While waiting for a pharmacist to come over I told my husband I wanted to leave because I was too anxious. She assumed I was talking about her and came over and got really aggressive. I placed my order through the Target app the night before and selected curbside pickup for today around noon. Before arriving, I properly used the app to notify the store that I was on my way, as instructed. I arrived within approximately 10 minutes and parked in the designated curbside pickup area. I then waited more than 15 minutes without any communication, update, or assistance from staff. During this time, I observed numerous other vehicles arrive after me, receive their orders, and leave, while my order was completely ignored. Concerned that there may have been an issue, I called the store for assistance. Unfortunately, the employee who answered the phone was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, checking the status of my order, or attempting to help, he responded with: "Why don't you just go inside and get your stuff?" That response completely defeats the purpose of offering curbside pickup and reflects extremely poor customer service. At no point did anyone acknowledge the delay, provide an explanation, or make any effort to correct the situation. I understand that stores become busy and delays can occur. However, customers should still be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect. What made this experience especially disappointing was not just the wait itself, but the lack of accountability and the rude attitude displayed when I attempted to seek assistance. This experience left me frustrated enough to leave without receiving my order. I believe the employees responsible for curbside fulfillment and customer service at this location need better training in communication, professionalism, and customer care. * Addition Concern Regarding Incorrect Pickup Confirmation. To make matters even more concerning, after I left the store without receiving my order, I later received an email from Target at 12:11 PM indicating that my order had been marked as "picked up" at the Renton location. This information is inaccurate. I did not receive my order, nor did I authorize any individual to collect it on my behalf. I left the store dissatisfied after waiting without assistance and after experiencing unprofessional treatment from the employee with whom I spoke by phone. I live…read morein the Tukwila Village Senior Living apartment complex, and ever since moving here four months ago, delivery cannot be referred to as 'service'. Instructions are clearly written: Deliver packages to my apartment front door or if possible secure orders in Amazon lockers provided in the main lobby of the 'B'-building (Walmart has and can use Amazon lockers for deliveries). I've had packages actually left outside the main entrance doors (subject to theft), placed in mailboxes or mail area in the adjoining building ('A'-Building), or failing to be delivered all together causing contact with Customer Service who offered no solutions. I was told items were being returned to the store and would have to wait until all items are returned in order for a refund or replacement. 24-hours later, items remained "being returned" so no solutions could be offered. Additionally, when making a purchase funds are immediately taken out of banking accounts. However, refunds take 7-10 days to be credited back. In the meantime another order can't be made as funds are on hold at the bank. On a retiree income, it makes ordering and receiving much needed groceries impossible. Walmart prices may be a bit cheaper, but failed deliveries are not worth the headaches. I will be looking at Safeway and Fred Meyers for future purchases.

She told me I needed to wait for her to give someone a vaccination. Ok, I get it, this live guy is waiting for his vaccine and I'm just a hospice nurse trying to find a med close by for a dying patient urgently. Could the other lady look for the tablets? Nope.

Inside, I went to produce and found that their cosmic crisp apples looked horrible, so I thought about just leaving and going to the Benson store, where I know they have good produce. But I stayed and moved down my list until had everything else but orange juice and oat milk. I looked and looked around the refrigerated areas and found nothing. I saw an employee and asked her, and she directed me to oatmeal and the bottled juice aisle. I said refrigerated orange juice, and she said they have the frozen stuff. When I said, "You don't have refrigerated orange juice?", she actually slowed her speech to repeat that they have frozen orange juice. It was clear she thought I was an idiot for expecting more. Who doesn't have refrigerated orange juice? I didn't bother asking again about the oat milk. Then I did something I'm not proud of... I left my cart exactly where it was and left the store. I wasted half an hour in there and now I have to go to another grocery store. The closest Fred Meyer to my house was shuttered last year, and it was twice the quality as this one. I actually trusted they were charging us correctly but they're not some are not properly trained apparently because another guy will come up and correct the price and tell them what they didn't do.
