Nice environment, expert staff and reasonably priced. No hype, just good knowledgeable reasonably priced services. Long time Santa Fe biz.

I found this gem of a place off Yelp and am happy to add another 5 star review for this wonderful…read morespa! My mom and I were planning a weekend in Santa Fe and always get a massage when we visit. I called Kerstyn a few days before our visit to see if she could fit my mom and I in for us both having a massage done at the same time. She was able to quicky get another massage therapist (female which I had requested) and called me to let me know that we could get in for an hour massage each. The day of the massage my mom and I arrived and met Kerstyn and Aubry who was the other massage therapist. My mom wanted deep tissue work and I selected traditional. There were two tables set up in the massage room which was fine with my mom and I as we have shared a room for double massages many times. Kerstyn worked on my mom and Aubry worked on me. The massages were WONDERFUL. My mom has had MANY massages in her life and stated that the deep tissue massage she got from Kerstyn was probably the best she ever had. I thought Aubry was wonderful and I fully enjoyed my massage. As I mentioned before, my mom and I have been to Santa Fe before and we have had massages at both Ten Thousand Waves and Bishop's Lodge and we both thought the massages we got with Kerstyn and Aubry were as good if not better than others. This spa doesn't have the hot tubs and spas and other things like some of the higher end places so if you are looking for that kind of experience you may be better off going to one of the larger spas. However, if you want a really good massage at a very reasonable price then I would highly recommend this place. My mom and I would for sure book here again the next time we come to town!

I received an email from Epiphany Dermatology instructing me to check in online, so I filled out…read moreall the required forms. The appointment date on the website explicitly stated it was set for 11/01/26. Well, two days later, I received a phone call telling me that my son missed his appointment for 9/9/26. Apparently, about 3 weeks prior to this, we had accepted a cancellation slot so he could see the doctor sooner, but the appointment date on the intake paperwork never updated to reflect that change. When the staff member called to inform me he had missed his appointment, she said, "The doctor doesn't want to see him anymore because he has a strict no-show policy. You owe a $50 no-show fee." That policy would actually be fine if the correct appointment date had been communicated so we could show up when expected. Most clinics call or text to confirm an appointment a day or two in advance, but this place did not. It was very unprofessional and rude. No wonder there are so many 1-star reviews.

For instance, I finally was able to make an appointment with Dr. Levin's Team for today, 6/16/26. When I arrived 15 minutes before hand for a melanoma excision I was told by a quite smarmy and rude receptionist that I had an appointment for Moh's surgery two days from now! This after days of robo calls "reminding" me of my appointment today. Go figure. When I told this to the receptionist she copped an attitude with me. (BTW, she's sits at the far right of the counter). In front of the entire waiting room I told her she had a terrible attitude. She just smirked and said have a good rest of your day. Super professional...not. The only decent employee I've spoken with is named Maria. The rest I wouldn't hire to pick up trash on the sidewalk. (James Rocha, Santa Fe, NM)
