This is the worst pharmacy in the country! I had been a CVS customer for over 20 years living in another state so naturally I had my prescriptions filled near my home once I moved to Washington State! I don't see how they stay open. Most recently their incompetence put my health at risk in filling a prescription. After that I transferred every prescription to another pharmacy. Customer loyalty isn't worth my life. read more

I'm not impressed with CVS at all. Whenever I call in a prescription to be refilled, I get a recorded message letting me know it's on hold waiting for me. Obviously, I know this because I called it in. Secondly, it borders on harassment when I get a recorded message EVERY DAY until I pick up my prescription. Can we say overkill? it's ridiculous. Plus, there has been once when I called in a prescription (two days in advance) and when I went in to pick it up, all I get is a blank look and the person telling me, "We never received a phone call to get that prescription refilled." Bullshit. I always call in my prescriptions at least 2 days in advance. Sometimes 3 when they need a doctor's authorization. I told the person that I need it right now. I'm not leaving without it. Today, I picked up 2 prescriptions. I complained, once again about the recorded messages. I've called in twice before complaining about this. But apparently, they don't listen. So, when I told the lady this, all I get as an answer is, "well, we don't have any control over that". Once again, I call bullshit. So, because of this, I plan on taking my business elsewhere. Then I won't have to deal with ineptness and the constant recorded message about picking up my prescriptions every day. read more

I have been using this pharmacy ever since I moved from CA to WA five years ago. I normally don't write too many reviews but I just looked online and noticed the low score rating. I love all the people that work at this cvs. I have tons of prescriptions that I have to take due to my illness. They never make me feel bad about having to take so much medication for my disease. Not gonna lie in the past there was one person that wasn't the most pleasant lady, she's no longer working there and now I can honestly say that everyone who works at this cvs are always so very kind to me. They are a very busy pharmacy yet they know me by name & just treat me kind and not with annoyance or judgement. They work very hard at trying to make sure my meds are filled when needed. I appreciate all the employees at this location and highly recommend! I would give a shout out to some by name but I don't want to exclude anyone because they have all been more friendly than not. Sorry for the novel, just didn't feel they deserved such low scores when they work hard at making sure I have all my medicine available that keeps me alive. Thank you read more

This place sucks avoid it if you can possibly get your prescription somewhere else. I have gone here repeatedly because it is close to my house but they always suck they have messed up my prescriptions their customer service is terrible they filled the wrong prescription and refuse to take responsibility for it. Another time they misspelled my name and messed up my entire prescription profile because they didn't read the prescription closely enough. I hope somebody does something about it before this pharmacy kills somebody. read more

I went here to use my CVS Extracare coupon but they would not accept it because even though they are owned by CVS they use Target cash registers. Shame on CVS for not disclosing this to their Extracare customers. read more

Have changed my pharmacy from Fred Meyer to the CVS at Target Landing first as my daughters provider does not accept Fred Meyer anymore and second as it is convenient and in-route to both work and other places I shop. I have been delighted with the team there. Always upbeat and willing to step up to the task. My wait times in line are half what the were for Fred Meyer and with the number of prescriptions our family has, the crew has made a great effort to insure that timing and lapses are taken care of. I wiz in, and wiz out in great time. I also appreciate the delineated designated waiting isle that provides privacy while dropping off and picking up. Have seen a number of folks that don't quite get the purpose of this, but the team is quick to politely inform. Calls to CVS are promptly handled and questions quickly routed to our medical providers for answers and clarifications. Gone are the days of Rite-Aid Pharmacists and team flushes and cycles, Walgreen's inability to fill a prescription promptly, or the long waits and prescription issues with Fred Meyer. Avoiding this location. I'm a long time cvs customer. The manner in which I was treated this last Friday by the front end pharmacy clerk is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She is tall, very heavy set built, Caucasian with blonde hair. She's always been cold and uncourteous to me for no reason. This last Friday I was sick and needed to get home and was anxious to pick up my prescription. When I went back to pick it up after waiting 10 minutes for them to fill it, there was a girl similar to herself checking. I waited and she kept socializing with her so I was staring hoping she would leave soon . The clerk then got all snappy with me and said can you back away to the other side over there to protect her privacy! This is absurd! I don't care anything about this girl I iust want her to stop socializing with her so I can leave! The hell I care what she is there for! Fuming inside at her approach, when another customer came behind me while I was being assisted and quite close, she did not advise them the same thing. What about my privacy? Their standards are not consistent and seems they are a tad racist. Hope I don't get stuck going here anytime soon. That girl won't last long with that poor customer service. read more
