Michael sr. the founder only recently retired but instilled a philosophy to his son who now runs the practice that we care for our customers. In fact Michael Sr. would often sleep in the store during storms just in case someone needed an emergency medication. That's dedication. Its refreshing to go to a pharmacy that knows you , that knows your family and what ever medical issues we may require a medication to treat. If you require a hard to find medication they work hard to have it delivered to their site within 24 hours.

Any perscription that was called in was completed within "1" hour no matter if I had 1 or 5 to fill.. You get an automated call which informs you your perscription is ready..tells you address and how long they will keep it available..If you forget to pick up you receive another automated call in a few days to remind you....They also inform you of how many are filled and the cost. Down the road you will also get a call reminding you if you need to put in for a another refill. Unfortunately due to my Health Insurance changing and my drug plan,I had to go to another Pharmacy ( which I am already disatisfied with) which I wasn't happy about. We were able to get in touch with her ENT who prescribed some medication. However, try finding a pharmacy that will answer the phone and accommodate our needs immediately, not so easy. You see it was 8:00 AM and my mother needed to arrive at the funeral home before 10:30 AM. The ENT Doctor assured us if my mother could get the medication in her system it should start to work and she could be up on her feet in a couple of hours. Now I had to find a pharmacy that would contact the Doctor, fill the prescription and have it ready for me in minutes, basically impossible. So I thought. Well, Town offered the impossible. I called one hour before they opened, only expecting to leave a message. When miraculously, Alan picked up the phone. I explained the situation and received the exact response I wanted but never expected to get. "Give me the Doctors number, get here ASAP, knock on the door because the store will still be closed but I'll have everything ready for you". At 10:15 a.m. my mother was able to walk into the funeral home and say her final goodbye to my father. Thank you Town Pharmacy and Thank you Alan, A Real Life Super Hero.

How is that my wife and I had the exact opposite experience as all these people have had? Well, when the owners of said business decide to sell it two weeks after you enroll your prescriptions. So basically, you can pretty much disregard all of the reviews up until November 2025, as they were posted under Town Pharmacy's previous family-owned front. I don't know who these new guys are, but this place is as hot of a mess as it gets. Nobody currently working here seems to have any idea what they're doing. They consistently get confused. I've called three times asking to have the same two prescriptions refilled and delivered to my home. Each time, nothing was done. In one instance, someone answered and asked me to "Call my doctor to get the ball rolling" while he worked on getting my order. Uhh...isn't that what I just called YOU to do? The venerable icing on the cake was one morning when my wife called to order her insulin. She was told it would be delivered same-day. Gets a callback a little time later: "Sorry, it's too dark out. Someone will come tomorrow." It was 4pm. My wife and I were left speechless. Until, and IF, this place gets its act together, I'd avoid this pharmacy. Already, reluctantly, in the process of moving my scrips to Walgreens.

The service was above and beyond. The pharmacist was warm, compassionate and friendly not to mention very knowledgeable. They were very helpful in answering all my questions. The staff is efficient and courteous. Best of all, my prescription was filled quickly. I try to support a family business over a big chain - CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc., because of the personal care that you receive that you won't get at a chain pharmacy. The family that runs this business is lovely, and everyone that works here is extremely friendly and helpful. They actually know my family and always ask how we're doing, etc. If this is what your looking for in a pharmacy then you'll find it here and more. It really makes a world of a difference.
