The medication I take comes in 2 different doses in order to deliver the right amount. Every single time, the pharmacist decides I only need one of those filled and the other one was a mistake. This has been going on for YEARS. Now I get my meds in a 3 month supply to avoid dealing with the incompetence there so frequently. Now, they mess it up because they think it's only a 1 month supply and takes multiple trips to actually get all of my medications. Most of these trips I could avoid if they actually answered the phone. Every time I have a refill I attempt to call them at least 3 times and never had anyone EVER pick up the phone. Then the line is insanely long and the wait is typically 15-20 minutes to even talk with the rep. THEN when they don't have my meds ready I'm waiting for another hour. Only for them to CLOSE for 30 minutes. When I arrive in plenty of time but due to their incompetence I continue to need to make multiple trips. Over it. The only reason they have 2 stars is because they are kind. However kindness can only go so far. I'm so tired of this game every single time I try to refill my meds.

They should know your scripts and allergies and insurance filing info, not your schedule. This text was an overreach, and disrupted a rare opportunity to sleep in. Sleeping in one's birthday is a common happier birthday wish, so I felt it worth reporting. I also told the business, and I hope they discontinue this wrongheaded program soon. Using a local business for its unique ability to not act like a franchise shouldn't be like that. Even if it was an email, I don't want to live in a world where people get more birthday wishes from bots than loved ones. That's depressing.

Luckily when I went it was slow, so consider that if you decide to come here for that. It's $17 for two. My only issue here, like so many convenience stores these days it's usually only one cashier. Fine, except when there is a small surge of people and suddenly the line is 5 people deep, it would be nice if another worker could come and handle some people just to move things a bit. I will say that the air conditioning and summer is a true blessing. However when I came here for my prescription I noticed about six customers and this is not the only Walgreens store I see that at.
