    Had nothing I needed. The smallest and crappiest target I've been to. Was dirty and disgusting. Smelled like pee outside.

    Trying to reach a person by phone is impossible! I have never been there and I don't ever think I will! How rude!

    Tiny and under-stocked. It's only a little bigger than a typical corner drug store. Shelves seemed disorganized.

    This has been by far the worst consumer experience I've ever had. While the store employees did all…read morethat they could to assist me, it's clearly a poorly ran organization. The communication between the store, warehouse and Corp is awful. I even left a message for the owner to call me so I could discuss my concerns with him. But he never called. We paid for our furniture in full in June and was told that we would get the furniture in August. We ended up getting an incomplete order in September after making numerous calls. Most of the time we were promised call backs and never received them. When we did get them they were still empty promises with poor follow through. While I understand there have been delays with deliveries due to Covid, But this was totally unacceptable. We decided to support the community during this time instead of going to a big chain. We thought it was the right thing to do. But It's sad to have a store of this size to sit right in the middle of the city and to treat its customers as such. I will never shop here again. Frugal showed me exactly what they thought of me as a customer. They simply did not care. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They have to do better and show people that the business is appreciated. So sad...

    This place was awful. I called them based on the below 5-star review by Lian E. We bought a Queen…read moreSerta mattress and boxspring to replace an old set. Our stairwell is tight, but the original boxspring made it up and down by a hair. We weren't so lucky with the new boxspring. We returned it, but found that our vendor only sold the split boxsprings online and it would take up to 4 weeks to deliver. We decided to look elsewhere for our Queen Split Boxspring. Enter Yelp.com and Lian's glowing review. I called the store and spoke with a woman who seemed very nice. She assured me they had the split queens, but they were currently out of stock. This was Saturday during Columbus day weekend. A new delivery would be made on Monday or Tuesday. They were running a sale, so they would be $149.99 and delivery to Brighton would be $20. Sounded like a deal! We called around and that was the best price in the area, so we decided that we could wait a few days for the product. I asked if we could pay for it then, to reserve it, but the woman explained they can't take over-the-phone payments. She said I could come in the next day and pay in person to reserve the set. My boyfriend and I made the trip out to Roxbury the next day. The store was a disgusting mess. There was a woman there, with two kids hanging out in the dirt of the store. There was literally crap everywhere, and nothing seemed organized or orderly. Still, we thought, as long as we get what we need, we don't care what the store looks like. The woman there was thoroughly confused with what we explained. A. She said we couldn't pay in advance and that they don't take reservations. B. She said we could just pay upon delivery (then why were we instructed to drive all the way to Roxbury?). And C. She said delivery was never $20 to Brighton - it would be $35. We said fine, we'd like to pick up the items instead of having it delivered, and were told we would get a call the next day or Tuesday when the delivery arrived. Monday passed with no call, which we sort of expected, since it was a holiday. Then Tuesday evening rolled around and we hadn't heard anything. So we called them. The truck never came and they expected it on Wednesday. Crap. At this point we figured we were in too deep and should just wait the extra day. Wednesday rolled around and no phone call. So again, we call them. Apparently because of the Columbus Day holiday, their vendor was closed all week and they wouldn't get a delivery until Friday. Now they've strung us a long for almost a week, but we are super busy on Wednesday and Thursday and don't have time to look elsewhere. So after some complaining about the run-around we'd received, the woman tells me they'll deliver it for the original delivery fee of $20 and we'll get it on Friday. She takes my address and guarantees we'll get it in two days. Well, a few minutes later she calls me back to tell me my total so I can be prepared to pay the delivery person. And then she drops the bomb - it'll be COD. What? I wanted to pay by credit card, which is why I made the trek to the store on Sunday to pay. Then I was turned away. Now they tell me unless I make an extra trip back to that hellhole they call a store that I'll have to pay by cash. I explain this to her, and she says she'll talk to a manager and get back to me. Lo and Behold, Friday rolls around and no one calls us. I call them just to see if a delivery has finally been made and the person who answers says she doesn't know - she'll check and call me back within a half hour. It's been 3 days and I still haven't received a phone call. We called up the Boston Bed Company Friday night and arranged to pick up a set of Split Queen Boxsprings the next day. They were $50 more, but hey - at least we got them, and the people were nice, and they actually called me back when they said they would. You really can't put a price on customer service.

    I bougt a split queen box spring from them and the transaction took all of 10 minutes! Great fast…read moreservice. Flexible business hours ( I picked my box spring up after 7pm on a SUNDAY!) No, not the most fancy store layout, but the sales lady was very helpful on the phone and in the store. She was very accomodating and even strapped the box spring to my car for me! Standard $20 delivery fee if needed and good price @ $149.99+ tax. I have already referred another person to them and will continue too. Store just needs a bit of tidying up!
