Pat helped me out of a very tough situation and I can't thank him enough. While travelling out of state I realized that the converter for my CPAP machine was broken. Needing my machine in order to sleep I called a few local places to try and replace it but didn't have any luck. Pat was extremely generous and not only let me borrow the converter I needed but did it at no cost as he understood the magnitude of my situation. I am forever grateful. The signs outside highlight that Rogers Pharmacy won the Reader's Choice award for '16, '17, &'18 and I am not surprised! Thank you! read more

It's slowly getting worse service here as the years go by. I have always tried to support local buisnesses first as much as possible, as I own several. We do expect some bad service with young staff at places but this isn't the case. It's the other end of the spectrum. Couldn't pick up my meds as she couldn't here my date of birth and refused to accept my driverse liecense which shows the DOB and she has to scan it anyway as the meds are a controled substance. Some of these oldest staff really show how they hate having to work in their late years. They can't hear and have snippy attitude just because they can. The attitude of jump when she tells you to jump and how high or she won't do anything for you. Well, that just makes people go elsewhere no matter what buisness you are. Or just move purchases online and not deal with staff ego or bad personalities. So sad to lose businesses from poor service no matter the employees age or abilities. read more

Pharmacy drop off staff is rude and unprofessional when answering questions about the product they sell. They won't stand behind the products they sell as a distributor but instead will tell you to talk with the manufacturer. Nor will they replace any product they sell that is defective or give refunds. They have no way of talking with upper management, as in they have an email but I was told by the pharmacy manager it's unmonitored. Basic business works as the pharmacy is the distributor they buy from the manufacturer. If my product is defective or broke I contact the distributor for a replacement or my money back and the distributor contacts the manufacturer about the quality and money recouped. But Roger's will hold no responsibility. Not a very good business practice. read more

Rogers Pharmacy - This liraglutide pen plunger won't distribute the medicine in the vial and has broken. The vial has come apart on its own. - Drugstores Near Me - Saint Joseph, Missouri

Worst pharmacy experience ever! Everyone always claims "support local businesses"! I say why should I when the chains like Walgreens and CVS offer better hours convenient to me and better service. Every prescription I have ever tried to fill with Rogers has been problematic. They even tried to require me to have a prescription for OTC medications so they could jack up the price--charge me the normal price as a co-pay and then bill the overage back to my insurance carrier. read more

What a rip-off of a pharmacy !!! Charged me $71 n taxed a prescription $76. Should of researched. Find that Walgreens carries it for $13 n no tax ! Inconsiderate thieves !!!! read more

Pat has provided me with the support that I needed to adjust to my BIPAP that improves the quality of my sleep. On a snowy, icy day Pat delivered my device to my home then stayed to help me get set up for the coming night. His knowledge and caring attitude made the difference. read more

This has got to be the best pharmacy ever. They are not the type to get their meds from the cheapest form. The staff is amazing! I call In my prescriptions and they mail them to me for free. In the 3 years I have been using this pharmacy, I have never had a problem! read more

I love the new building, easy parking, easy access and a drive through if I want or need to use it. I love the way they are involved in the community and work to help make sure I have exactly what I need. It's nice feeling like I'm not just a number. THANK YOU for the great service! read more

This place is great! The staff really tries to get to know you and they really care. It brings back the old style type of pharmacy that you only see in the movies. Will be switching from Walgreens! read more

I am trying to get my meds transferred to a new pharmacy that is close. I called Roger's Pharmacy. I got called ma'am, and didn't think anything of it because it happens all the time on the phone. I ask if I want to get my meds weekly, because that's how my doctor wants it, and can I pay once a month at the beginning of the month. The woman transfers me, because she wants me to talk to ask the person who does the packaging, so I ask a tech the same question. She says I need to ask the person who does the money. I get transferred back to the same woman I asked the first time who said she would transfer me before i asked the first time and then transferred me anyway. Once i told her my name and she knew I wasn't a "ma'am" she started talking down to me and saying that I would have to start a credit and I asked the first question again and she said I will have to pay every time I get my meds with a $10 packaging fee and a $4 weekly fee on top of my copay. I asked if I could just pay for all four weeks and only get one at a time. She said with an attitude "Is the way I said or not at all!" I said that I didn't understand what the problem is. She says "you don't understand what MY problem?" I said no I said THE problem is. "OKAY YOU KNOW WHAT?" she yells and slams the phone. What a wonderful pharmacy... Just like the commercials. read more

just hope you catch them on a good day. not only are they always messing up meds, but they are the rudest pharmacists i have not had the pleasure of doing business with. sometimes they dont send a med and when you call and ask why they say its on back order but they couldnt let you know that when you were picking up your meds?? or if you have ordered a med multiple times and still have not received it so you call and ask and the PHARMACIST SCREAMS AT YOU telling you to get it together, and that she was not going to walk it back downstairs so you needed to walk to the back and get it, then she tell you shes needs a minute because she is out of breath (FROM SCREAMING AT YOU!!) I have to say my favorite is the eye rolling when you show up and say you need to pick up and the do not even reply they just roll their eyes and walk away. if you are looking for a pharmacy that has the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE then im telling you this is the one for you!! read more
