Then she tried to get me to just accept extra care bucks I said no then refused my transaction in total because she said I was arguing. And no point was I arguing raising my voice or getting an attitude with her? I just simply told her what she was telling me was not correct.

I pulled up to the drive-through and was told to wait a moment. I sat there for 15 minutes - six cars behind me gave up and left. I pressed the "call"button 3 times before she answered. I could see her in the window and she wasn't helping anyone else. I asked what was taking so long and was told the pharmacist had to verify my prescription. My prescription that is a normal refill that they said was ready needs to be verified? No explanation...she just hung up the phone and never came back to the window. After 20 minutes I gave up and drove away. I'm transferring these prescriptions to Walgreens. Consistently bad service here and this is the last straw.

Tech said that I could not get refill as it was not authorized. I assured her Dr had called it in and authorized it for pick up today. She checked and said yes that is correct but the pharmacist said she could not have it. I waited and the pharmacist came to the drive up window and said that although the doctor had authorized the pick up today, my sister has a habit of getting this refill 2-3 days early. I said yes the Dr is aware and he is comfortable that she can have the script and authorized it for pick up. The pharmacist said she would personally need to talk with the dr and make sure he knew that he authorized the pick up it was 2 days before normal. Again this is at 5:30pm today. The pharmacist said the doctor had to personally call her. My sister is leaving for spring break. This is a sleeping pill. So, no sleeping pill for my sis tonight. Who can I talk with at Walgreens? I am beyond disappointed with the level of care and service that was provided to my sister. This pharmacist could have given her the needed medicine that the DOCTOR AUTHORIZED and let her know next time she needed to PERSONALLY talk with the doctor. Seriously? Husband believed her and when he brought it home no receipt. I called spoke to a manager, Isiah, who kept saying Walmart. I told him the situation, then I was transferred to the female manager on duty. Isiah doesn't know her name he says, he just started a week ago. Female manager told me on the phone my husband was a liar and she never told him she put it in the bag. I had to drive back up to get the receipt and since they already closed out, they had to return it and have me repurchase everything.

After being…read moreon hold for over 30 min I was by the worker that they have don't have any staff in place at this location and told me I should go elsewhere to get my Rx filled. When I asked why I was not made aware of this up front I was told they have no team or plan in place. Also had an issue where I canceled a Rx, asked specifically not to include that Rx at pick up and the pharmacist still charged me for it. They couldn't fix it over the weekend, I have to wait for pharmacy to reopen and go back in rather then just refund the mistake.
