I to be delivered tonight July 20, 2025 so I can do my fiancé's hair customer service said that they cannot change the delivery window because the store itself screwed up and not confirming online orders until after 4 PM on July 20, 2025, had to wait on hold for nearly 45 minutes for someone to tell me that they can't do anything. The only thing they can do is refund my money if that is how a company works with having strict policies stating that as long as an order is in before 4 PM for a two hour delivery window I should be getting that product or products within that two hour delivery window, not nearly 24 hours later, the company should probably better employees who follow the guidelines and follow the directions that people place when ordering online I'm going to be telling my fiancé we're never buying from here again because this is the sixth incident in the last seven months where orders are either delivered to the wrong address wrong products were picked from what we ordered or a complete lack of employee morale to do their fucking job the way that it's supposed to shouldn't place a two hour delivery order to have it be delivered 24 hours later I hope the higher-ups in this company start going through all of their employees and retrain them to follow their company policies instead of screwing over customers because they don't do the job right away like they are to do for
