They won't stand behind the products they sell as a distributor but instead will tell you to talk with the manufacturer. Nor will they replace any product they sell that is defective or give refunds. They have no way of talking with upper management, as in they have an email but I was told by the pharmacy manager it's unmonitored. Basic business works as the pharmacy is the distributor they buy from the manufacturer. If my product is defective or broke I contact the distributor for a replacement or my money back and the distributor contacts the manufacturer about the quality and money recouped. But Roger's will hold no responsibility. Not a very good business practice.

A&R has been filing a specialty medication for my Labrador Retriever since November of last year. Today I had to leave work and was in a bit of a pinch for time, so I called ahead to have my prescription waiting up front for pick up. The staff waited for me to pull in the parking lot, then brought my prescription out to my vehicle, so I could get back to work as quickly as possible. Exceptional customer service such as this is unheard of in today's times! I cannot explain how wonderful this pharmacy is, and I highly recommend them!!

The ONLY reason we keep our scripts here is because they are the closest 24-7 pharmacy near us and sometimes we have crazy hours and need to be able to pick up our prescriptions at all times. Honestly, they would benefit from a complete overhaul. Half their staff at the pharmacy here has no idea what they're doing.
