I have had a great experience with customer service in the pharmacy. However I have concerns regarding the current pharmacist on staff. In the last month and a half, I have caught two major errors in prescriptions. First one: only 30 of 90 days was filled. Someone marked it as a complete order. I had to go up there and explain, brought the bottle, and had to watch them try to figure it out on the computer. They fixed it with no issue and I was able to get the other 60 pills, but they still had no idea how it happened in the first place. Second one: Multiple errors! My son had an increased dosage of a med and I went to pick up the refill. When I got home, I found that it was the old dosage and not the current one. I had to deep dive online to find that they never discontinued the old prescription. On top of that, the label said there was only 40 mLs in the bottle, but there was easily a lot more than that. I had to bring it all up to the pharmacy to have them fix it. The pharmacist was able to fix it, but online it still shows that the old prescription is ready for pickup. I guess I will find out next month if it is actually discontinued or if another error will be made. I'm very concerned that if I found two errors with ours, how many people are picking up meds with errors that don't notice it. read more

Tanisha is an operations manager and very unprofessional. I asked for her to do a return and I needed to repurchase due to a coupon not applying. The entire time she was argumentative asked me to show her the coupon because she needed to verify it, not true. She then argues that my extra care bucks won't be refunded, not true. Then she tried to get me to just accept extra care bucks I said no then refused my transaction in total because she said I was arguing. And no point was I arguing raising my voice or getting an attitude with her? I just simply told her what she was telling me was not correct. read more

Terrible customer service. I received a text every day for the past couple of days that I have a prescription refill ready for pick up. I pulled up to the drive-through and was told to wait a moment. I sat there for 15 minutes - six cars behind me gave up and left. I pressed the "call"button 3 times before she answered. I could see her in the window and she wasn't helping anyone else. I asked what was taking so long and was told the pharmacist had to verify my prescription. My prescription that is a normal refill that they said was ready needs to be verified? No explanation...she just hung up the phone and never came back to the window. After 20 minutes I gave up and drove away. I'm transferring these prescriptions to Walgreens. Consistently bad service here and this is the last straw. read more

Worst Customer Service I have ever had from a pharmacy. I stopped by to transfer all my prescriptions first available day in 2025 due to change in my Medicare Prescription Plan. The people at the store took down my name and info. They did not want my prescription card info. I informed them of a prescription for me that was urgent and a prescription for my wife that was also needed. They indicated that they would handle it. Their phone system seems to do every thing possible to keep you from talking to a live person. They did not return calls after we left multiple messages. Days went by and i ran out of my medication. When I created an online account, I found that they filled every prescription that I have and don't need, but the one I advised was urgent, was back ordered. They did not bother to look to see if other CVS in the area had the medicine, and they did not bother to advise me of the issue. I cancelled all for myself and my wife and transferred them to Walgreens. Walgreens pharmacist has been outstanding! She did not have the medicine, so she immediately volunteered to call around and find it for me. read more

If you go there avoid Seth in the pharmacy, he thinks he is entitled and talks down to customers when you ask a question about your prescription, he needs a lot of work on his people skills, the other people are great, try and get one of them. read more

I have been going here for years. The closest location to me. I wish I didn't have to use CVS but anyway the wait is long sometimes. I tried to call and check on a prescription and the phone just rings. I was told I couldn't use a good Rx coupon when I know it was valid they told me the computer wouldn't accept my code. Many problems over the years but somehow keep going, not to say it's not a frustrating experience. read more

Every month my prescription is filled late. The employees there are very rude when you have an issue. There's always multiple employees sitting on their cell phones. But yet they never answer the phone. I confirmed with the robot on the phone that my prescription will be ready and yet, they don't have it at all in their system. This review is not intended just for one particular CVS store - it is intended as a review of the CVS Chain of stores. I am retired military and I take it as a slap in the face that CVS does not accept ExpressScripts coverage provided to me thru Tricare for Life (the insurance provided to me for serving 20 years in the USAF. Often I hear from clerks and customer service employees see my military retiree ID - when I am requested to provide a picture ID - the comments to me are generally "Thank you for your service". CVS apparently does not feel any appreciation for those of us who have served our country - why would anyone patronize such an organization? read more

I realize that the store was close to closing time, but I had a cut and stopped in the buy bandaids. The front door was open and as I walked in the store manager on a power trip told me they were closed and proceeded to walk me back out and then lock the door after I told him all I needed were bandaids. Had nothing but below average experiences with this pharmacy since our family moved in the area from Maryland Heights. Pharmacy hours aren't flexible, pharmacy tech was unpleasant to deal with, probably because I am a black female out in St. Peters. I have a routine prescription that I need filled monthly but requires a pre auth. So I spoke to someone requesting for them to obtain the pre auth from my doctors office and my script still is not filled after nearly 2 weeks. I also called into the automated line to refill another script that does not require a pre auth and has 4 refills pre-approved and that's not refilled either. Horrible pharmacy, will switch back to Walgreens immediately. read more

Love this pharmacy. Great location, have received a friendly greeting each time I go. The entire pharmacy staff has been friendly, and have even gone out of their way to help me get discounts on one of my medications (that is expensive). They have automatic refills, so I get a text when my medication is ready for pickup. I enjoy my trips to this CVS. read more

Staff very helpful. Prod. arranged in customer friendly manner but stylish also. Not open 24 hours as competition is, and they are located a little farther from me, but they have very good sales and save even more with the customer card. Im contemplating transferring my prescriptions there, if I find an incentive to. I heard CVS has been sending promotion if you transfer your Rx's. I havent received one as of yet. I always get a friendly approach from all the staff at this pharmacy. Today (5/08/2017) after 12 pm when I went to search medicines, whoever was the pharmacist, that guy helped me a lot. He came out and search the right medicine for me. Also the person who received me at the reception at that time also helped me. read more
