We came here and got our stuff fine. But when we arrived to the self-checkout machines, we scanned our stuff. But then we put in our card, and took it out when it said to. But the other monitor on the machine was stuck on processing payment. It looked like almost every other machine was having an error just like ours. One even had the Windows black text-only dialogue saying that a System32 file was missing, how does that happen?! Then 2 people came to help, and they were super nice about it so I'm not being too harsh on the review. Our machine also said there was an error with the receipt paper, which the people helping us fixed multiple times and it didn't work. It sadly wasn't fixed, and the employees had to shut it down and scan our stuff themselves. They also said that we might get billed twice, and if so to return and let Customer Service know. I know it's not their fault, it's the computers, which is why I'm really not being harsh on this rating. They Will not honor their,car battery warranty. When i told them it wouldn't turn over,the quoted there machine. Said its fine,also had a oil change where I had to supply my own filter ,the still charged full amount as if they supplied the filter. They are not here to help. read more

I stopped by St. Joseph, during my trip south and found a Walmart to provide a lunch stop. Sandwiches are freshly made in the deli section at a very fair price and I was able to quickly use the self checkout vs. the longer lines of using a cashier. Garbage cannisters are conveniently located next to every cart return station. People watching from the parking lot can be entertaining at this Walmart. read more

If I could give a negative rating I would. Let's go to self check out and ring up because all the "cashier" registers are closed. Literally had 4-5 people watching me ring everything up after the shut one register down on me because they thought something was up with me. Note this is the third time in a row I've been here and this has happened. They watch me ring everything up and watch me pay and get the receipt then have 4 people at the door to stop me to "check my receipt." You stupid idiots just watched me ring everything up. It's down right harassment is what it is. If and I mean if I ever go back, you can guarantee that if it happens again I will be pressing harassment charges. Rant over! read more

Apparently they lock up cosmetics an hour before the store closes. That's fine if you wanna do that, but the posted store hours should say so. Order online, let them substitute whatever they want. I order online only because I can't get there myself. The main reason of my order is $20. They say it's out of stock, refund it, and deliver everything else without telling me. Now I can't re order because it doesn't meet their $35 minimum. First and foremost, I give positive reviews when they are deserved; however, I also give negative feedback where it is needed! I took my daughter's car to Walmart's Tire Center for an oil change (it was during the week, early afternoon) and the manager Nathan was there. The ladies at the checkout counter told me it might take 45 minutes. My daughter and I walked around for an hour and came back to get the car. It hadn't even been brought in yet. I asked to speak to the manager and he never came, eventhough I could see him out in the garage. We waited a little longer and finally left after they still hadn't done anything. There were four people in the garage, two at the counter and zero cars in the bays! read more

Its a walmart what can we say. I enjoy the help when I get a decent person 1/4 of the time. But mostly you have to know exactly what you want and where it is otherwise youre usually out of luck. The selection is decent and prices are better then alot of other shopping places around Saint Joseph. read more

This was by far the worst Walmart I have been in. They were either out of or didn't carry half of what was on my list that every other Walmart carries. Then they only had a few checkout lanes open and it was a good 20 minute wait. Had I been alone, I would have left my full cart at the checkout lane and left. read more

I always buy my groceries here..... No matter what anyone says the prices here are always lower than their competitors. Everything is super fresh and the turn over they have with their pet food is astonishing....I buy all my pet food and pet toys at Walmart too.... Never any surprises just great prices ! ! ! Best Walmart in town. The employees were very helpful. The other Walmart has raccoons outside and told us they couldn't help us and we would have to go to the other Walmart. Thankfully this one was helpful and I will always recommend it over the one on the other side of town. read more
