This cvs is the perfect example of why I try and support small businesses. My local pharmacy went out of business a few months ago so I decided to take advantage of the 90 day supply option that my insurance has. To do so I have to go to this CVS. Out of the approximate 6 times I have gone, not one time have they got my prescription right. The pharmacy staff is incompetent and does not know how to properly fax off a refill request. No one was at the register. The only employees visible was in the front aisle talking to each other. I stood at the cashier for a good two minutes before they finally came (I know they saw me because we exchanged eye contact). When they finally came to the register they were still talking to each other. No greetings towards me. I am so disappointed with their terrible customer service. I came in to the pharmacy to pick up my husband's medication and buy Sudafed. They asked for my ID, spent several minutes searching for his medicine, got the Sudafed and then proceeded to ask for ID again. Umm, you still have it. They swore up and down I never gave it to them. I never left the pharmacy counter! They said I was wrong, made me completely empty my purse and jacket out in public and were overall not very sympathetic or concerned about THEIR MISTAKE. The manager claimed to have watched the tape and said I never gave it to them. They basically blew me off entirely. Two days later, I receive a phone call that lo and behold they DID find my identification in the rx bag area. This completely ruined all my Saturday plans and I already ordered a new ID from the state. I barely received a half assed apology. If you are this careless with my ID card, how do you treat my protected healthcare information??? I'll be transferring my prescriptions and never coming back. read more

CHECK YOUR EXPIRATION DATES !!! Went to grab a few things this past Sunday evening. We raced to get there before they closed (6 p.m.). Arrived at 5:45 and we, along with 3 other people, were greeted with locked doors and the employees inside were finishing up helping other customers and they looked at all of us and said NO, that they were closed!!! WTH!!! A guy who appeared to be in charge finally opened the door reluctantly. We shopped quickly so as to not make them stay late. Noticed when I got home that the pint of ice cream we had purchased had expired last July, 2019 (this was on 1-26-20). It was full of ice crystals on top as well. Be careful. That's nothing too spectacular about this drugstore. It's pretty new drugstore with a helpful staff. The setup reminds me of Wal-Greens and the prices in this store isn't cheap either. They don't have Minute Clinic in this location. I think it would have been an advantage for this CVS to have a MInute Clinic to compete with the nearby drugstores. I still prefer to go to Rite-Aid or Bartells. This drugstore is located in a very busy intersection, so you would get stuck in the traffic during busy hours. read more

This is the place to shop especially for great sale items. The Manager Anthony and Jing are two professional, kind, and really positive people! They were quite helpful and seemed to know the products they carry very well.CVS is right up there with Target on my favorite places to shop. I will now only go to this pharmacy. I've only had pleasant and quick experiences here. At other pharmacies I've been greeted by frowning faces, reprimanded, argued with, and made to wait long periods of time. Not here though. Here, the pharmacy staff is nice and smiling. The staff in the pharmacy are professional, friendly and efficient. They try their very best to assist you so that you can get your prescriptions asap. Normally any other pharmacy you go the standard WAIT time is 1 hour! But at this pharmacy, they will try to get yours ready within 15 to 20 mins!!!! It's a busy location. Stopped by this brand new location (the first here in WA state) and it's quite nice and new (just opened 8/11/14), I'm hoping they can keep it up long-term. The staff are very friendly and even if they couldn't find something, they found someone who could or could give you an honest answer. It's a pretty large, open air store and everything has a sign above it telling you what's there, i.e. beauty, pharmacy, diabetic supplies, etc. The one strange thing I don't get about this pharmacy chain is the carpeted floors. I would think that would turn ugly real fast, but I guess we'll see in time. Prices are competitive and their Extra Care rewards program is supposed to be one of the best customer rewards programs around. I luckily get a pretty decent employee discount here since CVS took over our pharmacy infusion company earlier this year. The parking lot is quite expansive and there is also a drive-thru for the pharmacy. I'll be glad once the location in Seattle proper opens since I don't come down this way too often. Glad to have you here, CVS, keep up the good work, stay personable and the customers will keep coming back! read more

I literally went there to print off three photos but instead waited for 20 minutes for the garbage CVS app to load on my phone and then waited another 30 minutes in an attempt to use it to print. All of which was completely and totally unsuccessful. The machines don't function correctly nor are they capable of making any prints. Why even have them there if they don't work? Likewise, the ppl working there were to busy putting stuff on the shelves. It is so frustrating when you go to a place in an attempt to do a simple task but none of their equipment works correctly, try Fred Meyer instead. read more

I have absolutely fallen in love with this CVS! The staff is SO friendly, helpful & personable. I am one of those "couponing" moms and at most stores, the cashiers are rude to us because they don't want to deal with us & our coupons. At this CVS the cashiers and managers go out of their way to help us find the items and even substitute it for another item if they are out with out asking. One manager, Tim, is extremely helpful & nice. I recommend this store to everyone, especially the couponers ;) read more

They really need to train ALL their pharmacists how to properly use their own CVS app (that they encourage you to use). The pharmacist at their drive-up window didn't understand what the pick-up number I was given her meant, and she instead asked for my name (which if she had used the number, would have already told her that info). She kept questioning my use of the number. Eventually I handed her my ID and debit card (which she would have needed anyways). Finally she asked for my phone number so I could get credit on my ExtraCare card (which was already linked in the app). I rolled my eyes at this point and berated her for not understanding her company's app. She apologized for not being trained in it, and I told her that she should fix that deficiency as soon as possible. read more

Great customer service from employees ! I always feel appreciated when I come in to pick up my husbands medications! Sometimes there is a line but more than 2 people they always call over another cashier! Yay! I sure do appreciate the texting messages when something will be ready and "hey want a refill?" I can easily type back yes or no Love the hours always open each day of the week,until9 most days, even Holidays so if I need something. I can get it! I have also found it super easy to transfer my meds for myself and family members to and from California! I have a home there too and it has happened I've forgotten to pick up a Med before travel and I called and it was easily transferred to the California location! Of course not a controlled Med like Vicodin as I know California doesn't accept out of state prescriptions! Great customer service everytime, quality medication, and excellent staffing! Thank you! If i could give this location 0 stars I would. The disrespect I received tonight was unacceptable. I went in with my friend who needed to purchase a fan, I essentially went in for nail glue and ended up looking at the makeup. I noticed that the packaging of what i was looking at was already opened (it was nyx eyeshadow pencil in the color milk) so i opened it and looked at it to see if it was still suitable to buy but i just put it back and started looking at the other products. I noticed there was a lady standing diagonal from me and i asked her if i was in her way or something as i noticed her name tag and she replied to me "I'm just standing here because i cant have people opening up makeup" and then she proceeded to tell me that everywhere i went she was GOING to follow me if had any questions.... If i had a question i would have asked. She continued to accuse me for opening the nyx pencil that was already opened before i decided to look at it and repeatedly said "i watched you open it" when i tried to explain to her it was already opened. Note: I said out loud to my friend I didn't want to buy it because it was already opened and she told me not to get it just because it will be going on my eye and thats unsanitary. After that i put the nail glue i came in for back up and walked out the store as she continued to accuse and accuse me and then said "are you going to pay for the things you have in your hand?" I had my phone, car keys, and debit card in my hand. Do not waste your gas at stopping at this CVS, its expensive, you might as well stop at the Fred Meyer across the street or take the time to drive out to Walmart. My experience with that particular sales women made me feel extremely uncomfortable and i felt like I was being racial profiled, this was a terrible experience and I only experienced something like this once before in customer service even though these things do exist. Organized, professional, friendly and reliable pharmacy - like no other around greater Seattle area. Save yourselves a ton of frustration and switch your prescriptions to this great retailer. My medication was ready before I even got back from my doc's appointment and I got a prompt call and since then started getting message notifications. They also have great deals on the other stuff you could find in any other pharmacy - only here it is reasonably priced and you get discounts. read more

I'm sorry for not posting this right away for they certainly deserve the recognition but better late than never! I just wanna give Sherry a Big hug for such Great customer service over the phone when I was going crazy (my boyfriend can contest) trying to locate a certain curling iron I wanted so bad! I explained to her of my situation being in town for only a couple of days and my only transportation is my bicycle and she was so empathetic. When I gave her the information she went above and beyond to check on the floor for it..not once but twice because I wanted to make sure it was a curling iron and Not a flat iron! I told her about Another establishment giving me false information and I Got my hopes up and rode my bicycle 10 miles for nothing. She was so sweet when she claimed to having it she offered to hold it for me behind the counter! I told her I may not make it that evening and she said they'll put it back on the shelf at closing time and that she'd be working the next day and she'd hold it again for me. I'm thinking-what Great customer service!!! I thanked her and said I'd be in early in hopes it'd be there even if she wasn't in yet. Next morning when I walked into this CVS.....my First thought was "Wow" it's so neat and clean!! No joke! I've never seen such a pretty CVS! Soon As I get to the hair section I'm approached by a gentleman asking if I need help....not in the store for even a minute and I'm being helped! God I love this place! I immediately asked for Sherry and explained she was holding this curling iron for me (which I had my hand on at this time) trying to take it off the hook as I'm talking to him and he says it's locked on and he proceeded to unlock it for me. Sherry wasn't in as of yet he said. I thanked him and went to the counter to pay for it. I was so impressed with the great customer service I received by Sherry and the gentleman I had to say something so I asked the lady at the counter who was very polite by the way to see a manager and she pointed to the gentleman that helped me! I went to him and bragged about sherry and the clean, organized store. I tried 5 walmart's and 3 Walgreens for this curling iron by phone and in person and their customer service didn't come close to this CVS! And seriously, too many people complain about bad customer service and we don't hear enough of the good! So a million High fives to you Anthony for your choice of hired employees and your beautiful store!!! Sadly I didn't get to thank Sherry in person but you can bet if I'm ever in town again which is very possible...I'd ride my bike the 12 miles just to do so!!! read more
