Cashier #233-1614 displayed extremely unprofessional behavior during my visit. When I arrived, she was already arguing back and forth with an elderly woman about gift cards. Her tone was argumentative, dismissive, and showed no sense of customer service or patience. When I reached the counter, I asked a simple and reasonable question to confirm that my deposit was being sent to the correct place. This was a money transfer, so verifying details is normal and expected. Instead of answering professionally, she immediately developed an attitude, as if asking a question was an inconvenience. This was not about "right or wrong." It was about basic communication and respect. The cashier clearly lacks fundamental customer service and communication skills. What made the situation worse was that the manager was standing right next to her, allowing the behavior to continue. At one point, the cashier looked at the manager and said, "This is my manager right here," in a very condescending way--clearly implying that it didn't matter what I said or who I contacted, she would do whatever she wanted. That level of disrespect and disregard for customers is alarming. This situation should be addressed with proper communication and corrective action. It was genuinely upsetting, and because of this experience, I would not return to this CVS again.

It's funny how one employee can mess up an experience. I came here to purchase items for a cold, and the young man in the pharmacy area was very helpful. He unlocked the cabinet so that I can get the items that I need that were not sitting freely on the shelf asked me if there was anything else that he could help me find. He was helpful in general, which is particularly nice when you're not feeling well and you want to get in and out of an establishment. After I retrieved all of my purchases, I went to the checkout, there was no one there and self service was disabled. I stood there for at least a minute before someone slowly walks over and stands at the register next to where I put my items. She then looks over to me and asks may I help you? I pick up all of my items and put them over on the other side of the register and she rings me out. She did say thank you, but the entire transaction made me feel as though I was an inconvenience to her. Receipt total $63.15. 3 stars for the helpful young man in the pharmacy area.

My cat Geronimo has been sick and the compounded meds they've provided have saved his life! Every month the med might need to be changed, and even on short notice after getting test results they've dug in and figured it out for us. If it weren't an hour from me I would get all of our meds here! It's hard to find a good compounding pharmacy these days, and they provide selection and value beyond that of any other pharmacy out there.

I'm a new patient, I don't know how any of this works, and one employee hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question. When I called the number back, it went to a voice mailbox that wasn't set up. I had to get a different number from Google and I was on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally got in contact with someone, I asked for the owner and was put on hold again. When I told the owner that I had had a terrible time with his employees and that nobody seemed to care, he put me on hold for 8 and 1/2 minutes. After I told him that I was in a depressive episode with suicidal ideation. He left me for 8 and 1/2 minutes... I just want my depression medication. They just want my money and they want no responsibility. This location does not care. If you are a human being looking to be treated as such, please avoid this location. They are awful.

My concern was not simply that a coupon could not be applied, but the way the situation was handled. When I asked for assistance with a pharmacy coupon, Annette's attitude came across as dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of taking the time to explain the issue or provide guidance on what options were available, I felt like my request was treated as an inconvenience. Her tone and overall demeanor made the interaction feel unnecessarily frustrating. Customer service in a pharmacy setting is especially important because many customers are already dealing with medications, costs, and stressful situations. A little patience and willingness to help can make a significant difference. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling as though helping customers was not a priority and that she would rather not be there. I understand that policies and coupon restrictions exist, and I do not expect exceptions to be made. However, I do expect respectful communication and a genuine effort to assist. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure customers receive the professional and courteous service they deserve. You don't even have to explain why; you should just tell another worker to step up if you do not wish to do something. I believe I'll be taking my services elsewhere. The ironic part of this review is that even if I leave, it doesn't fix things. They'll just give a slap on the wrist and be done for the day.

rmacy is the worst. So Slow with refills, which can be awful when you're coming from urgent care or…read moresomething and need a medication asap. The worst thing so far was after waiting two weeks for a medication to come in and taking a half (and thus less effective) dose in the meantime to get through (which isn't necessarily their fault), upon receiving and filling it, they didn't call. I happened to stop in a few days after it was supposedly filled to check on it. They told me it was ready, went to grab it, and... it wasn't where it was supposed to be. I waited for 20 minutes while they scrambled around looking for where they could have put it. After this time I asked if there was anyway they could just fill it again and put the original one back if they found it, and they told me that was against federal law as it's a controlled substance. Even though this is all their fault. How hard is the ALPHABET?? Finally I gave up because I had to be somewhere and asked if they could call me when they found it. They said they would. That was three days ago. I am going to run out and go through withdrawal. I called yesterday and they were randomly closed during business hours. I'm trying to call now, but because they are probably so behind for everyone it is impossible to get through. 0/10 I will no longer send prescriptions to this awful location. Edit: It got even worse! I was just on hold with them for 30 minutes before I finally got through. The woman on the phone told me the medication was ready. I said "yes, I was told it was ready before, but your staff lost it and couldn't find it. Can you get eyes on it so I know it's actually going to be there for me when I come in this time?" She said hold on, put me on hold for 5 more minutes, THEN HUNG UP ON ME! Horrible.
