I to be delivered tonight July 20, 2025 so I can do my fiancé's hair customer service said that they cannot change the delivery window because the store itself screwed up and not confirming online orders until after 4 PM on July 20, 2025, had to wait on hold for nearly 45 minutes for someone to tell me that they can't do anything. The only thing they can do is refund my money if that is how a company works with having strict policies stating that as long as an order is in before 4 PM for a two hour delivery window I should be getting that product or products within that two hour delivery window, not nearly 24 hours later, the company should probably better employees who follow the guidelines and follow the directions that people place when ordering online I'm going to be telling my fiancé we're never buying from here again because this is the sixth incident in the last seven months where orders are either delivered to the wrong address wrong products were picked from what we ordered or a complete lack of employee morale to do their fucking job the way that it's supposed to shouldn't place a two hour delivery order to have it be delivered 24 hours later I hope the higher-ups in this company start going through all of their employees and retrain them to follow their company policies instead of screwing over customers because they don't do the job right away like they are to do for

The stuff she sells always smells great, and she also sells some fancy imported soap for a good price if you're on a budget like I am. You can purchase a higher quality bar of soap, seasonal or not, for $5 for yourself, or treat yourself to one of the bars of pre-cut soaps she keeps behind the counter for about $9. I've bought my last two bottles of the popular toilet spray from her and they keep my bathroom and part of the hallway smelling clean. She also has a section for us guys with soaps, shaving lotions and kits, and aftershave gel. She does have a blending bar, which I can't comment on since I've yet to use it. But it seems like I would considering she has a lot of scents to choose from. Overall The Soap Box is a nice little bathtime boutique with great items for any budget. Wait, what? Please check, I've been buying it here for years. She checks on her hand held device and says: You're in luck, it's at the Sephora inside Kohls. I give her a high five and zoom over to Kohls. This co-branding is a good idea. Inside a department store is another store? I mean, I don't shop at Sephora often but when I do, I'd rather come to the Kohls location. Sephora has a nice men's cologne section. If you're looking for a gift for dad, they have a nice cologne sampler. I discovered a new cologne when my wife gave to me for a Christmas gift. You can't use Kohls cash at Sephora but you can buy some swell stuff at this location. Anything you do charge, make sure you sign up for Sephora rewards. I don't remember how much it was, but I remember it's a reasonable price. I just took out the hair (4 almost 5 months later [don't judge me]) and this hair is still so soft! I'm abusive with my hair, I don't wrap it like I should, I go swimming and I don't detangle it. I do sit under a bonnet dryer after I get it wet though, which typically dries out the hair, but this hair did not break and was not matted when I took it out. I was so surprised how easy it was to take out and I am able to set it aside for the next time I go ombré (with a trim of course). I've bought pre-colored hair for the past 3 years and I've never been able to salvage it if I wear it for longer than a month. I know I keep saying this, but I am so surprised by the quality. Of course the hair is not in perfect condition, but for how abusive I am, and the price, it's pretty close to perfect. If you are someone who maintains your weaves pretty well, I bet you could reuse the hair a couple of times. I washed the hair weekly and uninstalled on my wash day. I've uploaded photos of the hair prior to wash/deep conditioning/style to accurately depict the condition of the hair. I've stopped by this store multiple times to purchase hair, but I've never left a review.
