He explained the situation & offered different samples similar to the cheese I was upset about. He even asked if I wanted to try a cheese he liked. Wow....ever since then, I've been ordering that particular cheese. Now, each & every time I order from the deli, Dustin smiles, asks if I'd like to try other cheeses, & then packages the cheese I came for. This young man could have just allowed me to walk away frustrated. But he took the time to listen, explain & offer alternate solutions. When my husband expressed his concerns of the need for urgency based on the condition our child, he said the person working cut him off and could care less. They also said they would notify us when it was ready. They never did. He had to keep calling back for several hours to find out. Regardless of it being a holiday, when you care this little about your customers that you neglect to notify them of the medication being ready and do not prioritize those that are small children suffering, you don't deserve to work here. Very disappointed in the staff today! Never seen such poor behavior. This is completely unacceptable. I tried to get a hold of a manager at the location and the phone rang off the hook but nobody bothered to pick up. This store needs son's retraining about efficiency and empathy! We normally shop at Walmart and not HEB because of wider aisles and friendlier shopping experience. But the only thing that I have complain about is that in numerous occasion I noticed either I have been overcharged for items or charged for item that I did not had? The sad part about it is that now I have to go stand in line for customer service just to get refunds on over charged items, and no need to elaborate on the rudeness of customer service associate that they question excessively and make you feel guilty to bring such a issue to their attention. To top it off, having an associate at the entrance that they ask for your receipt, but they don't even catch the mistake the cashiers made.

The communication regarding my order has been terrible. I called customer service looking for help and felt like I was just being passed around instead of anyone actually trying to resolve the issue. What makes it even more frustrating is that I cannot change the order to pickup, and I also cannot cancel it so I can simply purchase the items somewhere else. Now I am stuck waiting for an order with no reliable delivery information.I had stopped using Walmart for quite a while because of a previous negative experience, but I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, this experience reminded me exactly why I stopped ordering from them in the first place. Delays can happen, and I understand that. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication, lack of options, and poor customer service when something goes wrong.
