Extremely Poor Customer Service…read more My experience with Target manager Rocio at the Amarillo, Texas Target was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, Amarillo only has one Target, so having such a poor experience with management is especially frustrating. Her customer service was horrible, and the way she spoke to me was rude and unprofessional. I was trying to return an item, and instead of making any effort to help me or find a solution, she refused to work with me and showed no concern about my situation. What made the experience even more frustrating was that Target corporate actually called while I was there and requested to speak with Rocio directly. Rocio refused to get on the phone with them and stated that corporate couldn't tell her what to do. I was shocked that a store manager would refuse to speak with corporate when they were specifically requesting to speak with her about the situation. As a manager, I expected much better customer service, professionalism, and willingness to resolve a customer's concern. Unfortunately, Rocio's attitude and treatment of me were completely unacceptable. Since Amarillo only has one Target, customers don't have another Target location in town to choose from. I sincerely hope Target takes this complaint seriously and addresses the way customers are being treated by management at this location.

The beiginngj and considered switching back to old pharmacy because of how bad things were but I gave them a second chance and ever since they have gone above and beyond to assist me and accommodate me... they have been amazing at getting my orders available for pickup super fast and have helped me switch up mistakes I made in order pickup or delivery when I wasn't able to have certain times or when it was convenient for me to pickup if I was near the location on a short notice... i do wish they had better parking but it is a busy downtown minneapolis area and they mainly are a delivery pharmacy but also have pickup... anytime I have had a question or an issue outside of their control they were able to figure it out and work with my doctors in lightning speed to get it figured out... they have really helped me navigate areas I was una aware of... ty so much and I am happy things got on a great track... i am usually pretty forgiving and like to give second chances as things can change... the staff is always friendly and helpful... they respond fast and have exceeded my expectations 10 fold since the mess in the beginning... ty again for everything... ty for having awesome delivery deivers also and I appreciate their hard work and dedication as they are not appreciated enough and people will give delivery drivers crazy demands and make it extremely difficult to get things delivered, especially at apartment buildings where people dont give access codes so they can get the order delivered successfully... ty all

Tody I had extensive dental work, they sent a text saying there was an insurance issue and could not process it through my insurance-odd because I just got my so sons controlled medicine there less than 2 weeks ago and they had it. The girl pecked on the computer wasting my time and had a very difficult time entering/finding my insurance despite my card lying on the counter. Just stalling to avoid "working" in my opinion. I was still in pain and just out of sedation so I said to just fill it and I would pay out of pocket. So after the medication was called in over 3 hours earlier, a phone call left unanswered for over 20 minutes I finally got my medicine after snide smirks from the unprofessional staff working there (they are in eye shot from the register). I had already had my sons pediatrician move his script to my normal store just so I didn't have to encounter these lazy and unprofessional people last week. Even his pediatricians office reported back to me they had been on hold for over an hour. Not a single phone rang the entire time I was inside today and nobody was on the phone the entire time. My suggestion-replace the staff! I'm shocked they have actual license to be working back there. Slum location-slum staff. Horrible customer service and clearly nobody behind the pharmacy wants to do their job!!

When I need an item in a locked case, and I press the button, two or three associates come running with a key! What a difference from the one in Robbinsdale, which is in the next town, when I was denied an item from the case, because no one had a key! Maybe staffing is an issue with the Walgreens, and that's why a lot of them are closing. So far all my experiences here have been good. Please keep it up!

They are usually running behind, so even though it takes about twenty minutes after the prescription is sent to get down there, I always have to wait. They are always surprised that I'm picking up right now. Maybe most people don't, or they can't see that I was just at the doctor? I'm not sure which, but there is definitely a communication gap somewhere. They used to have a large selection of gifts, but this has gradually been phased out, and there is very little in that section anymore. Happily, this is because they sell more OTC medication, which makes sense. They also sell vitamins and I often get an essential oil. They have Nature's Truth brand. I would love to see them carry some healthy foods. I'm often here in the morning and haven't eaten. I saw that they have almonds, but they only have the heavily salted ones.

They were crazy busy and most likely understaffed but they did a great job trying to meet everyone's needs as quickly as they could.
