I've ALWAYS had problems with this location. The latest one is, I called in a medication on Monday…read moreand they said it would be filled by Wednesday. Wednesday, they called and said it would not. They called Thursday and said it was ready and that it needed to be picked up by June 8th or 10th. There are NO refills left on this medication. So, I thought that I would start fresh and transfer the medication to OptumRx on Friday. OptumRx said it would take 7-10 days for transfer. On the following Wednesday I went to pick up the already filled medication at Walgreens. They said there wasn't anything to pick up because they received a transfer request by OptumRx on Monday (June 1st) so Walgreens cancelled the already filled prescription saying that now being transferred, Walgreens doesn't have a valid prescription. For years, this pharmacy location has always had their head up their $ss!! I'm done with them and by the way, I'm out of the mess that they filled and refused to give me. Nice job Walgreens.

Told her I didn't want to seem petty but I paid $9.00 for something that should have been $7.50, I should get $1.50 back. She called over another associate as we went back to the isle where the purchase was made. She pulled off the sale tag. Underneath price showed $6. This is the worst walgreens branch I have ever been to and I have been treated with incredible indignity. My perscriptions are never on time, I am forced to wait for over an hour to get them refilled after being notified they were supposed to have been filled already. Worse, the pharmacy techs are unbearable. The last visit, they were yelling at one another and calling each other names. This visit, I was mocked for waiting for a perscription and told there was nothing they could do. I received a text that my perscription was ready, yet when I went they conveniently could not find it and began arguing amongst themselves and when the pharmacist asked where I was the tech answered "she's still at the counter just staring at us" and then told me there was nothing they could do. She did not offer any plan or alternative. Disappointed, I left my purchases at the counter. Every time I go, a different pharmacist/tech is rude and inefficient. I am incredibly disgusted by the behavior at this location and I am horrified to learn these people are still being employed by Walgreens, nevertheless that they were actually hired and trained them in the first place. In a job where you are primarily required to provide customer service, the rude treatment is inexcusable. If you hate speaking to your coworkers and your customers, find a job where you don't have to speak to people. This was ridiculous and degrading. I had a heart transplant 2 years ago and cannot afford to be in a constant fight for medication I need to survive. I also cannot afford to be mistreated by employees who fail to do their jobs.
