Flu shot requirements for employment. I did a walk in and was surprised at how easy it was to register in house. Filled out insurance paperwork and within minutes was called . Staff were friendly and speedy. FYI if you need for your employment the receipt is your proof, just upload in your company system and it will get approved. read more

I had my medicine fill here after a long confrontation with the white lady with the glass. She hung up on me twice so I pull up and she acts as if she didn't but did. Then I finally get my medicine from her get home it's the wrong medicine so what are y'all trying to kill me? I take it back and all they can do is say sorry I could have took it and possibly died. I go back yesterday she on the same nasty atituse and just didn't help me at all. She most definitely don't deserve a job there. read more

Hospital sent my prescription to them at 11:30am, they did not fill it until after they closed at 7:00pm and I needed my meds right away. When I called them to find out what was taking so long, some unprofessional employee answered the telephone. This is the walgreens on the corner of Halls ferry road and Vail. read more

The pharmacy staff was very loud and unprofessional, except for the young black guy. There was only 3 of them. The young lady who administered the vaccines stated she didn't want to do things and it's not her problem. I had 2 appts for my daughters to get there vaccinations, to which we waited over an hour, yes an hour!!! She needs to be let go!!!!! Young Caucasian girl with glasses. My children have bed times on a school night. There was no sense of urgency. Laura was the other Lady and she was just wandering around not helping. Never and I say Never will I use this location again for pharmacy. If I could give a negative star I would! Two thumbs down. read more

The pharmacy is horrible!!! The lady That's administers the Covid vaccine is unprofessional and had us waiting over an hour only to find out from the pharmacist we didn't have paperwork. She continued to assist other people coming into the location and because she couldn't face the fact that was wrong for not acknowledging us she pretended as if we weren't waiting. The pharmacist was very apologetic for our long wait, but what we really antic was for her to come and apologize for forgetting we were waiting. Customer service goes a long way and simple apology would've been nice. read more

I think this is one of the oldest Walgreens around. It is very run down looking on the outside and the inside is not the much better. I like Walgreens but this place need some serious love. Hope something changes about this place because I avoid it when possible, I think the Red Box is the only reason why this place looks busy. read more

The pharmacy staff at this store is always pissed off. I just chalked it up to it must be a hard job, and not take their sour looks and lack of gusto personally. I've been getting my meds here for a couple years. I lost my job and insurance in March. I've spoken to them on the phone more than once because I'm not taking all the meds I've been prescribed. I cant afford them. I've been taking my blood pressure medication every other day to stretch it out. It's not horribly expensive but I have 0 income. I'm appealing unemployment denial. So one of them suggested I download good rx. Which I did., and asked them to refill 3 of my meds. I go to pick them up. No surprise at the attitude of the person at the drive thru window. I tell her I was told to get good rx can I use it? She rolls her eyes and tells me I have to do a bunch of stuff to get the discounts. I tried doing what she said, no one behind me in line and her with that look. I started getting very flustered and knew the next thing would be anger or an anxiety attack so I said forget it and gave her my card. $62 for 3 meds. I almost cried. I know it's not a lot but I have 0 income. I was able to navigate the discount app at home and could have saved $20 once again not a lot but... I have other stories of my interactions with the pharmacy at this location. I also start a new job in 2 weeks and will have insurance again. I hate to leave @Walgreens because I do like the rewards program, but I am considering it. Or at least moving to a different location. Anyway, if you like pleasant pharmacy interactions this is definitely NOT the place for that. read more

Very long line very slow service wish they offered self check out like grocery stores and other places.

Didn't know I ran out of my prescription. I called the pharmacy and it was ready in 20 minutes! Now that is what I call service! Pharmacist here are always friendly and willing to assist me with any questions I have. read more

I live right down the road from this location and work late every night so i frequently come in at 3 or 4 am to shop. Tonight i had the cops called on me and got removed from the store because i was "shopping to long" and "the manager wanted you to leave". I was never approached or warned before having the cops come remove me from the store. they walked in and told me to drop my things and leave. i was not even able to purchase my items, between my friend i was with and 1 we had over $100 worth of merchandise in our baskets and were getting ready to check out after spending an hour and a half shopping and getting all my items together. it is very frustrating that i wasted an hour and a half of my time getting all my items from the store and being abruptly removed by the police. i will never come back to this location i was in there already 2 other times this week and just don't understand why i was removed for shopping for "so long" (an hour and a half). i'm very disappointed i should of at least been able to purchase my items. read more

This is the worst pharmacy. Never have rx's ready when promised and want to argue with you and get rude when you want to make a complaint because you are pointing out the obvious. Talking to the supervisor or Walgreens store manager is just as bad. They act as if they don't know what you are talking about and then will talk bad about you infront of other cusotmers and the staff. Never willing to fix any mistakes either. If medicine wasn't so expensive I would pay out of pocket and go across the street to Dierbergs or the new CVS that just opened. read more

This place has the worst pharmacy drive thru! I can't believe how slow they are. It's now 9:30 pm on a Wednesday and I have been sitting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. They is no way they can be this busy at night. I will be moving my prescriptions to another Walgreens. read more
