I always try to support small, local businesses but must say it is time to move on. When you are running out of a prescription and your doctor calls it in ample time to be filled you expect it to be ready. My Doctor called mine in over 1 week and as of this writing it has not been filled. The "pharmacist" disagreed with my doctor saying they did not receive the refill order until I walked in to pick it up-in which case it was not available until Monday. I just left there and was told to come back after one! I hope there are others out there who have better success in refilling, filling prescriptions with Nambe Pharmacy in Santa Fe. I do wish them much success and maybe they could turn it around. It doesn't hurt to be pleasant, courteous , and friendly with your customer service.

Albertson's will sell you your prescriptions for goodrx prices, BUT their service is hit or miss: while trying to effect a transfer from out of state for the third time, the telephone of the pharmacy was crackling in and out, so I punted to Southwest for the next try. Southwest timely executed the order with no fumbling BS, and their prices were less than 1/2 those of goodrx. They don't take goodrx, and with these prices, who needs it? I had an old prof who told us that 'getting it right, and getting it right the first time...are first cousins.' What a concept! SIX STARS!

They prepared it quickly but i never got a text that it was ready which happens at most other Pharmacies. The Cost was more but no a lot (less than 20%) i don't usually buy on cost alone so was willing to see about another medication i use. The attendant was not at all helpful. Giving them the medication they pulled it up on their computer and said, "It will depend, between $600 and $8,000). I said that was crazy, while it is expensive the most i have ever paid was $187. They just shrugged. They do not accept GoodRx or any outside discounts I would never go back there. It is a shame because they are attached to Southwest Care which is very important and does great work in the community.

First off this is a very nice Smith's. They recently revamped the entire store and and it is very…read morenicely layed out. It is well stocked and everything seems clean. However the pharmacy sucks. The main pharmacist seems pretty good, but he has an assistant that has a horrible attitude. This last weekend I called probably 8-10 times to see if my script was ready. Not once did anyone answer the phone over three days. The rude assistant (with the worst fake eyebrows you have EVER seen) tells me that they are very short staffed and they haven't gotten to it yet.
