What can I say? Walmart has what we need every time. From premium meats to the freshest of produce, this place always has the ingredients to prepare simple snacks or a five star meal. But it doesn't stop there! Walmart has a whole array of different items for nearly all of life's needs. I would highly, recommend this location! Happy shopping! read more

I tried their curbside pickup and will never do it again. All I needed was the ingredients for some brownies I was going to make for School. I did The. I'm on my way options so that my order should've been completely ready by the time I arrived in parked. Despite that, I had a 25 minute. Wait, and I had to call in and ask what in the World the problem was. Will definitely not do this again. read more

How does Tracy in customer service still have a job here? I filed a complaint previously because she said something to me very inappropriately and called corporate, and the store manager followed up with me. Today,3/9, I came in to do a return. some thing that was purchased off my registry. Jenn at customer service was trying to avoid returning it. I had told her I called up because it was a registry item, and I was told by the male manager it would not be an issue and that if she wanted to call the manager up, I was more than happy to talk to them, Jen finally agreed to my refund using my drivers license which is fine. Jenn and Tracey then started talking badly about me so I walked up to a cashier and asked them to please get me a manager. The cashier walked up to customer service and asked them to page a manager and they said he was busy. They didn't even attempt to contact the manager or any manager for me. It wasn't until several minutes later of me standing up there on the phone with Corporate that I saw Jenn pick up the walkie and ask for a manager. Tracy then looked at me and said "I can't believe you're related to your grandma." My family and I shop here very often. Again, how does this person have a job and think it's OK to bully someone. I am not even four months postpartum. Anytime I come into the store I get anxiety because I have no idea how I'm going to be treated. I have anxiety doing any returns if Tracey is there because I can't imagine what she's going to say to me , no one should ever feel like this and no one should ever be treated this way. I spoke to Kyle, the Manager, finally. He said he was going to let the store manager know. I told him to pull the video surveillance so he could see how I was treated. I not once got an attitude or anything with any of the girls up at customer service. I never raised my voice... nothing. Bullying someone is so detrimental especially someone who is postpartum. To think that behavior is OK when you work at customer service is beyond grotesque and sickening. read more

Not a fan of Walmart overall. I hate the idea of so many self-checkouts. The parking lot is usually packed. If your local pharmacy is out of a medication, sometimes it can be found at the Walmart pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is helpful. read more

Walmart locations are always hit or miss, and usually can rapidly change with each visit. I have accepted this over the years. This location has pros and cons. First of all, every single staff member I've interacted with has been great. They have been friendly and helpful, and they didn't act like I was bothering them like so many other places. The employees who are in charge of self checkout are always amazing and personable. The layout is a bit weird. It's taken me some time to get used to it. The beauty area (i.e., nail polish, makeup, etc.) is in a super weird spot. It feels like a total afterthought. The home area is also in a weird spot. However, the grocery area is very similar to layouts in other stores. The selection in general is iffy. Some departments have so much to offer while others barely have any selection at all. The grocery and pet products especially fall into this category. I thought a Walmart in a rather large city would have more selection for some things, but this one is sadly lacking. Baking supplies, such as bread and biscuit mixes, have very little to offer. The same goes with Asian staples. For the area, it's not bad. I just wish the selection was a bit more inclusive and vast. read more

So I needed stuff and I came in. Looks to the right. Hard. Ugh, lord I needed stuff. So I get tired of sending others for items I need. Ok so I should have stuck to the plan of sending others in for me. [Rolls my eyes] My first mistake was asking a employee can you take me to the item that I'm about to ask you about. So she got loud with me. So I became extremely quiet. As if I'm inverted quiet. Ok. She complains the whole way you old people need the most help. She declared. Turns to look at the rest of the yelp community who she calling old? Giggles to myself. How rude is she going to be. Mhm can u show me to the bed in a bags please? She stomps the entire way. She yells do u need anything else ma'am? Turns to yall gives you all my Dr. Evil smile. Kindly says no thank you. You been a great help sorry I bothered you. She yells good we have a app use it next time ot tells you where everything is so you dont have to bothers us. Ya know being that I'm so old allow me to say I have nothing kind to report. I was taught if you have nothing kind to say dont say nothing. I wont return here. I did not have a cool experience. I'm going to give them one star for having a app. I'll not subject myself to wired treatment. One star. And for the record I was born in the 80s I'm not old. read more

My review is not about the management. The manager here is so kind and so welcoming. She helped us through this situation completely. My biggest concern is their staff. To be more specific, Brian. Im not about straight to judging or raging at people but he is super unprofessional and rude that it's sickening. Every time i come to this location Brian gives me and my family or friends the dirtiest looks ESPECIALLY if we are holding toys, balls, ect. Mind you KIDS are stupid and do mess around sometimes. I understand completely reminding costumers of the safety and protection of items when shopping especially because stores aren't to just mess around in, but with our visit i brought a younger friend and yes he was stupid but he stopped messing around when asked. Brian continued to say snarky comments and as a 14 year old he doesn't know any better but to talk back. All this 14 year old did was call him "bry bry" reminder this is a KID. He continues to be rude then threaten to kick all of us out when all he did was call him a name after his snarky comments. I then said something about it reminding him he's a kid thats not threatening him or doing anything harmful and stopped messing around like asked. And he keeps calling us ignorant at this moment . We left after buying our items upset. Later, we went back with one added person, she wasn't even there the morning of.. he noticed us in the toys stared at us and waited at the end of the isle with a dirty look on his face along with following us around the store. Reminder we were not messing around this time. Someone with me gets sick of the utterly rude stares and asks why hes looking at us in this way when we did NOTHING. He trys to tell us to leave again and claims we clicked the button. I then speak up and say we did nothing wrong and continued to shop as the kids we were with went to the car annoyed. As me and my friend who never did anything other than speak up were about to checkout he raises and points and says "theres the other two from that group" at this point i was very frustrated and stood up for myself again. After checking out i go up and apologized for the way the kids were acting but that they were again teenagers. He tells us to leave and as we were the nice manager comes up and apologizes and starts conversation with me and she was kind and understanding and made the best of our experience. I didn't catch her name, but she was the nicest worker I ran into. read more

Every time I place an online grocery order from this location there's a problem. Always delayed even though it was an expedited order, like today, and last year at Christmas time, the delivery driver literally drove by and didn't stop and stole my tv. They acted like they delivered it but the picture was a blacked out screen and she kept it. The store protected her identity and acted like she was one of their best!!! THAT says it all! I had to call corporate to make sure that thief didn't touch another order that belonged to me bc the store was clearly not moved to do anything. Made me wonder why not? read more

This is my favorite Walmart in the area. Everyone is always friendly. If something is out of stock, it rarely stays that way very long. Pick up time are easy to come by if I order ahead. Above all, the employees keep the store clean which says a lot. I used to shop at the red big box store in the area and it is always in disarray as if everyone has given up. Walmart Supercenter - Chairs - Department Stores Near Me - Saint Peters, Missouri

I was a Walmart Plus member, good through September 18, 2025. Then there was a technical error and my account was accidentally cancelled by Walmart. I was originally told the issue would be fixed and my account would be reinstated. It's been well over 3 weeks and it's not been reinstated. Six calls to customer service and each person has a different story and a different answer. I've gotten nothing but the run around. I was issued two random refunds in the amounts of, $13.89 and $14.02, I don't know why, I didn't ask for a refund. Now I'm being told that these refunds make up for the 5 months of membership I lost from their technical error. That makes no sense, $27.91 is not even close to 5 months of plus membership subscription fees. I've also been told that now that I've been "refunded" that I will have to rejoin Walmart Plus at the regular plan price. What?, I had 5 months left on my $98 one year subscription, I got a total of $27.91 back and now I am being told I have to pay again to rejoin. There's been more than a technical error, there's also been a calculation error. It's like they stole from me. I've wasted hours on the phone trying to get what I paid for. It's wrong of Walmart to do this to a customer. It's unethical and Walmart is perfectly okay with it. I will not spend one more cent at Walmart until they apologize for what they've done and make it right. Please boycott Walmart. read more

I stopped by this Walmart on a Sunday right before Thanksgiving. That tells you a lot right there. They were super busy and the store was bought out. We bought brand new Goodyear tires with road Hazzard warranty and only after 3 months got a screw in 1 tire almost sidewall where it was not able to be patched Goodyear has 5 star rating on these tires the tire center wanted us to pay 67 dollars for new tire that's not why we paid for road Hazzard on tires basically I am buying another tire because they decided to charge us for the tire replacement I recommended you but tire only don't buy road Hazzard because Walmart will screw you on labor and new tire the extra it cost for road Hazzard is almost 40.00 dollars save yourself because Walmart tire center will screw you on tire repair save yourself on road Hazzard or my suggestion is go to another place to get tires and road Hazzard because of you pay for road Hazzard then a screw is covered it shouldn't cost you no more money just like 3 other tire center that sale tires road Hazzard said it cover on warranty but Walmart wants to screw it customer with charges for nothing for what we already pay for on road warranty it's ridiculous to have to buy another tire when they are getting money back from Goodyear or store credit and charging customers more money for a warranty that they sale and for a screw in tire witch is covered under warranty we bought don't buy road Hazzard from Walmart tire center they are f over customers and it's totally uncalled for read more

Walmart corporate needs to step in and do something about this location. Items are never stocked. The website is never updated. Even if an item is stocked you can't find it! There are never enough employees at checkout. The left checkout stations are ALWAYS closed. They let people with carts filled to the max go through self-checkout. They have those annoying Spectrum Internet people back by electronics that always interrupt your day. Employees are rude and unprofessional. Why would I ever return to a store like this when all other stores (Schnucks, Target, Dierbergs, Aldi, Macy's, Fresh Thyme, Kohls, Auto Zone, Ace Hardware, etc.) are all able to manage their operations perfectly!?!? I HATE this location. H-A-T-E! HATE this Walmart! read more

Shocking my husband and I both who have used this store for 20 years went to the pay yourself line and were just finishing scanning the last item when an associate came over and stated "I'm sorry I didn't see the cupcake pan on the receipt." I quickly looked at the receipt and it was indeed on there. Then she again stated " I also didn't see that outfit on there" and proceeded to look at the picked up the outfit and our receipt to look for it. I again double checked and it was on the receipt. We were totally offended, not even an apology. We felt like we were be singled out as if we were stealing. I tried calling the store and at first no answer and then an excuse that the employee is no longer with the store. Mmmm I better not see her again. read more

This store was my favorite Walmart close by But tonight was in there and as usual not enough checkers. One employee told me reason so many self check outs is because people prefer those. Really?? If you have more than a couple items then seems like to much work to me. I had my receipt checked when I had things not bagged and had not done self checkout. Was told about all shoplifting done at the self checkouts. Duh!! Anyway, if they keep up with the no checkers I will shop at another store. read more

No email...NOTHING. I called the store...given another number for "pick ups" that went to voicemail. WOW! TIS THE SEASON! Horrible store. Worse service. I ordered online to pick up an order at their 'pick up' area. Supposed to be convenient, but far from it. I checked in per instructions. Waited /0 minutes with my name on the 'board'. Someone cane out, order was not in locker as documented. Now I'm still waiting as another associate is looking fir order in 'back'. 24 minutes so far... still waiting. I don't Reccomend this service, at this Walmart to anyone. I don't recommend this Walmart. Management appears to be in need of help. Employees are clueless. Rude. Unorganized. Uninspired. Welcome to Walmart at its very worst. read more

Placed an order online for curbside pick up. A couple hours later it was canceled stating my items weren't in stock. I repeatedly see people in the St. Peters Walmart not wearing masks. There is a sign at the door stating masks are required and yet nothing is done to enforce it. I'm going to be honest, I hate Wal-Mart. The company in general has left a bad taste in my mouth for years, but I am trying to separate my "ex-employee" point of view from my customer service point of view, and I will give this location a "fair" 3 stars for now. The first star is for the fact that I always seem to be able to find what I want when I go here. I have to hand it to them, the store is well stocked on a regular basis. Star #2- I'll call this the courtesy star. I hate this place so much that there is very little that can be done to change my opinion. There, I said it. Star #3 is the "wow me" star. I actually found something worth going here for. The food! As you walk in the door, just to the right, there is a pre-cooked section where I like to stop and grab some BBQ Boneless Chicken and some potato wedges. This is a favorite meal of mine on my days off of work. I don't stop here every week, but when in the mood, it's a lot cheaper than a wing spot, and it's close. For those interested in why I dislike this store in particular, I'll give you one story in particular, which is a general example of my experience here. Good luck checking out. On this particular night, about 9pm on a Friday night, I was with my wife and another couple, making last minute purchases for a camping trip. We were literally on our way to the campgrounds, we just needed ice for the coolers and some snacks. We waited in a line of about 10 people, with only one open register. While we waited, there seemed to be an issue with another customer, about 30 feet away from this lone register. While our line of 10 grew to 15, and then again to 20, three employees stood around this one customer. A guy behind me was having car trouble, he was in the store to buy coolant so he could get the car home. He walked out without paying. The line behind us clapped as he left, saying "to hell with this, I need this to get home, they obviously don't need my money." Having watched this, my friend walked over to the group of employees and asked the manager if he could open a line, and told the guy that customers were starting to walk out without paying because the line was so long. (BTW-the line wasn't moving because someone at the front was doing their weekly grocery shopping-2 carts of merchandise full to the brim) The manager actually got mad at my friend for interrupting. This was easily the worst customer service experience I have ever been a part of. Had I not been a retail manager myself, I would have walked out with my merchandise just the same as others were doing. As far as experience, this was an extreme version of a regular problem at this location. There are 20+ checkout lines, but usually only 2-3 lines open at any given time. Not too long ago they installed the self checkouts, which for a while I absolutely loved because half the people that come in seem too lazy to check themselves out or they don't understand the process, so I can walk right in and be on my way. However, the last few trips I've made, even those lanes have been closed off. I almost want to take back my courtesy star just thinking about it. read more

Check your receipt before leaving this store! I was overcharged $12.00 for an AT&T Home phone and $1.00 on breakfast bars! There are never enough check out lanes open and the "managers" are kids that have no answers! What is up with a store this large, not having customer service open?? I have been here twice last week to return items, and customer service is closed. And no one, not even a manager I asked for, could tell me when it was going to be open. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Isn't WM like a billion dollar a year business?? Yet they can't keep employees? I've lived in this area for four years and they never have enough help. I moved here from Southwest Colorado and it was the same situation there. Never ever enough employees. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Granted I asked multiple employees for help but they didn't have the keys so all I could do was wait. I think the employees were understaffed and it wasn't there fault. I shop here at least once a week. I have to say I find everything I need, and I have been greeted by employees in the aisles & asked if I need help finding something.
