As of 2023 this CVS has been newly remodeled and is so nice inside. I stopped in to pick up my photo prints and it was such a nice surprise. The selection is huge, the store is extremely clean, and there are so many service offerings. I'm glad I got my photos printed here, it was honestly really fun to browse! Wish I could give a lower rating than one star. This pharmacy gave me contaminated pills!!!! Multiple had been punctured and had an orange staining liquid on them. Moving on from this experience the staff is just not knowledgeable or polite, they never say thank you or have kind small talk of any kind. BUT I HAVE to comment on one of THE MOST competent politely patient MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE not to mention engaging ( some are quick to dismiss you ) And SUPER PROFESSIONAL! MARIAM . I am team Walgreens but because my bestie works for CVS in cooperate, yes he a big baller! he receives dope discounts, heavy discounts, so of course, I am all about being cheap, but Walgreen is still my best friend! I have been to a lot of CVS's and this one so far looks a little fancy the parking ramp is a pretty cool plus, free. The shelves are stocked up not fully but stocked up that you will find what you came in for, at least for me. The thing that I have always experienced was bad customer service. Especially the young ones, they have this attitude when you pay. I think to myself well d*** all I am trying to do is pay this Garnier shampoo what did I do? I do think it is funny when I hand over my bestie discount card and they automatically know this is a corporate person and they change their whole persona! not that I care but it is pretty interesting. I come here frequent just because I am around this area and when I need something I go here, I do really like the parking ramp, it is free and if it is raining or snowing your car is out of natural disasters. to get my prescription because they wrote that my name was Joe. Stopping doses of my medication causes seizures. Then they didn't want to give me the prescription because my name is not Joe. A younger guy working there was just standing around trying to get a high five from a cashier? While there were 5 people waiting in line? He then threw my medication on the counter. The original pharmacist told me "Well you don't have your insurance card. Figure it out with the other guy." I did have my insurance card, all of them. Have never had an issue...considering it's a CVS Caremark account...so I had to pay $200 for medication that was a week late. I started immediately crying and the younger man got even ruder and a woman who worked there came and was a little bit nicer? Because I was crying in a CVS? Just...pick any other pharmacy. This location USED TO BE great. But over time they got worse management who hired lazier employees and this location has slowly dropped over time to just be a dump of a location. On the plus side the store is usually clean, but beyond that they have terrible employees, poor customer service, can't complete the most basic of tasks, and border on rude. I know it's tough to find smaller local pharmacies nowadays but they are driving me to seek one out. read more

in the past, CVS has been nothing but kind and friendly to me until I came to this location. I don't know why but the pharmacists always think it's funny when i come in and get my medication like it's some kind of inside joke when I walk in. I have had many prescriptions sent here only to find out they haven't been filled when I go to pick them up days later. You will stand in line for 30+ minutes to receive poor service and walk away empty handed or told to come back later. Save yourself the trouble and go else where! read more

I have wasted so much time in line at this pharmacy only to find that my prescriptions were not yet filled. I detest this place and feel sorry for the poor pharmacist who cannot keep up with the job. If it was possible to go to another chain -not CVS I would absolutely go there. Came back next day. Had received notifications that Rx was ready. Waiting 15 min while they fill it. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced absolutely horrible. I waited on hold for a half hour and no one ever answered the phone at 10:30 AM on Friday. I've had my prescription said it was ready and went to pick up. I had to wait over an hour and a half in the store for them to fill it. On top of that the people are rude and when my doctor sent the prescription they said they never received it and the pharmacist called my doctor a liar. The 2 people that work their should be fired along with the manager who I have spoke too.....Zero stars if yelp would let me!!! read more

This pharmacy is always understaffed and intentionally ignores the phone when it's ringing. I can't tell you how many times I've waited 30+ minutes for a prescription that was to be filled days ago and meanwhile the phone will be ringing in-store the full 30 minutes while i'm waiting and they literally not once answer it. They seem too overwhelmed by the in-store customers, which they can't handle, to even try to handle phone customers. It is awful. Go to literally any other location or pharmacy. read more

I switched pharmacies because of the rudeness of the pharmacists. I went to Walgreens and had my prescription s filled where at CVS they charged me for them they were covered at walgreens by my insurance. Some dirty hands at CVS never will go there again even to shop. read more

I mostly come to this CVS to utilize the Minute Clinic for vaccinations for my job (work in the medical field). The Minute Clinic is usually in the back of the store, so once I walk back there, I go to the kiosk, enter my personal information and which service I need to have done, and wait. Sometimes, the wait is super long (an hour or more), and other times, it's short (seen right away or less than 15 minutes). It's better to come as soon as the Minute Clinic opens, which is at 8:30 a.m. The clinic stays open until 7:30 p.m., but I believe the practitioner sees the last patient an hour or a half hour before it closes. Also, the practitioner takes an hour-long lunch break between 1:30 and 2:29 p.m. Monday through Friday and a half-hour lunch break from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. During those times, the clinic will be closed, so be aware of that before popping in. I forgot to mention that you can schedule a visit to the clinic online and your place on line will be held, so you would be able to get there at or before the time of your appointment. You do need to check in at least five minutes beforehand with a scheduled visit. If I have a long wait and happen to need something extra, I can grab it, pay for it, and come back and continue to wait my turn. The times that I have gone, I have received nothing but the best, most professional care from the nurse practitioners at the clinic. They have always been very nice and polite. I've never felt rushed, and they've never "half-assed" it simply because it's a clinic within a CVS store. I actually need another vaccination (as part of a series of vaccinations) so I'll be returning here in the next few days. read more

You know, one bad experience is simply an incident. But three times in a row is another story. The pharmacy staff at this store are entirely rude and short with customers. The store staff is unwilling to help the pharmacy staff and each person that was working in this store tried to pass the buck to the next employee. I can't help but wonder why I have to feel unwelcome every time I walk in this store... my last trip, I wasn't even able to get my Rx because they were "short staffed and too far behind". read more

Pharmacist assistant could be a little slower to speak and faster to listen. The conversation would go more smoothly if I could finish my sentence, or if a clarifying question was asked before giving information. Drugstores on every corner. A bit of customer service training would make it an easier experience and pharmacy of choice. read more
