowded and neither is the store. It's kept in clean shape, so no complaints there. Visited this CVS pharmacy with a return that I purchased same day in NJ, near my place of business. Male cashier in the front was not pleasant, apparently had issue with my return because it was initially purchased in New Jersey? Since when did this become an issue? Manager didn't seem to have a problem at all and was actually nice. There were two items that were left on my receipt and he had an issue returning the original... He basically blacked out receipt. Are you kidding me? I've come here on different occasions and have never had an issue. Will not be giving this place my business ever again. read more

This is the worst CVS I've been to. The capacity is quite small so I can't understand how it can be reviewer as "large," unless that review is coming from a family member or a paid endorsement (lol.)
