The staff was very short with me barely greeted me, stated that she would make my appointment for June 13 at 3 PM and that I will receive a Call text or email to confirm. I never got that confirming message so I called the store and was told by another employee that my appointment was never made the employee looked me up by name my phone number and did not see my appointment at all. I feel like that is very unprofessional. The staff were very rude over the phone and very condescending. I do not want people like that, even putting their hands in my hair, I don't need the transfer negative energy. I recommend that they do a better job at actually making the appointments they say that they're making, especially when someone else is recommending their salon. This was a horrible recommendation.
