This review is for the pharmacy only. The staff is wonderful and some of the best pharmacy employees ( love Andrew and the female pharmacist) I've encountered. They are always kind, professional, and genuinely try to help their customers. Unfortunately, the pharmacy's hours are very limited (banker hours), and their inventory is minimal. While they will stock specialty medications if they are part of an ongoing prescription, getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner can be frustrating. For example, my prescription was called in at 9:00 a.m. The pharmacy doesn't open until 11:00 a.m., and even after opening, I was still waiting at 11:40 a.m. for it to be filled. For patients who rely on medications and need prompt service, these delays can be very inconvenient. The employees deserve recognition for their excellent customer service, but the limited hours, low inventory, and long wait times make the overall pharmacy experience disappointing. read more

This is without any exaggeration whatsoever, the worst pharmacy you can ever imagine. Whoever is in charge of this Pharmacy genuinely deserves solitary confinement jail time. Every possible way you can imagine this place making your life harder, they will. They never follow their own listed operating hours. They take hours for lunches. They constantly take forever to approve medication you have had no issues picking up at other CVS pharmacies. Asking dumb ass questions like "are you planning on taking this medication?" for a refill request i've had approved several times. Then taking days to review my answer to their dumb ass questions. They actively delay critical medication for both physical illnesses and mental health issues, with no regard for patients. I hate this CVS so much, every single fiber of my being hopes this places gets demolished. read more

I go to cvs often and never had a experience this horrible. I stopped by to the CVS to pick up some hygiene stuff because I come from out of town and forgot to bring them with me. They're promoting heavily the 2026 World Cup and I grabbed one of their toy balls and start bouncing it throughout the aisles just fidgetting and this miserable associate kept on complaining and just mad dogging me throughout the whole store very insufferable management needs to take into consideration. The Customer experience I would not ever want to shop this store ever again I don't understand how a store can treat their customers in this way when there was only about three customers in the whole store!!!! And you start complaining about a ball bouncing? absolutely ridiculous. If I knew the name of this lady, I would drop it, but I don't. She is an older Asian lady. I came in 5 minutes before they closed this evening to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist had already turned out the lights and when he saw me come up to the counter, he quickly closed the gate and said "We're closed!" I said "but your sign says you close at 8:00. Why are you closing early?" He just repeated "We're close!" No apology. He didn't care. Helping a customer was the last thing he wanted to do. How are they even allowed to close earlier than posted? This CVS is horrible service. Many times sent out messages that your medication was ready to pick ip but none of the time is ready. Please step out waiting to fill your medication. If they not ready why bothered sending out messages. Almost every time text us to pick up but it is not ready you have to wait at lease 40" on the line and another 30" for refil. Unfortunately this CVS has been going downhill. My family has gone to this location for 14 years, and used CVS/Longs for over 40 years. The pharmacy in particular and we are going to transfer out, which is unfortunate. They are frequently out of medications we need, and the pharmacist is not helpful and sometimes argumentative. The pharmacy in general is dirty and dust on top of the equipment by the register. The general feeling is that they just don't care. It is time we break up, and yes, its you, not me. read more

Wow this has been the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. I scheduled a vaccination at this location a week ago and the pharmacy just decided to cancel my appointment on the day of and less than 15 minutes to my scheduled time while I was already on the road on my way to my appointment. I didn't realize my appointment was canceled until I was already in line! I am also 36 weeks pregnant and the pharmacist told me that they aren't allowed to take appointments at that time which doesn't make sense because I would think the system wouldn't let me schedule that time if it wasn't available. I am livid. The pharmacist told me to come back in an hour!!? I've already wasted my time coming in at my appointment time but they want me to come back in an hour when I'm already there. This pharmacy needs some customer service training and should accommodate patients when they make a mistake. Making me come back in an hour is unreasonable when I had a scheduled slot. If you want to waste your time at a pharmacy who should have an organized system and professional staff, this is the place to go! Otherwise, save your time and peace of mind and find a pharmacy/clinic that values your time and business and ultimately, your care! Beyond disappointed. read more

This location keeps getting worse. I'll just bullet point the things I've noticed over the past several years since my last review. * Heavy employee turnover rate. Seems like every 3-4 months, there's a new store manager & they usually seem frustrated & confused. The clerks seem unhappy, I constantly hear them complaining about lack of breaks, other employees not pulling their weight, and they always seem short staffed. They are limiting employee hours due to the self check out registers, but there's always an issue using them and employees have to come over and help anyways.... * Very unorganized. Often times the snacks and grocery isles are never fully stocked. Labels on the racks often dont match the items on the shelves. Very slow to replenish items that are on sale. They are very late in tagging shelves with "on-sale" tags per their weekly add. Their weekly specials start on Sundays & often times the sale tags are applied mid way through the week sometimes almost at the end of the week. Make sure you check the expiration dates as there have been several times I've noticed items that have been expired by weeks sometimes even months. * Items locked up. I understand them locking up liquor, but do they really need to lock up vitamins, cosmetic items, birth control & hygene supplies? Kinda sucks that I have to buzz a service bell when I want to buy certain vitamins, hair gel, condoms, tooth paste and even grooming supplies. Funny thing is, alot of the negative reviews are towards the pharmacy but I haven't had any issues there yet. I only use the pharmacy once every 3 months though. read more

My doctor prescribed medication for covid which had to be taken within 5 days of my 1st symptoms. I know they had the prescription because when I called the recording keep telling me that they were working on it. When I asked to talked to a pharmacist they took my phone number and I would be called with in a hour. Nothing!!! Well I lost my window to take the medication. I am very disappoint on the way CVS conduct business because not accepting paper prescription from from Dr. office. They were lazy and wanted Dr. office faxes to them. It should be prefer the fax method, but they should accepting the paper prescription like CVS Story and White. I am very sad when that CVS closed. IMHO This is my go-to CVS store even though another one closer to my house. I used to shop here more often when it was known as "Longs Drugs" because I got better sales deals before they changed names. However, I am a member of their CVS Extra Care loyalty club and am advised of weekly specials and coupons, which I always add to my card, whether or not I am shopping for these items...you never know when the need arises... A few days ago I came in to buy some eggs, advertised at $1.49. There were none in stock, but the floor manager in charge said I could be issued a rain check! Today before I came in, I received an Extra Care coupon for $2 off my grocery purchase in my email, which I added to my Extra Care loyalty card. Happily I was able to purchase my eggs with my rain check and the additional $2 off coupon! I paid 98 cents for two dozen eggs! Thank you CVS! BTW, new management in the house and it shows. Pharmacy: like most chain pharmacies, the customer service is not great. They get pretty busy so it's going from one customer to the next and next and next. I just dropped off my prescription and one of the workers literally had the box of medication in her hand, but needed the pharmacist's signoff. I asked how long it would be if I had to wait--she asked the pharmacist and she came back and told me half an hour. It would have taken the pharmacist less than a minute to sign off on it. I can understand if he was in the middle of something, but she literally had the medication right there... would it really have taken him half an hour to get to it? Unfortunately, this is the closest pharmacy to my house, so I will only go here if I have to, but there is a WAY better mom and pop shop pharmacy by my son's pediatrician that I will frequent more now that I know about it. Store: I always have to wait in line when I purchase things from the store. The service is good enough--nothing exceptional but not bad either. It's pretty meh. The store is going through some renovations right now so things look pretty messy, but I'm looking forward to seeing the facelift because the interior of the store looks like it hasn't been updated since the early 2000s. read more

Pharmacy service is extremely slow (think DMV but 10x worse) and overall the pharmacy staff are just rude. If you wait in line, are helped and then just waiting to receive your medication, apparently you have to get back in line to be helped again to get your medication which makes no sense to me. Skip this place if you can or use the delivery option. read more

Came here tonight because I needed carmex after my shift, and they didn't close until 10. I got there at 9:48. And the doors were locked. I waited outside for 5 minutes for a man named Stuart I believe, to open the door (looked like the manager) and he had the audacity to say I only had two minutes. First of all, if your hours are until 10, you do not lock your doors before that time, and no right to tell me I have only two minutes when I was there over 10 minutes before your closing time. read more

There was Rat (rodent shit) on the shelves, the manager did nothing. I tried to tell him quietly but kept on staring at me like I was going to steal something, so I said it loud enough so he can hear and the other customers around me as well. I told him that it was unsanitary that he should go and take everything off the shelves!!! It smelled when I grabbed a 12 pack of soda a piece of Rat poop fell off!!!! All the manager had to say is that they have been taking care of the problem in the back with RAT traps. Wish i can put a negative on this rating! The night manager named Joshua Neeman is a douchebag! Went in to buy makeup with a friend. She was going to purchase 2 eyeliners and use a coupon for each one. Since they were "alike" cashier stated she cannot use 2 same coupons. It clearly stated "Limit one coupon per purchase." Doesnt that mean she can use one coupon per item!!!! She asked to speak to manager and the manager kept sending his minions instead of dealing with an unsatisfied customer. Finally after three attempts (waited 10 minutes total for douchebag to come out) and 5 minutes to closing Joshua Neeman came out and explained to us that its his store and that he can do whatever he wants. this is where i buy my bottle of almost everything. WHY?!?! Because the price here is a lot more reasonable that Safeway, Savemart, Luckys, etc.. My first choice would be Costco, but I have to have a membership to shop at costco... SO CVS it is. It used to be Longs, but CVS took over all their locations, either way, the prices are still the same.. Crown here can be found for $17! But if you go to safeway, its at least $25.. I got goose here for $24 one time, but other stores, it was $34! There are times that the prices are the same as other stores, but I do find pretty good alcohol deals here. AND i LOVE the HELP button.. you press it, and on the overhead/speaker, a recording says "service at the alcohol aisle" or words of that sort... HA! you don't have to go the front to have someone open up the cabinet of the good stuff, they go to you in a push of a button. read more
