Even though I haven't been back to NM since then, I order from here online and have it shipped every six months or so. I've tried lots of other artisanal or locally made soaps but none are as nice as these. They are gentler on your skin than commercial soaps, smell less synthetic than the stuff you find at a B&BW or Lush, and the prices are similar anyway. Anyway, the honey oatmeal soap is really heavenly. I love all the citrus scents. Pine tar is very good on my eczematic skin. And the salsa soaps they have periodically are nostalgic.

He offered samples of any honey I wanted to try, which was helpful in narrowing my choices. I settled on one jar of honey with pecans and another with pistachios and green chilies. And the prices were fairly reasonable - our friend walked out with a full western costume for around $70 for the whole weekend. Yes, the owner/manager was a bit of a character - he shamed me for my first hat choice (he was right) and told some kids to stop playing with the guns (what shop owner wouldn't) - but all in all the guy knows his stuff and really seems to care about costumes.
