Then when I bring the meds home, it's either partially filled or 1 is missing. I'm a stickler because I've worked at a pharmacy for the longest in high school so I know how the system works. It honestly shouldn't be like this. They also have a full staff with more than 1 pharmacists. So what the deal? I've been begging my family to go elsewhere but it's so hard to get them to change. I stopped and we walked in to see if we could get it refilled. Well, we were informed by the pharmacist that in order to get a prescription refilled, the prescription needs to be transferred over from the current pharmacy to the new pharmacy. Unfortunately, the current pharmacy was already closed for the day so we'll have to try again next time. Pharmacist was okay. Not the smiley type though. Hey, we're not here to make friends. We just need to get our medications and that is what matters LOL. However, a friendly smile can lift up someone's spirits any time of the day... do try to put it in your daily practice... it will make your heart sing and make someone's day! Once you walk in all youll hear is phone ringing, noises left right, you can feel the fast paced. They'll get you in and out just be patient :) They will deliver to you too if you qualify within the proximity, only pharmacy i know that does this ! Amazinggg, especially for someone like me who works after hours and not being able to stop by pharmacy for pick up during their business hours. Customer service is on point, the ladies are friendly and fast. They'll call you and provide excellent communication, never had an issue here. It took the pharmacy about a day before they called me saying my medication was ready for pick up. I paid standard prices and was in and out of the pharmacy in 2 minutes. I've been here with my parents about 4 times and there are always customers and they are quite efficient. It's not CVS or Savons, it's more of a hole in the wall pharmacy for the local asian people. Since my mom is such a fan of this place (and she doesn't yelp) I thought I should put this place on the map. If not for you, maybe your parents will feel comfortable going here. I'm not sure what language they speak, it's not Japanese (which is what my parents speak). I think they can speak either or both chinese and vietnamese.

I brought in a vaccine voucher from my clinic that allows me to receive a vaccine at CVS, even when my insurance is not contracted with the pharmacy. Unfortunately, I was initially turned away despite presenting the voucher. The staff member assisting me told me that the voucher would not work and that I would have to pay out of pocket for the vaccine, which was confusing and frustrating. Thankfully, Joseph stepped in and took the time to help me. He went above and beyond to figure out the issue and get everything resolved. As it turned out, the system was very particular about how the information needed to be entered. Rather than simply turning me away or telling me to pay out of pocket, Joseph demonstrated patience, resourcefulness, and a genuine willingness to find a solution. This is what exceptional patient care looks like. Healthcare is not just about processing prescriptions or following a system's prompts. Another staff said that they don't carry postcards... Oh, well, I got a nice gift and used my coupons... yay!
