We cooked it according to directions and when we went to take the lobster meat out of the shell, we noticed it was all black even the inside of the shell. It was ROTTEN. I called the store to let them know, there was NO apology or anything, I was treated as if I were being untruthful, disrespectfully which is not the case with other Publix stores we have shopped. All other Publix stores go above and beyond to provide good customer service. Upon walking into the store with my receipt and photos of the rotten seafood, EMILY, who was at the Customer Service counter, immediately had an unfriendly expression and was again questioning me like I was a child, I am a 58-year-old businesswoman. Again, NO APOLOGY, just questioning my integrity and reluctantly giving me a credit. I expected customer service and gave this store 2 chances to do so. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! Emily should be replaced or have a lot more customer service training!!!!

Try coming to the window where you are supposed to be talking with me in "privacy". Nasty, mean spirited man who even threatened me that he could just not "fill" the prescription. Wrote letter to store manager asking for a response. Hand delivered the letter. Have not heard a word. Guess I will send the letter to corporate.

The cashier took the time to talk to each customer with care and respect, the woman in front of me had SEVERAL questions about the flowers she was purchasing (how much to water them, how much sunlight, how they'll grow, etc...) and not being a flower expert, the cashier did her best to answer each question with patience.( I had to stop my NY instincts from tapping my foot and wanting to rush out as I usually do). When it was my turn, the cashier apologized for the wait and asked about my day, etc... Lovely experience! Keep it up!

The shelves are not fully stacked, I seldom can find what I am looking for, when I ask a stock person, because their understanding of English is minimal, they are of little help and often times the only registers that are open are the self check ones which I personally don't like. There is rarely anyone at the customer service desk and when I ask to speak to a manager there seldom seems to be one on duty. I was in a few days ago to pick up a prescription and then went to the Customer Service Desk to return an spoiled grocery item. They had to page someone to assist me. When the woman arrived, her title was sales floor lead, I think, she was quite unpleasant. She made me feel as though it was my fault that the item was defective and that she'd rather not be bothered. She reluctantly offered me the option of replacing the item or getting a refund. I decided to get my money back, but even that was met with a dower look. The customer service in this store is terrible. Now that Detweiler's is open and the new Publix is open just a short distance from this store, I will no longer be patronizing it.

And lastly, items rang up incorrectly because the sale signs were never removed. A trend I'm seeing at Publix lately.
